Abstract

ABSTRAKSawi merupakan sayuran yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk memproduksi sawi perlu diperhatikan pengolahan lahan dan pemberian pupuk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Mamas Kecamatan Darul Hasanah, memiliki topografi datar dengan ketinggian tempat ± 220 meter diatas permukaan laut. Suhu diareal penelitian diperkirakaan berkisar ± 25 – 300C. Penelitian dilakukan selama 24 hari. Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu Pengolahan tanah dan pemberiaan pupuk organic cair, dengan simbol perlakuan sebagai berikut : T0 = Tanpa Olah Tanah (TOT) ; T1     = Pengolahan Tanah Minimum (Tanah 1 kali dicangkul); T2 = Pengolahan Tanah Maksimum (Tanah 1 kali dicangkul 1 kali digaru). Faktor kedua konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (S) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf pelakuan : S0     = Tanpa POC (Kontrol) ; S1   = 0.25 cc/ 1 liter air ; S2 = 0.75 cc/ 1 liter air. Parameter yang diamati tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun ( helai), berat bersih tanaman (gram). Hasil penelitian dan pengujian sidik ragam diperoleh dari kombinasi pengaruh olah tanah dan POC berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat bersih tanaman. Kata Kunci : Desa Mamas, Pengolahan tanah, POC ABSTRACT Mustard is a vegetable that is much in demand by the people of Indonesia. To produce mustard greens need to be considered land management and fertilizer application. This research was carried out in Mamas village, Darul Hasanah sub-district, having a flat topography with a height of ± 220 meters above sea level. The estimated diareal temperature in the range of ± 25 - 300C. The study was conducted for 24 days. This study uses a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factors, namely tillage and provision of liquid organic fertilizer, with the following treatment symbols: T0 = No Soil (TOT); T1 = Minimum Land Management (Land once hoe); T2 = Maximum Soil Processing (Soil is digested 1 time). The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (S) which consists of 3 levels of treatment: S0 = No POC (Control); S1 = 0.25 cc / 1 liter of water; S2 = 0.75 cc / 1 liter of water. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), net weight of plants (grams). The results of research and testing of variance obtained from the combination of the effect of tillage and POC significantly affect all parameters observed, namely plant height, number of leaves, plant net weight. Keywords: Mamas Village, Land Management, POC

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kita pasti membutuhkan kedelai, karena banyak bahan olahan pangan yang dihasilkan oleh kedelai.Riset bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil produksi kedelai yang di akibatkan oleh cara pemupukan dengan jarak tanam yang berbeda serta interaksi antara keduanya. Waktu penelitian selama 2 bulan,yaitu Juni sampai Agustus 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan  Split  Plot Design  dengan 3 ulangan, dengan 2 faktor perlakuan,yaituJarak Tanam yang terdiri (J),J1=40 cm x 15 cm , J2 =40 cm x 20 cm , J3 = 40cm  x 25 cm dan cara pemupukan (C), C1= Larikan, C2= Tugal, C3= Sebar. Variabel yang diamati adalah Berat polong Pertanaman(g), Berat polong Perpetak (g).Penelitian kami menunjukan korelasi produksi kedelai yang tertinggi pada interaksi perlakuan jarak tanam 40 x 15 cm dengan cara pengaplikasian pupuk anorganik tugal, yaitu sebesar 970,33 g/petak (setara dengan 3,1 ton/ha)

Abstract

Micro minerals (Fe) are indispensable for every woman, especially during pregnancy. The need for micro minerals (Fe) increases with increasing gestational age. Micro minerals (Fe) are not only important for pregnant women, they are also important for babies in the womb. Deficiency of micro minerals (Fe) can increase the risk of giving birth to babies with low body weight or premature birth and even maternal and infant mortality. If the baby is born with a normal weight, but there is still the possibility of stunting (short children). The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of consuming micro minerals (Fe) during pregnancy. Knowledge of pregnant women in Sungai Rengit Murni village about the consumption of micro minerals (Fe) can be said to be quite good, reaching 70% of the total number of pregnant women (statement of regional midwives). We hope that as a servant, with this community service program, it is hoped that the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of consuming micro minerals (Fe) during pregnancy will increase. So that the risk that will occur to the mother and baby is reduced. In addition, the service also supports government programs in reducing maternal problems during pregnancy until delivery.

Abstract

1 Ilir Urban Village is a village located on the Musi River edge. These Urban Village is quite broad, however underdeveloped area compared to other places in the city of Palembang. Many people live below the poverty line, lack green open space, and have inadequate educational facilities. Most of the population earns a living as laborers, while the women are ordinary housewives. To increase the income of homemakers in helping to improve the family's economy, we conduct training to increase community knowledge in red onion cultivation in polybags by utilizing a narrow yard of the house. The purpose of the activity is to provide motivation, knowledge, and skills to residents, especially housewives, by using the house's yard for onion cultivation to increase productivity and welfare. The methods used to achieve the objectives are surveys, counseling, and training the community on the use of yard land for onion cultivation in polybags and direct practice of red onion cultivation. Based on the process and results of the service that has been carried out, the training participants are very enthusiastic and understand and can carry out onion cultivation in polybags.

Abstract

One of the productions of the agricultural industry that has a fairly high foreign exchange value for our country is cocoa, but our cocoa production is still of low quality. To get good quality cocoa, good processing must be done. Fermentation of cocoa beans is one way to improve the quality of cocoa so that it can be sold in national and international markets. The purpose of this activity is to help cocoa farmers, especially in Southeast Aceh district, in improving the quality of cocoa production, so that the cocoa products of Southeast Aceh farmers can compete in trade both locally and abroad. The implementation of this activity is carried out through training to improve the quality of cocoa. There are several activities, namely: Sorting Cocoa, peeling cocoa pods, fermenting cocoa pods for 5 days and the last step is drying until the moisture content of cocoa pods reaches 7%. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of cocoa farmers in Southeast Aceh Regency in order to improve the quality of cocoa beans, so that cocoa sales can be accepted and compete in the market.
