Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 300 orang nasabah. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sederhana secara acak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang nasabah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Artinya, ketika pelayanan kepada nasabah di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya semakin baik maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin meningkat, sebaliknya ketika pelayanan kepada nasabah di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya semakin buruk maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin menurunKata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to know the effect of Service Quality to Costumers’ Satisfaction. The study was condute in the PT. Bank Mega Branch Makassar Daya, with population of 300 costumers. Sample was the random sampling with 75 teachers as samples. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that Service Quality has positive and significant influence to Costumers’ Satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction AJB Bumiputera 1912 branch Kendari. Sampled units in this research are costumers of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kendari Branch who have received scholarships in the period February 1st, 2013 until July 31st, 2013. Number of respondents 85 costumers, who were taken by systematic sampling methods. Data analysis is using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS program. The results showed that; the better of  Service Quality can improve costumer satisfaction of AJB Bumiputera 1912, Branch of Kendari. This means that, costumer satisfaction can have better impact when AJB Bumiputera 1912, Branch of Kendari can improve the service quality as a result better implementation. The Service Quality formed by five dimension is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, it appears that the dimension of the most powerful influence to service quality is tangible dimensions. This is showed that should  be AJB Bumiputera 1912, Branch of Kendari maximize the tangible dimensions to improve service quality because will be influence to costumer satisfaction. Besides that, the majority of respondents were male customers showed that male customers who act as heads of households tend to shift risk to the insurance, so that in case of risk to the household head, then the continuation of children's education expenses can be assured.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada instansi pemerintahan telah banyak mendapat perhatian oleh para pakar dengan melakukan berbagai riset pada beberapa instansi pemerintahan di Indonesia. Meskipun sebagian riset memperoleh temuan yang sama, namun beberapa riset juga justru memperoleh temuan yang berbeda. Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai untuk mengisi kesenjangan yang terjadi. Secara khusus, kepuasan kerja diusulkan sebagai variabel mediasi dari disiplin dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pegawai yang bestatus PNS yang ada di Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis jalur melalui bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa disiplin dan komunikasi secara signifikan berdampak terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, pengaruh komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja juga ditemukan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Akan tetapi, pada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai ditemukan berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Adapun ketika kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi, ditemukan bahwa disiplin dan komunikasi secara signifikan berdampak secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the importance of professionalism in influencing civil servants' work motivation and performance in Makassar City. It also analyzes the role of work motivation as an intervening variable in seeing the effect of professionalism on employee performance. This research is a survey research using a quantitative research approach. In this study, Respondents were 80 employees who were civil servants in Makassar City, with the sampling technique using random sampling. Researchers used path analysis techniques with AMOS software and Sobel test to see the indirect effect in analyzing the data. The research results prove that the higher the professionalism, the higher the work motivation of civil servants in Makassar City, and the resulting performance will also increase. High work motivation can also improve employee performance. Furthermore, these findings also prove that work motivation plays an important role in mediating the effect of professionalism on civil servants' performance in Makassar City significantly.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and professional competence in improving the performance of Vocational High School teachers in Soppeng Regency, as well as which variables are most dominant in influencing the improvement of teacher performance. Researchers took a sample of 72 teachers from five vocational schools in Soppeng Regency with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that if the work motivation is higher, the teacher's performance will also increase. In addition, professional competence also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so that if professional competence is getting better, teacher performance will also increase. Researchers also found that work motivation is the most dominant variable affecting the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Keywords: Work Motivation, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Soppeng, serta variabel manakah yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 72 orang guru yang berasal dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Soppeng dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya jika motivasi kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin meningkat. Disamping itu, kompetensi profesional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga apabila kompetensi profesional semakin baik maka kinerja guru juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi Profesional, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras, serta menemukan faktor mana yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba. Adapun besaran sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 140 orang responden, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang terdiri dari daftar pertanyaan untuk mengukur sikap responden terhadap kualitas produk, word of mouth, dan keputusan pembelian. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras. Disamping itu, juga terbukti bahwa adanya peranan word of mouth yang signifikan dalam melihat pengaruhnya pada keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa faktor kualitas produk yang paling dominan atau paling penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Word of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and Word of Mouth on the purchasing decision of broiler eggs, and to find out which factors are the most dominant in increasing the purchasing decisions of broiler chicken eggs in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. This research was conducted in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. The sample size used is as many as 140 respondents, with purposive sampling technique. To obtain research data, a questionnaire was distributed consisting of a list of questions to measure respondents' attitudes towards product quality, word of mouth, and purchasing decisions. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that product quality is one of the important factors in influencing the purchase decision of broiler chicken eggs. In addition, it is also proven that there is a significant role of word of mouth in seeing its effect on the decision to purchase broiler eggs. This study also found that the most dominant or most important product quality factor that needs to be considered in improving the purchase decision of broiler eggs in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. Keywords: Product Quality, Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) on Credit Distribution to commercial banks listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities for the period 2018-2021. The type of research used in this research is associative research. Associative research is research to know the relationship between two or more variables. Thus, Dabat builds a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The researcher explains whether TPF, CAR, ROA, BOPO, NPL, and Credit Distribution in this study. The population of this study is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 42 banks. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling. So the total sampled is 120 samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model using the Eviews Version 12 software. The results of this study found that Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) have a negative and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap employee engagement dan kinerja ASN; menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja ASN; serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja ASN melalui employee engagement pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan Data Primer yang diperoleh peneliti dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Adapun yang menjadi responden adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bekerja di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan, dengan total sampel sebanyak 160 orang Responden. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik convenience sampling, yakni siapa saja yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner dengan kriteria sampling yang sudah ditentukan. Alat analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan Analisis Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan software AMOS. Disamping itu peneliti juga melakukan uji sobel untuk menguji pengaruh secara tidak langsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh temuan bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan kinerja ASN. Selanjutnya, employee engagement juga memberikan dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. Lebih lanjut, peneliti juga menemukan adanya peranan mediasi dari employee engagement sehingga secara tidak langsung motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui employee engagement pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Parepare. Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kuliner membutuhkan komsumen aktif yang melakukan transaksi berulang untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan meningkatkan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel kualitas layanan, promosi penjualan dan keputusan pembelian ulang, dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan jasa grabfood di kota Makassar dengan metode analisis regresi berganda bantuan aplikasi SPSS.26. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, dan begitu juga dengan pengujian parsial dari promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang bermakna pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang.
