Abstract

The business world is now prosecuted to create high employee performance for office development. The office must be able to build and improve performance within its environment. The most common problem is Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office. Which is in the field of serving to the society and goverment is related to the motivation of achieving a decline resulting from bonuses and wages that are less the main factor of discipline in the work decreases. Researchers set the population in this study are employees of Kantor Desa Sukamahi Central Cikarang. The results showed that partial compensation had no effect on the performance of the employees of Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office, this is shown from the results that Work discipline has an effect on the performance of the employees of Kantor Desa Sukamahi Cikarang Pusat as indicated by the results. Achievement also has a positive effect on employee performance and this is shown from the results. From the above statement it can be concluded that partially Work Discipline and Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance influences, While Compensation does not affect performance employe Sukamahi Central Cikarang Office

Abstract

Abstract.Human resources are very influential on work performances, because work performance is one of requirement, that have tobe owned by employees in order to produce good performances, and to achieve company goals. If the goal has been achieved, the employee will get an achievement from the company.This research aims to examine, verify and obtain results on how the influence   of training, job stress and work ability on work performance.The results of this research indicated three things: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the training of PT. Mukti mandiri Lestari. (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the work stress variable of PT Mukti Mandiri Lestari. (3) and there is a positive and significant effect on work ability.

Abstract

Digital marketing is very helpful for business people in interacting with consumers directly to producers, to meet the company's operational needs, the ease obtained from digital marketing is expected to develop the agribusiness industry located in Karang Rahayu Village of South Cikarang District of Bekasi Regency. Limited land in the middle of the city becomes a obstaclesto develop hydroponic cultivation. The lack of understanding of the people of Karang Rahayu Village regarding the opportunities of the agribusiness industry and hydroponic cultivation is the main problem that must be resolved immediately. The lack of ability to market will also have an impact on business prospects so that it is necessary to conduct Training on the Application of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village, Bekasi Regency. In community service in Karang Rahayu Village, South Cikarang Subdistrict, there are 4 methods used including observation methods, interview methods and training methods. The results achieved by Training in The Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village of Bekasi Regency from PKK Mothers earn additional income thanks to hydroponic cultivation and reach broad segmentation to exit the island by utilizing digital marketing.

Abstract

Employee work productivity is the success rate of a person in carrying out tasks with predetermined operational standards procedures. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of human life, at least in the work environment of companies that have to adjust to the current pandemic conditions The number of employees infected with Covid-19 found a decrease in the work productivity of employees who do not follow the operational standards of procedures in work. The purpose of this study was to test how much the role of work discipline in influencing occupational safety & health (OHS) and the work environment and its impact on employee work productivity in automotive companies in Bekasi by involving 73 respondents. The data is then processed with a quantitative approach which is then analyzed by the structure method using smart partial least square (PLS) software. The analysis begins with the testing of variable instruments, the description of variables followed by the feasibility test of the model and ends with hypothesis testing. The results of the study can be concluded that Occupational Safety & Health (OHS) has a direct or indirect effect on the productivity of work. Research has also found the work environment has no direct effect on employee work productivity. Instead, it is mediated by work discipline. And work discipline affects the productivity of employees in bekasi automotive companies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan kemandirian kerja karyawan antara yang dipimpin dengan gaya transformasional dan transaksional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif komparatif expostfacto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan toko di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang terdiri dari 2 kelompok, yaitu karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transaksional dan transformasional. Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 orang yang terdiri dari 2 kelompok, yaitu 50 orang karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transformasional dan 50 orang yang dipimpin dengan gaya transaksional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket yang telah diujikan validitas dan reliabilitas pada 30 orang di luar sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data lolos uji asumsi klasik normalitas dan homogenitas. Rata-rata kemandirian karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transformasional sebesar 3,648, lebih tinggi dari kemandirian karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transaksional sebesar 3,242. Selanjutnya, pada independen sampel tes, diperoleh nilai t sebesar 4,393 yang signifikan pada 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal kemandirian antara karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transformasional dan transaksional, dimana kemandirian karyawan yang dipimpin dengan gaya transformasional lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find performance determinants of the employees of UD. This research data is sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires conducted by as many as 98 employees of trade businesses spread across ten districts and cities of Province Central Java. Following data collection, smart partial least square (PLS) software is used to evaluate the data. The analysis is started by putting the outer model to the test to see how the indicator and the variables it represents relate to one another. The study concluded that the power distance had no impact on employee performance and that situational leadership style has both direct and indirect effects on employee engagement, but the energy space can be increased by implementing employee engagement. Employee engagement positively influences employee performance as a mediation between situational leadership styles and power distances.

