Abstract

To maintain body stamina in the Covid-19 conditions that hit the whole world including Indonesia by consuming traditional drinks, such as ginger. Ginger is one of the abundant natural resources in Probolinggo Regency. With a low price and high antioxidant content, this ginger is often found in traditional markets, and some are deliberately cultivated in the yard of the house. In addition, ginger contains a lot of active compounds that are healthy for the body, in the midst of limited supply of vitamin C production and difficult to reach for the lower middle class. Ginger is very helpful in improving the immune system. For this reason, this community service activity which was carried out in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency provided training to PKK mothers. This ginger is processed into a traditional drink, in the form of instant ginger in powder form. In this training, it is hoped that PKK women can make instant ginger and package it. So that PKK women in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency have the knowledge, skills in making instant ginger drinks properly and correctly, and can package instant ginger drinks that are suitable for sale. Abstract

Empowering aims to increase people's income through agribusiness, mushroom cultivation and improve skills for the community, especially students at the Pondok Pesantran Al Barokah Mojolegi Wangkal Kraksaan Probolinggo which brings many benefits in the form of: (1) Mastery of free time with useful business. (2) Utilization of residual land for useful business activities, (3) Expansion of diversification in the field of farming, (4) Increased knowledge, skills, and insights in the field of cultivation, especially oyster mushroom agribusiness, (5) Improved management skills, especially in marketing field. This community service activity for oyster mushroom cultivation was carried out at the Pondok Pesantren Al Barokah Mojolegi, Wangkal, Probolinggo Regency. The results obtained are that the students have high enthusiasm to take part in counseling activities and foster oyster mushroom cultivation, as an effort to get a source of income outside of their parents' gifts. And also for the management of the Pondok Pesantran Al Barolah Mojolegi Wangkal, Probolinggo Regency, providing opportunities for resource persons to socialize community service programs to their students to start quite a lot of activities, so the students need support from both the cottage manager and intensive guidance from resource persons. for this activity to be successful.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship itself is an effort that involves other resources such as natural resources, capital and technology, so as to create wealth and prosperity through job creation, income and products needed by society. Sumurgayam village is located in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. Most of the inhabitants work as fishermen. The catch from these fishermen is usually only consumed directly by frying or in vegetables. To increase the selling value of sea fish, several alternative processing is needed which can later increase the income of the people in the village. This community service aims to (1) Provide Information, Education and Training to cadets; (2) Providing knowledge and education about the manufacture of processed foods made from marine fish; and (3) Provide knowledge on how to use science and technology media to market products online. The approach methods carried out include an approach with the Village Government in order to synergize village activity programs, socialization and training, direct practice and ongoing mentoring. The results obtained that the enthusiasm of PKK mothers in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District in participating in training and counseling was very high, so that after attending the training, most of the participants were able to apply the knowledge gained, namely the processing of sea fish with a variety of flavors.

Abstract

Siwalan tree is a versatile plant, one of which can produce juice which is used as a drink with a high taste and distinctive fragrance characteristics. Through processed differentification, Siwalan Fruit can produce various products that can be commercially useful. In Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, on average, women only work as housewives. The purpose of this activity is to cultivate entrepreneurial skills through the processing of food made from siwalan fruit to PKK mothers in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, Kabipaten Lamongan. This activity time will be held for 3 days on February 20-22, 2023. The place where this activity was held was in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. This activity uses the method of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and provides training on diversification of various processed dishes made from Siwalan Fruit to PKK mothers. The results obtained from this activity were PKK mothers, knowledge and skills that increased by more than 75% of the total participants in processing Siwalan Fruit into various high-value preparations. The more difficult the process of making process, the lower the percentage of skills of trainees.

Abstract

Kelor is a plant that can grow quickly, live long, flower all year round, withstand extreme heat conditionsThis plant comes from the tropics and subtropics of South Asia. This plant is commonly used as food and medicine in Indonesia Community Service Activities carried out from January 7, 2022 to January 9, 2022 at 08.00 to 11.00 WIB at Siti Fatimah's mother's house, Ketapang Village, Kademangan District, Probolinggo City concerning Making Noodles with Moringa Oleifera Mixture of Leaf Powder (Moringa Oleifera) participants in this activity are housewives who want to be entrepreneurial. The results obtained from this activity are to increase the creativity of Moringa leaf processing so that it can be used as a mixture of noodles that can be consumed alone and can also be processed into other meanings whose basic ingredients are noodles, so that it can increase family income and have high nutritional value. The result obtained from this service activity is that the participants' skills in this activity increase their knowledge and skills. The knowledge and skills of trainees increased by more than 75% of the total participants. The more difficult the manufacturing process, the lower the percentage of trainee skills. Abstract

Jalan Yos Sudarso, Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province, is a village where the majority of the population are MSMEs and run the Toko Bunda business. The main problem faced by Toko Bunda business owners in Pabean Village is the limited knowledge and insight they have in business management regarding the preparation of financial reports. Therefore, the aim of this service is to help improve the ability of MSMEs to carry out bookkeeping that is simple and easy to understand. The method used in carrying out community service in South Alai Village is an approach method of socializing how to make simple financial report bookkeeping to grocery stores around the village. The results of the activities carried out are that business actors state that implementing bookkeeping in businesses has a positive effect and is very important for businesses to use in order to know how to calculate business profits or losses and measure business capabilities.
