Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kesalahan fakta mahasiswa matematika dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi kualitatif tipe studi kasus, subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Matematika Semester IV Angkatan 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrument tes soal aljabar linear berbentuk essay dan instrumen non tes wawancara tidak terstruktur. Data yang di peroleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif menggunakan Pedoman Acuan Patokan skala lima. Hasil analisis data menunjukan: 1) soal butir 1, Terdapat 6 dari 25 responden (24%) yang mengalami kesalahan fakta dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear terkait Operasi Baris Elementer (OBE), 2) soal butir 2, Terdapat 12 dari 25 responden (48%) yang mengalami kesalahan fakta dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear terkait menentukan determinan dengan menggunakan sarrus, 3) soal butir 3, Terdapat 14 dari 25 responden (56%) yang mengalami kesalahan fakta dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear terkait menentukan determinan matriks dengan menggunakan ekspansi baris pertama, 4) soal butir 4, Terdapat 13 dari 25 responden (52%) yang mengalami kesalahan fakta dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear terkait menentukan invers matriks yang berodo 3 x 3, 5) soal butir 5, Terdapat 14 dari 25 responden (56%) yang mengalami kesalahan fakta dalam menyelesaikan soal aljabar linear terkait menentukan nilai dari beberapa variabel dalam suatu system persamaan linier menggunakan aturan Cramer. Fluorescent pseudomonads are biological agents that live in the soil around the roots which can increase plant growth. Compatible fluorescent pseudomonad is a combination of fluorescent pseudomonads, which aims to make the two bacteria function better in increasing plant growth. The aim of the study was to see the compatibility of several fluorescent pseudomonad isolates and to obtain the best fluooresen pseudomonad in improving the growth of tomato tannins (Lycopersiconesculentum Mill.). This study was an experimental study, using a randomized block design (RAD) with six treatments and three replications. The treatment is a combination of PfPb3 isolates with PfCas; a combination of PfCas isolates with LAHLS1 isolates; the combination of PfPj2 isolates with LAHLS1 isolates; combination of PfPj2 isolates with PfPj1 isolates; combination of PfPj2 isolates with LAHLS1 isolates and a combination of LAHLS1 isolates with PfKd7 isolates. The parameters observed were plant height. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test and not continued with DNMRT further test at the level of 5%. The results obtained by all compatible fluoreesene pseudomonad isolates can increase the height of tomato plants (Lycopersiconesculentum Mill.).

Ministry of Religious Affairs Jakarta Regional Office does not have a decision support system that can help the process of echelon structural rise. The structural position of echelon at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of DKI Jakarta amounted to 41 people with details of 1 person occupying Echelon II, 10 people occupying the Echelon III, and 30 people occupying the Echelon IV. Basically the process undertaken for promotions begins with the announcement of vacancies, the selection of administrative and competence selection, until the results of the selection will be reported to the Chairman of the Baperjakat for trial. This raises the constraints in terms of time, the vacancy announced 2 weeks before the last limit of file collection is not enough considering not all employees read the information board. In addition to time, paper-based paperwork will cost 25 sheets of paper for each candidate that will eventually become a pile of paper by the end of the year and data searching becomes more difficult. The design of this decision support system uses the steps in SPK modeling which consists of feasibility study, designing, selecting, and making SPK. From this research, the result of the design of decision support system of employee promotion by using profile matching method at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jakarta Regional Office is expected to facilitate the provision of vacant vacancy information to be viewed by employees at any time through the website and minimize the amount of paper usage. After the SPK, no files have to be collected because the files can already be uploaded in the system. And the time required for reduction approximately 20 minutes before the system can occur approximately 2 days, so the efficiency level to 50%.

Tourism infrastructure is the pillars that undermine the competitiveness of Indonesiantourism. This study aims to determine the factors that weaken the competitiveness ofthe tourism infrastructure in Indonesia. The data were analyzed descriptively.Indicators of the strength and weakness of infrastructure competitiveness aredetermined by performing a comparative value that obtained from everycompetitiveness indicator published by the World Economic Forum period of 2015,against four major competing countries in ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia,and the Philippines). The results showed that some of the indicators that weakens thecompetitiveness of Indonesia's infrastructure namely: quality of air transportinfrastructure, international airline seat, quality of roads, quality of port infrastructure,and the ATMs accepting visa cards. Even the presence of major car rental companiesand extension of business trips recommended placed Indonesia in the final sequenceof the four major competitor countries in Southeast Asia. Indonesia only has three ofstrength indicator of tourism infrastructure, consists of the domestic airline seat,quality of railroad infrastructure and the quality of ground transport network.

