Abstract

This study aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (1) level of education and work discipline on the performance of employees, (2) level of education on employee performance, (3) work discipline on employee performance, and (4) level of education on the work discipline at Dalton Hotel Makassar. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects of this research was all employees in Dalton Hotel and object of this research was level of education, work dicipline, and employee performance. The population of this research amount to 55 employees that are all used the unit of observation, so this research includes research population. The data was collected this research is the data level of education,  work discipline, and employee performance which is based on employees and managers Dalton Hotel Makassar. The data were collected in this research a questionnaire and recording documents techniques then was analyzed using path analysis. The results of research showed there were a positive effect of (1) level of education and work discipline on the performance of employees, (2) level of education on employee performance, (3) work discipline on employee performance, and (4) level of education on the work discipline at Dalton Hotel Makassar.

Abstract

There are several things why Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students are not interested in entrepreneurship after graduation, including not taking risks, fear of failure, lack of capital and preferring to work as kryawan in other people. As a result, individuals think that entrepreneurship is something that is difficult to do and is more fun to work for companies or other people.This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Data collection is done through questionnaires. For the determination of respondents in this study conducted randomly. While determining the sample size of the population using Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis using tables and Likert scales.The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of the SMK Negeri 6 Makassar students are in the positive category, seeing the total weight of the indicators is 7733 according to the interpretation of scores in Median-Quartiles III or 6000-8000.

Abstract

The objectives of this research for three years (2021-2023) are: Year I: (1) Mapping MSMEs in South Sulawesi which have prospects to become suppliers of large or export-oriented businesses, (2) Analyzing the effect of strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in sustaining South Sulawesi's economic growth; Year II: (1) Conducting guidance and education to MSMEs and coaching agencies at the levels provincial and district in strengthening and increasing competitiveness, (2) Reviewing and establishing strategies for strengthening and increasing MSMEs competitiveness; Year III: ( 1) Build a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and (6) Applying a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs so that unable to sustain the economic growth of South Sulawesi. Diladata collectionkukanthrough a survey with 120 respondents in four districts of the sample (Makassar, Pare-pare, Bantaeng and Bulukumba). Testing the hypothesis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the help of Software SPSSVersion 25. The results revealed that strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs had a positive and significant impact on supporting economic growth in South Sulawesi. For this reason, the goal of this research is to build a model of MSME competitiveness, it is important to realize it in the next research stage in 2022 and 2023. The implication of this research is to contribute ideas to the Government South Provincial Sulawesi in the form of a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Kota Ternate. Pegawai pemerintahan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1014 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 91 orang, menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (3) Kepuasan kerja memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (4) Komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,550 yang artinya secara simultan komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 55% dan sisanya sebesar 45%. dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, (5) Variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap OCB karyawan. Artinya jika budaya organisasi meningkat satu satuan maka akan meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan sebesar 0,626. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan OCB Abstract               This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Ternate City Government employees. The study population numbered 1014 people, using the cluster random sampling technique so as to get a sample of 91 people, using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.               The results showed: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (4) Organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of the F test show that the value of R square (R2) is 0.550 which means that simultaneously organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 55% and the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, (5) The organizational culture variable has the most dominant influence on employee OCB. This means that if the organizational culture increases by one unit, it will increase the employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 0.626.               The mandatory output of this research is an article published in an accredited national scientific journal ranked 1-4, also produces additional output in the form of a Keynote speaker at a national scientific meeting, copyright and policy recommendations to the Local Government of Ternate City to improve employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Keywords: Organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction and OCB

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, serta pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juli 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 60 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap Self efficacy dan kinerja, dimana jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan perangkat statistic Amos.23.Temuan penelitian secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Self efficacy, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, pengujian pada pengaruh secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Self efficacy berdampak positif dan signifikan.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Self Efficacy, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style, and training on device performance partially and simultaneously, and to analyze which variables had the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of RSUD Haji Makassar. The sample of this study was 120 people, using saturated samples, with the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The result showed that employee performance is influenced by work discipline, leadership style and training. The variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees at RSUD Haji Makassar is training. Therefore, it is recommended to allocate funds for training activities and develop an incentive policy for fostering responsibility and employee integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada Pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar dan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April-Mei 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar yang berjumlah 86 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 86 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan Kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar (3) motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar.(4) Lingkungan Kerja melalui Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada unit Laboratory dan Simulator Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran MakassarKata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai
