Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasingly competitive, therefore every company must be able to manage all its human resources effectively and efficiently in order to survive and develop. Human resources that perform well will facilitate the organization to achieve its vision, mission and goals. Without human resources with good performance, it will be difficult for an organization to achieve its stated goals. To improve good human resources one of them is to pay attention to organizational factors, where the organizational factor itself consists of leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and the performance of company employees. This study aims to explain the influence of independent variables, namely leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment with the dependent variable, namely employee performance at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk (Sari Roti) MM2100, Cibitung. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach which includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test, and R2 test supported by the SPSS 22 program. Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational culture to organization citizenship behavior. This research was conducted on 72 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously organizational commitment variable, job satisfaction and organizational culture have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant values ​​of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is influence simultaneously between organizational commitment variable, job satisfaction and organizational culture to organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh penilaian kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di PT. Mitrapak Eramandiri Cabang Cikarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mitrapak Eramandiri Cabang Cikarang yang berjumlah 134 karyawan dengan sampel 57 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, studi pustaka dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis linier regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2) dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan data analisis, persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: Y = 0,759 + 0,463 (X1) + 0,274 ( X2). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial) bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil uji f (simultan) menunjukan bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Nilai adjust R square sebesar adalah 0,384 atau sebesar 38,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan atau tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Productivity in organizations is basically centered on human resources owned by an organization. Given that human resources are important, attention, direction and management of human resources must be carried out and applied within the organization in order to achieve an organizational productivity goal. Therefore, organizations need employees who are skilled at work and a good work environment in order to realize employee work productivity, besides that the discipline of individual employees is also very necessary to increase productivity whose achievements are also the goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence discipline, skills and work environment have on employee productivity. The research sample was 92 people and data were collected using a questionnaire questionnaire method, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 statistical program. The results of this study prove that discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity. Work skills have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The conclusion of this study is that the discipline variable does not have a partial effect on work productivity, while the skills and work environment variables have a partial influence on work productivity.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia usaha sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena manusia sebagai pelaku kegiatan dalam mendukung jalannya operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan menginginkan kinerja yang tinggi dari setiap karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wilmar Benih Indonesia (tissue culture).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja(X1) dan Kompensasi(X2) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Wilmar Benih Indonesia (tissue culture). Dengan jumlah responden 52 karyawan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner. Dan diuji menggunakan validitas, realibilitas dan uji asumsi klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolonieritas dan Uji Asumsi Heteroskedastisitas). Adapun hasil analisis regresi linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut ; (1)Terdapat pengaruh namun tidak signifikan secara parsial antara pengalaman kerja kinerja karyawan (koefisien beta 0.151 bertanda positif) (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien beta 0.478 bertanda positif) (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara pengalaman kerja, kompensasi, dan kinerja karyawan (Sig. F = 0.000 < 0.05). Kata Kunci : Pengalaman Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja

Abstract

International Business is a management to entering International among some countries with international trade activities and macroeconomics indicator in more than one country.Supply Chain Management  is the process  of managing movement of , information, raw material,money in the organization system.Supply chain  practices are not only important  in local business  but also in global business between one country to another country.The Effect of Globalization,past history, politics power and military power had been dominated international relations. War event between Russia and Ukraine.Meanwhile, relevant with brainly globalization, power subsystem ,had been stressed from  through economic scope and culture circumstances. Until now,the strength of every country  depends on abilities and  capacity these country for supply chain management.The aims of research is to analysis about influence between Wheat Import to Cost Insurance Freight from Ukraine. Every activities need delivery,and every delivery had been determined payment systems.Next Purposes is to search other countries outside Russia and Ukraine to access some countries which  wheat very available. The research methods is a quantitative research, purpose is to explains about overall problem solving regarding supply chain management.Specific case with Invasion Problems. Invasion as a specific problem adjustment with international relations. Trend international relations with example invasion from Russia toward Ukraina.Since February 24, 2022 all  weapon technology will be prepare for defence each every country.Embargo for Ukraina transactions and Rusia transaction,inside and outside. People still damages,because international transaction with Ruble currency. Some people will be conversion from US$ for Cost Insurance Freight   as an International unit measurement for douane system payments for cost of good sold, transportation cost,insurance for the end of seaport aim. Conclusion of the quantitative research is a statement for Supply Chain Management with implications for currency,and also international business environment,and effort for gained with balance terms of trade in other countries. Statistics with t counted = 24.291 and  F counted = 590.045 as a process , whereas  to imply significant analysis to get correlation for douane payments,because t table = 12.706 ,and F Table = 240.120,data especially for Russia t counted : 24.030.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19 adalah dengan menggunakan hand sanitizer sebelum dan sesudah melakukan aktivitas. Peningkatan jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 menyebabkan kebutuhan hand sanitizer yang mengalami peningkatan. Ketersediaan hand sanitizer yang terbatas dan tingginya permintaan masyarakat menyebabkan peningkatan harga jual hand sanitizer. Oleh karena itu perlu inisiatif akademisi bekerjasama dengan masyarakat dalam memproduksi hand sanitizer dengan formula yang tepat untuk mendapatkan produk hand sanitizer yang efektif dalam mengurangi penyebaran virus COVID-19. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pemanfaatan produk hasil penelitian dosen yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di desa jatireja dalam mencegah penyebaran jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 serta untuk mensosialisasikan bagaimana proses pembuatan hand sanitizer yang sesuai standar WHO. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap kegiatan yaitu persiapan bahan dan alat untuk membuat hand sanitizer, proses pembuatan hand sanitizer dan proses distribusi produk hand sanitizer yang dihasilkan kepada warga masyarakat di desa Jatireja. Kegiatan PkM dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembagian hand sanitizer kepada masyarakat di desa Jatireja berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib serta mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari perangkat desa, lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat, masyarakat desa Jatireja, civitas akademika dan Yayasan Pelita Bangsa. Abstract: One of the efforts that can be made to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus is to use hand sanitizers before and after carrying out activities. The increase in the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 has led to an increase in the need for hand sanitizers. The limited availability of hand sanitizers and high public demand have led to an increase in the selling price of hand sanitizers. Therefore, it is necessary to take the initiative of academics in collaboration with the community in producing hand sanitizers with the right formula to get hand sanitizer products that are effective in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The purpose of this community service is to contribute to the use of lecturer research products that are utilized by the community in Jatireja village in preventing the spread of the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 and to socialize how the process of making hand sanitizers is according to WHO standards. This community service method is divided into three stages of activity, namely the preparation of materials and tools to make hand sanitizers, the process of making hand sanitizers and the process of distributing hand sanitizer products produced to residents in Jatireja village. The PkM activities of lecturers and students in distributing hand sanitizers to the community in Jatireja village went smoothly and orderly and received full support from village officials, community empowerment institutions, Jatireja village communities, the academic community and the Pelita Bangsa Foundation.
