Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kehandalan terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 2. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tanggap terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 3. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 4. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 5. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penampilan/bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 6. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika kerja terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. 7. Untuk mengatahui dan menganalisis faktor mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega (Persero) Makassar. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara serta pemberian angket sebagai penjelas untuk peryataan/pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka kesimpulan adalah: 1) a. Kehandalan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, b. Daya tanggap berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, c. Jaminan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, d. Empati berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, e. Penampilan/Bukti fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, f. Etika kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar, g. Jaminan yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk. Persero di Makassar. 2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas, telah teruji secara simultan kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, penampilan/bukti fisik, dan etika kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah MegaFirst pada PT. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the importance of professionalism in influencing civil servants' work motivation and performance in Makassar City. It also analyzes the role of work motivation as an intervening variable in seeing the effect of professionalism on employee performance. This research is a survey research using a quantitative research approach. In this study, Respondents were 80 employees who were civil servants in Makassar City, with the sampling technique using random sampling. Researchers used path analysis techniques with AMOS software and Sobel test to see the indirect effect in analyzing the data. The research results prove that the higher the professionalism, the higher the work motivation of civil servants in Makassar City, and the resulting performance will also increase. High work motivation can also improve employee performance. Furthermore, these findings also prove that work motivation plays an important role in mediating the effect of professionalism on civil servants' performance in Makassar City significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the problems in the implementation of the recruitment of ad hoc election supervisors and the right strategy to produce quality human resources for election supervisors. Based on the existing phenomenon that the quality of human resources for election supervisors is still lacking, the public interest is lacking so in the recruitment process sometimes extensions are always carried out even if the number of registrants is lacking. So the process of choosing good human resources is not optimal because there is no choice. This research will use a qualitative approach, namely by collecting data in the field. The data collection technique that will be used is by interviewing 6 informants, direct observations, and analyzing documents collected from data and information starting from the recruitment of the 2015 Regent and Deputy Regent Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). Governor and Deputy Governor 2018 and Election of Regional Heads (Pilkada) of Regents and Deputy Regents 2020. The recruitment of ad hoc election supervisors has undergone several changes and improvements which have increased significantly because socialization and coordination processes have been carried out with local parties in the sub-district area so that the information process is widely open.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) the effect current ratio on stock prices (2) the effect of earning per share on stock prices (3) the effect current ratio and earning per share on stock prices both partially and simultaneously on stock prices in agricultural sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method correlation coefficient (R), The coefficient of determination (R2), f test and t test data types used are secondary data with a total sample size of 4 companies. The results of this study were obtained with a correlations value of (R) of 0,581 so there is a very strong relationship between the variable stock price and the variabel current ratio. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,338. Which means that 0f the variable stock price can be explained by the variable current ratio and earnings per share remaining can be explained by other variables not not axamined. In test f the f-count is and f table value of (4,334 > 3,59) with a significant value of (0,014 < 0,05) the current ratio and earning per share together have a significant effect on stock prices. X1 t-count 2,752 > t-table 2,109 means that current ratio has and effect but not significant on stock prices and the X2 t-test is 1,294 < 2,109 means that earning per share has but not effect but is not significant on stock in agricultural sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, one and two rejected while the fifth hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Per Share and Earning Per Share on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. And the data source used is secondary with a sample size of 4 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test, determination test, F test and t test. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 787,831 - 2,928 + 8,737. The correlation coefficient R is 0.776 and the coefficient of determination () is 0.602. In the F test, it is obtained that the F-count is 12.878> F-table 3.59 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that DPS and EPS together or simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. For the t test on the DPS variable t-count = - 0.614 <t-table 2.109 with a significant level of 0.547> from 0.05, it means that DPS has an effect but is not significant on stock prices, while the t test on the EPS variable t-count = 3.328> t- table = 2.109 with a significant level of 0.004 <from 0.05, it means that Earning Per Share has a significant and significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This the first hypothesis proposed in this study is rejected, while the second and third hypotheses are accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the impact of regulation and work motivation on the performance of election administrators in South Sulawesi through work commitment interventions. The approach used is a quantitative approach using data sources obtained from the South Sulawesi Election Supervisory Agency office. Questionnaires were distributed to 140 respondents from a total population of 140 employees using a saturated sample. The data analysis used in this research is a quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or structural equation modeling using the AMOS program. This test is expected to obtain new information about the relationship between the independent and dependent variables by developing some statistics and the existence of intervening variables. Based on statistical calculations, regulation has a significant effect on KPU performance, and motivation has an insignificant effect on KPU performance. In addition, work commitment has an influence, but not significantly, on the performance of election administrators. In addition, regulatory variables have a large, but not significant, impact on work commitment. The variable of work motivation has a significant effect on work commitment. The results of the tests carried out by the results of statistical tests using the Sobel test calculator have a significant but not significant effect on the regulation of election performance mediated by work commitment. On the other hand, work motivation on the performance of election administrators is influential but not significantly mediated by work commitment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur profitabilitas mempengaruhi Harga Saham. Penelitian inin menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel Return on Equity dan Net Profit Margin menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. Hal ini berarti 55% variabel dependen (harga saham) dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen (ROE dan NPM) sedangkan sisanya 0,45 atau 45% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti atau sebab-sebab yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada Bank Umum, (2) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada Bank Umum, (3) Return on Equity dan Net Profit Margin secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada Bank Umum Kata Kunci: Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan pondasi dasar untuk pembentukan akhlak al-karimah. Olehnya, akhlak sangat penting ditanamkan sejak dini dan perlu menjadi perhatian kita bersama. Sehingga, sebagai wujud kepedulian dan respon terhadap berbagai tantangan di era perkembangan IPTEKS modern ini, tim dosen dari Universitas Terbuka melakukan pengabdian yang dikemas dengan tema “Membangun Budaya Literasi dan Meningkatkan Jiwa rabbani pada Anak Pendidikan Dasar di daerah Sub Urban”. PkM ini berupa pentas literasi religi dan seni dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi anak usia dini agar semakin menumbuhkan akhlak kharimah dalam diri masing-masing. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bekerjasama dengan pengurus Mushollah Al-Kamila, Sawangan Depok, Jawa Barat. PkM ini diikuti oleh 43 peserta lomba dengan empat kelompok lomba yaitu adzan, hapalan surat pendek, dan lomba mewarnai tingkat SD dan TK. Kegiatan PkM terdiri dari tiga tahap kegiatan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, persiapan, dan impelementasi yang dilakukan selama 4 bulan dengan puncak kegiatan di Bulan April 2023 bertepatan dengan Bulan Ramadhan. Implementasi kegiatan ini diawali dengan Sambutan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Edukasi terkait pentingnya menumbuhkan akhlak kharimah dalam pusaran kemajuan IPTEKS saat ini. Lalu berlanjut pada kegiatan ini yaitu pelaksanaan lomba atau pentas literasi religi dan seni beserta penjurian, dan pengumuman serta pemberian hadiah bagi pemenang. Kegiatan lalu ditutup dengan buka puasa bersama dan sholat magrib berjamaah. Kegiatan ini berlangsung lancar dan disambut sangat antusias oleh seluruh masyarakat Sub-Urban di daerah tersebut, baik dari anak-anak peserta lomba, para orang tua, maupun pengurus mushollah. Pada akhirnya, pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berupa pentas literasi religi dan seni ini diharapkan dapat semakin memotivasi anak usia dini agar semakin menumbuhkan akhlak kharimah.

