Abstract

Investigating learning management in Physical Education classes at State Senior High School 2 Bengkulu is the goal of this study. Given the significance of physical education in shaping students' health and character, it is imperative to comprehend how learning management might impact classroom instruction efficiency. This study aims to examine how State High School 2 Bengkulu's Physical Education classes use learning management techniques and to pinpoint the variables that affect how learning management is implemented in this setting. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Document analysis, interviews, and observation were used to gather data. The research participants comprised two physical education teachers, sixty-four pupils, and school staff. According to the study's findings, Bengkulu State High School 2's physical education classes still employ learning management strategies that need to be improved in several areas, including formative assessment, student interaction, and the use of technology in the classroom. These elements impact how well students learn physical education in the classroom. Comprehensive examination of study results and their application to learning management principles. The implications of the research findings for bettering learning management strategies in Physical Education courses are also covered. The study's findings lead to the conclusion that some learning management issues in Physical Education courses require improvement. This conclusion offers State Senior High School 2 Bengkulu a foundation for enhancing and developing its instructional strategies. This study's limitations include its short duration and narrow focus on a single school. Formative assessments should be used, technology utilisation should be improved, and student involvement should be raised. Involving additional groups in the learning management development process, such as parents and school committees, is also advised.

Abstract

Background Problems: Due to the intricate nature of the game and the requirement for proficiency in core skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning, basketball players frequently have difficulties developing their technical abilities. Traditional training approaches may not focus enough on these skills, leaving room for growth. Research Objective: This study investigates how well basketball players' technical skills may be improved through game-based instruction, particularly small-sided basketball games. The study aims to address the need for a more focused approach to technical elements by highlighting the value of focused practice in pertinent game scenarios. Methods: The type of research used was quantitative research with a sample of 12 amateur athletes. The instrument used is the game performance evaluation tool (GPET). Quantitative data from pre- and post-assessments were examined using the appropriate statistical techniques, such as paired t-tests or analysis of variance (ANOVA). For the study, basketball players with various skill levels were listed. Small groups of participants received specialised training to develop their technical abilities. Findings and Results: Participants' technical proficiency significantly improved after strategically focused practice using small-sided basketball games. The outcomes show that this game-based method works well for improving basic abilities, including passing, dribbling, shooting, and positioning defensively. The results highlight how effective it is to use small-sided games to help basketball players enhance their skills. Conclusion: The study concludes that small-sided basketball games are an effective strategy for improving basketball players' technical proficiency. Notwithstanding several constraints, such as a comparatively limited sample size and consistency in participant skill levels, the findings indicate that focused practice in pertinent gaming environments produces notable enhancements. To better understand the potential of this strategy for players of different skill levels, future studies should include additional variables like training amounts and differences in small-sided game structures.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani bagi ABK sangatlah penting, walaupun demikian program yang di berikan harus di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan hambatan ABK itu sendiri agar hasilnya dapat optimal. Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan secara optimal guru harus memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan khusus dalam mengelola pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif. Peran dari mereka yang terlibat dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif adalah sebagai berikut: Memberikan pelayanan langsung kepada siswa siswa yang berkelainan dan keluarga mereka, memberikan latihan pra-jabatan dan/atau dalam jabatan. setiap murid berkebutuhan khusus memiliki kelainan yang berbeda-beda sehingga kebutuhan untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan setiap murid juga tidak akan sama. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan murid tersebut guru dapat memodifikasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani sesuai dengan keadaan pembelajaran yang dihadapi. faktor-faktor yang perlu dimodifikasi dan disesuaikan para guru dalam upaya meningkatkan dengan siswa adalah sebagai berikut: 1) penggunaan bahasa, 2) membuat konsep yang konkret, 3) membuat urutan tugas, 4) ketersediaan waktu belajar, dan 5) pendekatan “multisensory dan pengunaan media”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of evaluation in the learning of Physical Education, Sports, and Health at Agribusiness Vocational Schools in Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of a closed questionnaire. The subjects in this study were PJOK students at SMKN Agribusiness Bengkulu City. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. The results showed that the implementation of the PJOK evaluation at the Agribusiness Vocational School of Bengkulu City based on the assessment aspect factors in PJOK learning was in the category of "very poor" at 0% (0 teachers), "poor" at 33.33% (8 teachers), "adequate" at 25.00% (6 teachers), "good" at 25.00% (7 teachers), and "very good" at 16.67% (4 teachers). The conclusion of the research evaluation of physical education learning is in the Less category.

