Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of adversity intelligence and career maturity on the intentions of entrepreneurship in working students. From this research is expected to reinforce the opinion that the students work has a career maturity and also a deeper endurance to bear the business uncertainty with the adversity of intelligence owned so as to strengthen the intentions of student entrepreneurship. The population of the study were 472. Working students of the Slovin formula obtained 83 respondents spread by purposive sampling through certain conditions. The results of research indicate that adversitas intelligence and career maturity, both partially and simultaneously show a positive influence to the intention of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the competence of Human Resources (HR), intellectual capital and the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the production of Sasirangan, a typical cloth of South Kalimantan (2) Analyze the influence of the level of competence of Human Resources ( HR) and intellectual capital on the performance of Sasirangan MSMEs. (3) Analyzing the competence of Human Resources (HR) and intellectual capital have a dominant effect on the performance of Sasirangan SMEs. Associative research method on 40 respondents taken by total sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence of Human Resources (HR) and intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Between these two variables, intellectual capital has a more dominant influence on Sasirangan MSMEs.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan dalam rangka melaksanakan salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini mengambil objek kelompok usaha yang ada di desa dengan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar agar terjadi interaksi dan kolaborasi yang baik. Selain itu juga dengan melakukan belajar bersama lewat metode penyuluhan, FGD dan praktek bersama diharapkan akan dapat mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan yang sudah ada dan dimiliki sebagian masyarakat. Selain itu bagi anggota masyarakat yang belum terbuka pikiran dan mindsetnya diharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri. Bagi anggota masyarakat yang sudah memiliki potensi berwirausaha diharapkan akan dapat memperkuat kemampuan berwirausahanya yang sudah ada selama ini. Melalui orientasi kewirausahaan yang terbangun dan berkembang di lingkungan rumah tangga dan makin meluas ke lingkup desa dan lainnya diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih besar lewat kemampuan menggali potensi diri dan desa/lingkungan dalam merubah dan menambah nilai social serta nilai ekonomi yang dapat dihasilkan.

Abstract

This activity aims to inspire the growth of self-awareness that the potential that God gives to everyone and the natural environment around them is a peerless gift.  When moved, used, and empowered will become a new force. The method used is action research or Participatory Action Research (PAR). The object of obstetrics is the caretaker and bumdes members are resources that have real power in spearheading village development. This community service activity is a workshop and focus group discussion (FGD). It is expected to explore the problems faced, obstacles that hinder the progress of themselves and the environment, and solutions that can be given based on real problems faced by the village community. It is hoped that through strengthening awareness of self-potential and environmental wealth will be able to be a driver of the growth of a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the village community. The results of the activities of dialogue and inventory of problems show that the mindset of the village community is still difficult to change with just one activity. Further activities and mentoring are needed that can open new awareness and drive changes in people's mindsets in order to be able to compete

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan Budaya Organisasi, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) SKPD Kamtrantib pada Satpol PP dan Damkar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) SKPD Kamtrantib di Satpol PP dan Damkar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan Software SPSS Versi 19.0 dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Budaya Organisasi, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun hasil penelitian uji parsial menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine fine practices in entrepreneurship for santri (Islamic boarding school students) based on personal characteristic factors (self-efficacy, locus of control, need for achievement, and adversity quotient) that exist in every human being. The research object is santri of the Manbaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, South Kalimantan, which are generally limited in terms of curriculum content that equips them with productive skills as provisions of practices in society, becoming leaders in society, as well as role models in good economic and social religious activities. The progress of a nation is mainly determined by the advancement of entrepreneurship which is marked by the presence of a high entrepreneurial spirit of individuals so that they have rich initiative and develop creativity and innovation in seeing opportunities and opportunities around them. The Islamic boarding school curriculum generally contains religious education. Educational content that provides life skills in the economic field is very limited and even very limited. In reality, when they finish their education at Islamic boarding schools, students will face highly powerful economic activities that can even create jobs for the people around them. Through a quantitative descriptive research method on 71 students in Class XI and XII with multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that self-efficacy, locus of control, need for achievement, and adversity quotient partially have a significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The most dominant influence in student entrepreneurship is the adversity quotient