Abstract

Objective: The manufacturing sector is crucial for the development of emerging economies. This study aims to examine how research and development influence the firm's financial performance of manufacturing firms. Design/Methods/Approach: This study employs publicly listed Indonesian firms' panel data from 2017 to 2021. The data are analyzed using the panel data approach. Findings: The results indicate that research and development positively affect firm financial performance. Originality: Research and development investment has been commonly carried out in developed countries but is still very limited in developing countries. This study focuses on the role of investment in research and development in determining the financial performance of companies in an emerging country. Practical/Policy implication: Companies should prioritize cash and risk management to enable business expansion and innovation. Government support can be provided through tax incentives, R&D assistance, financing access, and public recognition of companies with high profitability. These incentives are aimed at enhancing economic growth and corporate competitiveness.

Abstract

The high number of employees who have the desire to change jobs is one of the causes of losses to the organization, so the purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and job insecurity on the desire to move moderated by the variable locus of control. The research method used by researchers in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to banking employees at the BRI Hertaning Branch Office, Makassar City. The sample used was 120 people with a saturated sampling technique, namely the number of populations that became the number of samples. The results of this study indicate that the organizational commitment variable has a significant negative effect on the intention to change jobs, while job insecurity has a positive effect on the intention to change jobs. In addition, the locus of control variable as a moderator variable is able to provide reinforcement of the relationship between organizational commitment and job insecurity on turnover intention.