Abstract

Running is an accelerated step so that when running there is a tendency for the body to float. This means that when running, both feet do not touch the ground or at least when the feet remain on the ground Handoyo in Jafar (2022: 8).Running numbers are numbers that are referred to as non-technical, because running is a relatively simple natural activity when compared to pole vault numbers or hammer throw numbers (Sidik, 2014: 1). The method in a study is needed to measure whether or not the assessment will be carried out by a researcher. So it is expected that with a good and correct research method will get coherent and accurate results. This type of research is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. According to Sukardi (2016: 52) descriptive method is a method used to describe and interpret objects as they are. In this study, the descriptive method was used to obtain a description of the short distance running ability of Class V students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta 01 Lebong. Based on the research data for the speed score, it was found that the highest score was 3.52 and the lowest score was 5.95. From the data analysis, the mean was 4.59, the standard deviation was 0.60, the median was 4.78, and the mode was 4.92. Based on the calculations listed in Table 4, it can be seen that: 5 people or (8.7%) were in the interval class 3.52-3.96, 11 people or (47.83%) were in the interval class 4.42-4.86, 6 people or (26.08%) were in the interval class 4.87-5.31, and 1 person or (4.35%) was in the interval class 5.77-6.21. Running will feel heavier than running on a flat area or on a real track. Therefore, when running training feels heavy, it will feel light when running on the real track, so that it can improve students' 50 meter running ability and can create better running travel times.

Abstract

Volleyball is a team net game that is fun, interesting, and doesn't require a lot of money to play. Volleyball game is played by two teams, each team has six players. Volleyball games can be played both inside and outside the field. The goal of playing volleyball is to keep the ball moving over a high net from one area to the opponent's area. The research method used in this research is descriptive research. The research method used in this study is a survey with a test. This research is a study conducted on independent variables, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely the level of service skills in playing volleyball. The skill level of playing volleyball is the degree of consistent success in achieving a goal effectively and efficiently by students. In volleyball skills which consist of service, underpass, upper pass, smash and block. The research sample used was 30 students who took part in extracurricular activities at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong Regency. The results of this study To measure the ability to serve on volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong, a service test was carried out on 30 samples. The highest score is 25, the lowest score is 11, the mean is 17.63, the median is 18.5, the mode is 19 and the standard deviation is 4.08. The results of the analysis of the data obtained from the over serve test data on volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong obtained that the most over serve test results were in the medium category with an average of 17.63. The ability to serve volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong which is in the very good category is 3 people (10%), good category is 6 people (20%), and the medium category is 10 people (33%), and the poor category is 10 people ( 33%), and the very poor category is 1 person (4%). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the service ability of the volleyball extracurricular students at MTS Negeri 01 Lebong. Overall is in the medium category. This situation shows that the level of top serve ability can be a capital to play volleyball well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between balance and sepaksila skills in takraw games for extracurricular students of SMAN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. correlation or correlational research is research that seeks to determine whether there is a relationship between 2 or more variables. the independent variable is balance with the dependent variable, sepaksila skills. The type of sempel in this study used the total sampling technique. The sempel is all SMA Negeri 2 South Bengkulu takraw players totaling 11 people. The instruments used in this study were balance tests and sepaksila skills.the results of the balance test (X) score Lhitung 0.123 with n = 11 while L tab at a significant level of 0.05 obtained 0.258. Because Lcount is smaller than Ltab, it is concluded that the score obtained from the balance is normally distributed. And the data above the test results of sepaksila skills (Y) score Lhitung 0.121 with n = 11 while Ltab at a significant level of 0.05 obtained 0.258. so Lhitung is smaller than Ltab, it can be concluded that the scores obtained from sepaksila skills are normally distributed

Abstract

Gymnastics is not only a form of physical activity, but also includes a social dimension that can have a positive impact on individuals and society. Gymnastics socialization is an approach that embraces social interaction and collective participation in gymnastics activities, with the aim of improving physical and mental well-being, building healthy communities and preserving a culture of exercise. This article details the concept and benefits of gymnastics socialization and identifies factors that influence its successful implementation. With a focus on social integration and gymnastics activities, these efforts bring positive impacts in shaping interpersonal skills, improving mental and physical health, and strengthening social ties within communities. Awareness of the importance of gymnastics socialization is expected to stimulate increased community participation in sports activities that support general well-being.

Abstract

Teknologi yang mulai menjamur di masyarakat dikala ini, permainan tradisonal mulai tidak terjamah lagi oleh generasi muda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat nilai nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam permainan hadang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif, sampel diambil mengunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 28 siswa. Pengambilan data melakukan observasi pada permainan hadang. Hasil penelitian: (1) Nilai Kara­­kter religius dalam permainan hadang dengan skor 60 (72.29%) dalam katagori selalu memiliki nilai karakter religious, 2) Nilai Karakter Displin:  Skor 88 (78.575) katagori selalu memiliki nilai karakter displin, 3) Nilai Karakter Jujur skor 35 (62.50%) katagori selalu berkarakter jujur, 4) Nilai karakter kerja keras: Skor 87 (78.38%) katagori selalu berkerja keras 5) Nilai Karakter Tangung Jawab skor 33 (58.93%) katagori selalu bertanggung jawab, skor 15 (26.79%) Jadi siswa sudah menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter dalam permainan hadang
