Abstract

This study aims to test empirically and analyze the effect of the Service Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Research Methods, following the research objectives that have been formulated, this study uses a level of explanation, namely research that aims to explain the position of the factors studied and the relationship between one factor and another. (Sugiyono, 2002). Thus this study explains the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Student Satisfaction Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. The research sample was 131 respondents with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula and analyzed with Multiple Regression Analysis using analysis tools SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of the research, service marketing mix variables and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on student satisfaction at ltan berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Service marketing mix with product elements, price place promotion people physical evidence and process partially affect student satisfaction at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Service quality with elements with the dimensions Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy affects student satisfaction in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Service quality is more dominant than the service marketing mix. So, it can be concluded that the better the quality of service that is implemented or provided by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin it will increase student satisfaction

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan dalam rangka melaksanakan salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini mengambil objek kelompok usaha yang ada di desa dengan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar agar terjadi interaksi dan kolaborasi yang baik. Selain itu juga dengan melakukan belajar bersama lewat metode penyuluhan, FGD dan praktek bersama diharapkan akan dapat mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan yang sudah ada dan dimiliki sebagian masyarakat. Selain itu bagi anggota masyarakat yang belum terbuka pikiran dan mindsetnya diharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri. Bagi anggota masyarakat yang sudah memiliki potensi berwirausaha diharapkan akan dapat memperkuat kemampuan berwirausahanya yang sudah ada selama ini. Melalui orientasi kewirausahaan yang terbangun dan berkembang di lingkungan rumah tangga dan makin meluas ke lingkup desa dan lainnya diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih besar lewat kemampuan menggali potensi diri dan desa/lingkungan dalam merubah dan menambah nilai social serta nilai ekonomi yang dapat dihasilkan.

Abstract

Ketersediaan sumberdaya yang melimpah di berbagai daerah di Indonesia memunculkan berbagai potensi produk dan bahkan di beberapa daerah, produk tersebut menjadi unggulan dan menjadi sumber mata pencaharian utama masyarakat setempat . Namun sayangnya, ketersediaan sumber daya yang melimpah tidak menjamin keberhasilan dalam pengembangan produk unggulan daerah. Belum diterapkannya manajemen strategis yang baik dalam proses pengembangan, sistem pemasaran, ijin usaha, kemasan/tampilan produk, promosi, informasi, bahan baku, permodalan dan berbelitnya layanan birokrasi untuk Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) diindikasi menyebabkan produk unggulan belum dapat dikembangkan secara maksimal. Penerapan manajemen strategis dalam pengembangan produk unggulan keluran menjadi alternatif dari berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengebangan produk unggulan desa di Indonesia. Agar masyarakat lebih memahami tentang penerapan manajemen strategis didalam mengembangkan produk unggulan desa maka dilakukanlah penyuluhan kepada para wirausahawan(i) di Kecamatan Loksado dengan tujuan menambah pengetahuan, wawasan, serta pemahaman para wirausahawan(i) sebagai motor penggerak masyarakat didalam peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini yaitu para wirausahawan(i) di Kecamatan Loksado. Biaya pengabdian diperoleh dari STIMI Banjarmasin. Pengabdian telah dilakukan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2018 yang bertempat di Kecamatan Loksado yang diikuti oleh 22 wirausahawan(i) Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu diantaranya meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan pemahaman wirausahawan(i) Kecamatan Loksado dalam mengembangkan produk unggulan desa melalui penerapan manajemen strategis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan lancar karena dukungan terutama partisipasi dan antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini hendaknya dilakukan pada sasaran yang lebih luas dan materinya dapat dikembangkan pada penerapan Manajemen Strategis di berbagai produk UMKM. Dengan Demikian diharapkan kelak dapat membantu para wirausahawan(i) dalam mengembangkan produk unggulan desa di Kecamatan Loksado sehingga dapat membantu dalam pemberdayaan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Human resource development in the home industry sector is mostly done by human resources with limited resources but have the will to be able to produce and have an impact on family and community economic resources. Mothers who are pioneers of productive economy in this pioneering are generally still weak in their capacity and capability in developing business, both in terms of business management in general, financial management, production management, marketing management, to human resource management itself in order to explore the deepest potential possessed. Abstract

This activity aims to inspire the growth of self-awareness that the potential that God gives to everyone and the natural environment around them is a peerless gift.  When moved, used, and empowered will become a new force. The method used is action research or Participatory Action Research (PAR). The object of obstetrics is the caretaker and bumdes members are resources that have real power in spearheading village development. This community service activity is a workshop and focus group discussion (FGD). It is expected to explore the problems faced, obstacles that hinder the progress of themselves and the environment, and solutions that can be given based on real problems faced by the village community. It is hoped that through strengthening awareness of self-potential and environmental wealth will be able to be a driver of the growth of a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the village community. The results of the activities of dialogue and inventory of problems show that the mindset of the village community is still difficult to change with just one activity. Further activities and mentoring are needed that can open new awareness and drive changes in people's mindsets in order to be able to compete

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan Supervisi, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Citra Putra Kebun Asri (CPKA). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 477 karyawan PT. Citra Puta Kebun Asri (CPKA). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 83 responden sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Software SPSS Versi 19.0 dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Pengawasan, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun hasil penelitian secara uji parsial menunjukkan Pengawasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Manfaat memberikan masukan atau informasi bagi perusahaan dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya pada bidang Pengawasan, Kompensasi, dan Kepemimpinan pada PT Citra Putra Kebun Asri Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are crucial in all facets of life. Institutional responsibilities are part of the effort required to provide public services. This study aimed to assess the public services provided by all local government working units (SKPD), technical implementing units (UPT), and local companies (Perusda) in Banjarmasin. Measuring public services helps determine the public's concern and allows the community to participate in how well human resources of government apparatus do their jobs and responsibilities for all citizens. The study method was a survey of 700 people in the community who have used public services in different categories and fields in 2021. This study showed that the quality and quantity of public services the Banjarmasin municipal government offers have improved. It also showed that public service personnel's (human resources of government apparatus) professionalism has improved and that those served care about the facilities required for public administration to function. This implied how the Banjarmasin municipal government managed public services through the human resources or government apparatus on each SKPD/UPT/Perusda positively impacted the society receiving the service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in CV Panca Bina Banua, located in the Sungai Loban district of Tanah Bumbu regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire administered to 32 randomly selected employees from the company's workforce. The results of the analysis indicate that the level of employee engagement in CV Panca Bina Banua falls into the moderate category, while the level of OCB is high. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and OCB. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights to the management of the company on how to enhance employee engagement and OCB, which in turn can improve the overall performance of the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether the Marketing Mix, comprising Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, has an influence on the purchase decisions of Muslimah products at Suna Gallery Banjarmasin, both partially and simultaneously. The general population in this study consists of customers making purchasing decisions at Suna Gallery, while the target population for this research is customers who made purchases during the period from January to December 2022. The research sample was selected using the Purposive sampling technique, and with the Slovin formula, a sample size of 84 individuals was determined. The analysis method in this research employs the Likert Scale for research questionnaires, data processing with SPSS version 25.0, data presentation using tables, and statistical data analysis using classic assumption test analysis methods, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, it is evident that product, place, and promotion have an influence on purchase decisions at Suna Gallery. However, the price variable does not significantly affect purchase decisions. Simultaneously, the Marketing Mix has an influence on the purchase decisions of Muslimah fashion products at Suna Gallery Banjarmasin