ABSTRAK. Persaingan yang ketat diantara para pebisnis menuntut untuk selalu memberikan kinerja yang terbaik salah satunya dengan memberikan pelayanan prima. Pelayanan prima menjadi hal yang penting selain harus juga memahami apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keinginan para pelanggan. Penerapan pelayanan prima termasuk didalamnya pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan diharapkan dapat menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan, jika kepuasan pelanggan tercapai maka akan mudah bagi suatu peusahaan yaitu PT AEON Indonesia untuk bertahan didalam persaingan bisnis. Tujuan pengamatan adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pelayanan prima kasir pada PT AEON Indonesia dan mengetahui apa saja hambatan dalam penerapan pelayanan prima kasir di PT AEON. Metode yang digunakan melalui metode observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung pada PT AEON dan studi kepustakaan dengan membaca beberapa buku, literatur, jurnal dan artikel. PT AEON memiliki SOP bagi kasir ketika melayani pelanggan, hanya saja hal tersebut belum sepenuhnya dilakukan oleh kasir sehingga masih menimbulkan komplain dari pelanggan, untuk mengatasi komplain pelanggan dalam hal layanan PT AEON perlu mengadakan pelatihan bagi karyawan khususnya kasir mengenai pelayanan prima dan para atasan harus melakukan briefing secara rutin kepada para kasir sebelum memulai bekerja. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kasir. ABSTRACT. Intense competition among business people demands to always provide the best performance, one of which is by providing excellent service. Excellent service becomes an important thing besides having to also understand what the customers' needs and desires are. The application of excellent service, including understanding the needs and desires of customers is expected to create customer satisfaction, if customer satisfaction is achieved it will be easy for a company, PT AEON Indonesia to survive in business competition. The purpose of the observation is to find out the implementation of prime cashier services at PT AEON Indonesia and to know what are the obstacles in implementing the prime cashier services at PT AEON. The method used through the observation method is direct observation of PT AEON and literature study by reading several books, literature, journals and articles. PT AEON has a SOP for cashiers when serving customers, it's just that it has not been fully done by the cashier so that it still raises complaints from customers. regular briefings to the cashiers before starting work.Keywords: Service Excellent, Customer Satisfying, Cashier

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan gaya belajar dan hubungannya dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa prodi PKK Tata Busana UNP. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Proporsional Random Sampling. Besar sample adalah 73 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar yang dominan pada mahasiswa adalah gaya belajar auditorial. Hasil belajar mahasiswa pada umumnya berada dalam predikat sangat memuaskan. Hasil uji Regresi menunjukkan gaya belajar tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa, dimana nilai Sig yang diperoleh lebih besar dari 0.05 yaitu 0.220 > 0.05. Gaya belajar memiliki keeratan hubungan 4.3% dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang dalam mentaati peraturan berbusana yang telah di tetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa tentang peraturan berbusana ke kampus di Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang . Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kesejahteraaan Keluarga Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang angkatan 2012 - 2017 yang terdaftar pada semester Januari - Juni 2019 sebanyak 487 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16. hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi mahasiswa tentang peraturan berbusana ke kampus berada pada kategori sangat baik yaitu 90,26%. Hal ini berarti mahasiswa berpersepsi bahwa mahasiswa dalam berbusana ke kampus telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah di terapkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang.

Learning competence as an indicator of learning process achievement must be supported by appropriate learning media. There is little innovation in the development of geography learning media, and geography teachers' use of technology is still limited and ineffective. Making Augmented Reality-based learning media is one option for achieving the desired competencies. Geo-Augmented Reality technology is developed in stages, including the study of Prototype design theory, sketching out the Prototype, and continuing with the prototyping process. The Prototype is then used in conjunction with offline learning designs to provide a detailed model of field conditions for Geo-Augmented Reality media. Implementing this media-based learning is critical in order to meet the predetermined indicators of achievement of the geography learning process.

Abstract : Keywords: Level Of Knowledge, Provision Of Complementary Feeding. Keberhasilan granting MP BREAST MILK is influenced by a variety of factors, one of which is the level of knowledge. Results of a survey in village Jumantono Ngunut septi Karanganyar by conducting interviews with midwives, the village that the knowledge of the mother in each village in giving BREAST MILK to her baby to varied valid any know about giving MP ASI but there are some mothers who are less knowledgeable about granting MP ASI. The goal in this research is to know the level of knowledge about giving mom MP ASI in the village Jumantono KaranganyarJenis Ngunut this research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is all mothers who have babies in the village Jumantono Ngunut Karanganyar. Research on a sample is the mother who has toddlers aged 0-2 years in the village of Jumantono Ngunut Karanganyar totaling 72 respondents. This instrument is used in is the questionnaire. Data processing stages: cleansing, coding, scoring, insert, data analysis that is used in is a frequency distribution and percentage of a variable. The results of the research note that the characteristics of the respondents based on level of education ELEMENTARY education level prevailing majority of 23 respondents (31.9%) with enough knowledge level as many as 20 respondents (87,0%). Characteristics of respondents based on majority parity are parity 1 applies 35 respondents (48.6%) with enough knowledge level as much as 28 respondents (80,0%). Characteristics of respondents based on the age of majority age of 21-35 years as many as 67 respondents (93,1%) with enough knowledge level as much as 52 respondents (77,6%). The characteristics of respondent based on the work of the majority is a Housewife (IRT) as much as 40 respondents (55,6%) with enough knowledge level as much as 87.5 of respondents (35%). Summary of the research knowledge about giving mom MP ASI in the village Jumantono Ngunut Karanganyar largely had enough knowledge level of 57 respondents (79,2%)

This study aims to determine the correlation between knowledge and awareness with industrial development, state religious status and state location. The data is sourced from secondary references of IFG-IFDI publication for the 2019 period on 42 countries in the European and American Continent. Data is processed through correlation analysis. The results show that Islamic financial knowledge correlates with the level of scientific awareness. Islamic financial knowledge and awareness of Islamic finance are positively correlated with the development of 4 (four) segments of Islamic finance, namely: Islamic banking, takaful, other Islamic finance, and sukuk; and does not correlate with the Islamic funds. The countries with a Muslim majority population will be more active in developing activities related to the Islamic financial industry. There other side, there is no significant correlation between knowledge and awareness of Islamic finance with the continet location of the country. The research findings recommend an inclusive awareness movement so that it unites the academic and the public aspects in Islamic financial campaigns.
