Abstract

Red bean skin peeler machine with a capacity of 100 kg / hour using dual roll peeler is a tool to facilitate the public to increase the productivity of red beans and quality which has a main component consisting of frame, peeler roll, inlet, outlet and motor drive. While the supporting components are reducer, fan, bearing, pully, belt, chain, and main shaft. The types of machine tools used are lathes, cutting grinding machines, hand grinding machines, welding machines, drilling machines, sawing machines, milling machines and cylindrical grinding machines. Some things that need to be considered from the manufacture of red bean peeling machines are identifying materials and models, choosing machine tools, planning work steps, analyzing the processing time and making a schedule for making red bean skin peeling machines. From the results of the analysis of the calculation of the work that can be analyzed perole the total time of making components is 23.58 hours.

Abstract

From the results of the design of the peanut cake molding machine with a roll cutting system capacity of 10 kg / hour, obtained several main components namely 2 pieces of pressing roll, 1 set of cutting blades 1 set of conveyor belts, 2 roll conveyors and other supporting components such as gears, bearings , chain, reducer, frame and drive motor, the next step is to determine the work steps of making components and determining the tooling equipment used, among others, making the frame using steel ruler, sawing machine, welding machine and hand grinding. Manufacture of drive shaft using a sawing machine, and lathe, press roll making, using cutting saws and welding machines, manufacturing of blades, cutting grinding machines, welding machines, and hand grinding, the manufacture of inlets using hand grinding machines and welding machines, manufacture of outlet using hand grinding machines and welding machines. From the results of calculating the component manufacturing and assembly processes, the frame is 5.49 (hours), drive shaft 200.08 (minutes), press roll 2.42 (hours), roll conveyor 2.42 (hours), blade 20, 65 (hours) inlet 1.68 (hours), outlet 1.39 (hours) and assembly 5.88 (hours). Based on the analysis of the results of the actual manufacturing time for 43.67 (hours) the actual time for the process of making the printing machine for peanut cake dough for 43.67 (hours). If the engine work efficiency is estimated to be 80% or (0.80), the machining time becomes 43.67: 0.80 = 54.58 (hours).

Abstract

The process of making cracker material slicing machines has the main components that want to be worked on starting from making a shaft, blade plate, inlet, outlet, engine frame, blade shield, pendulum, connecting rod, conveyor rail, and pressure rod. First stage carried out in the manufacturing process, namely identifying machine components, then making the process of making machines with several stages, namely the process of procurement of materials, measurement process, cutting process, turning process, drilling process, welding process, grinding process and workpiece assembly process. The machines used in the process of making these machine parts are cutting grinding machines, lathes, drilling machines / drilling machines, welding machines, and hand grinding machines. The number of components worked is 10 pieces, and the total number of components of the cracker slicer is 23 fruit. The time of making this machine takes 15.7 hours

Abstract

The process of making a propeller flakes machine uses a rotary drum with a capacity of 40 kg / hour, has a construction machine consisting of, pressing mechanism, flaking and scraping mechanism. Scaffolding mechanism that uses supporting components such as elect romotor, gears, reducers, chains and bearings. In the making of the skeletal flakes machine aims to determine / choose the type of tooling equipment suitable for use, determine the process of making machines, the time needed to do both component and assembly work and the feasibility of testing the tool. fro quickly. from the results of making machines obtained overall machining time of 464.7 (minutes) or 7.7 hours If the efficiency of this machine work is estimated at 75% or (0.75), then the time to work on this machine becomes 7.7: 0.75 = 10.3 hours.