Abstract

Digitalisasi telah memberikan banyak kemudahan untuk menghubungkan konsumen langsung dengan produsen untuk saling memenuhi permintaan dan penawaran meskipun di masa pandemi, dengan banyaknya kemudahan yang dapat mengembangkan bisnis melalui digitalisasi tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan kondisi yang ada. Salah satu contoh nya adalah usaha-usaha yang ada di Desa Cibatu Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Rendahnya kreativitas menjadi permasalahan utama, khususnya dalam hal proses produksi, dan pemasaran yang sebelumnya menggunakan offline. Minimnya kemampuan juga akan berakibat langsung terhadap prospek bisnis kedepan yang sulit menghadapi persaingan sehingga perlu dilakukan sebuah pelatihan Pelatihan Pengembangan UMKM Desa Cibatu Dalam Peningkatan Produksi Dan Pendapatan Berbasis Digital. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Cibatu Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan ini ada 4 metode yang digunakan diantaranya adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai pada saat pelatihan pengembangan UMKM Mebel dan kelompok usaha Ibu-Ibu PKK mendapatkan inovasi dalam mengembangkan usaha dengan memanfaatkan sistem digital yaitu mereka harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi pada pemasaran, selalu kreatif dalam pengembangan usahanya baik itu inovasi produk maupun kreatif dari sisi proses serta strategi pemasaran. Pelatihan pengembangan ini juga secara otomatis meningkatkan pendapatan dari UMKM Mebel dan kelompok usaha ibu-ibu PKK melalui platform e- commerce dan melakukan promosi digital kepada UMKM Mebel untuk menjangkau pangsa pasar yang luas.

Abstract

This study examines the direct effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance and the indirect effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance through self-confidence. This study was conducted at PT. Mulia Glass Float Division, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This study is a quantitative study that collected data using a survey technique through a questionnaire. The data was then processed using PLS 3.3.3 software. The study population was 151 employees. Based on purposive sampling, the entire population was used as a sample. The results showed that self-confidence had a positive effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive impact on self-confidence, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance, training had a positive impact on self-confidence, and training had no effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation, and training had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation. The expertise possessed by employees and the training provided could increase the employees' confidence that they could conduct their duties and responsibilities properly. Consecutively, it affected increasing employees' performance. This study is expected to be a reference for company management to conduct training to improve employees' skill practices continuously. It is also expected to increase employees' self-confidence and have an impact on improving employees' performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran dari keterlibatan karyawan dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa model struktural dengan softwate partial least square dimana. Analisis dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 101 karyawan, pengujian pertamadilakuakn dengan pengujian outer model, dilanjutkan dengan menguji kelayakan dari model penelitian dan diakhiri dengan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Work   Engagement. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan yang kuat dalam meningkatkan Work Engagement. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Budaya. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Budaya Organisasi. Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Work Engagement sangat kurang peranannya dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Budaya Organisasi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawn Melalui Mediasi Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Artinya Work Engagement tidak punya peranan dalam fungsi mediasKepemimpinan Transformsional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Mediasi Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar . Abstract

Erratic business competition makes human resources the most important thing to realize a stable economy to make companies able to compete sustainably. Companies are required to have a more optimal, stable and creative performance in their business competition. A good company is largely determined by the human resources owned by a company. The main objective of this study is to measure how much impact the resulting from the variables of the nonphysical work environment, workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This type of research uses statistical analysis methods assisted by SPSS Version 24 data processing software. This sampling used a random sempel technique with a total of 80 respondents. This study aims to test, study, and also obtain results on how the influence of non-interpretation work environment, workload and satisfaction on turnover intention in PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the nonphysical work environment with the Turnover intention of PT. Main Finance Cikarang. (2) there is no positive and significant effect on workload with Turnover intention PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. (3) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with PT.Utama Finance Cikarang.
