Abstract

Based on the data processing hasi it is known that the selection in which the company has an influence on employee performance partially . The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees, especially in PT. Dian Bahari Sejati is the selection , the reason for the selection of variables having the largest value of the regression coefficient when compared with variable recruitment , so that the second hypothesis can be said to be proven . Simultaneously, it is known that the process of recruitment and selection simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) to variable Y ( company performance ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.727 . While the R -square is 0.528 or 52.80 % , showing approximately 52.80 % variable Y ( the performance of the company's employees ) can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of the recruitment process ( X1 ) to variable Y ( performance of employees ) is 52.80 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . The influence of X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.655 . While the R -square is 0.429 or 42.90 % , showing approximately 42.90 % variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) can be explained by the selection of variables ( X2 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( employee performance ) is 42.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined .The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) and X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.565 , while the R -square value is 0.319 or 31.90 % , showing approximately 31.90 % variable Y can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) and selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) is 31.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . Or proposed hypothesis can be accepted or recruitment process and se ; of selection has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan dalam rangka melaksanakan salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini mengambil objek kelompok usaha yang ada di desa dengan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar agar terjadi interaksi dan kolaborasi yang baik. Selain itu juga dengan melakukan belajar bersama lewat metode penyuluhan, FGD dan praktek bersama diharapkan akan dapat mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan yang sudah ada dan dimiliki sebagian masyarakat. Selain itu bagi anggota masyarakat yang belum terbuka pikiran dan mindsetnya diharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri. Bagi anggota masyarakat yang sudah memiliki potensi berwirausaha diharapkan akan dapat memperkuat kemampuan berwirausahanya yang sudah ada selama ini. Melalui orientasi kewirausahaan yang terbangun dan berkembang di lingkungan rumah tangga dan makin meluas ke lingkup desa dan lainnya diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih besar lewat kemampuan menggali potensi diri dan desa/lingkungan dalam merubah dan menambah nilai social serta nilai ekonomi yang dapat dihasilkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of adversity intelligence and career maturity on the intentions of entrepreneurship in working students. From this research is expected to reinforce the opinion that the students work has a career maturity and also a deeper endurance to bear the business uncertainty with the adversity of intelligence owned so as to strengthen the intentions of student entrepreneurship. The population of the study were 472. Working students of the Slovin formula obtained 83 respondents spread by purposive sampling through certain conditions. The results of research indicate that adversitas intelligence and career maturity, both partially and simultaneously show a positive influence to the intention of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan ingin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas, diadakan penelitian di Assist Tug Terminal Taboneo PT Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah karyawan Assist Tug Terminal Taboneo PT Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin. Populasi terdiri dari 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja lebih dominan dibandingkan variabel motivasi yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Namun variabel-variabel tersebut yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sehingga Kepala Assist Tug Terminal Taboneo PT Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja karena variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
