Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Rolling Ball dalam model pembelajaran Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) terhadap hasil belajar kimia kelas XI IPA pada materi laju reaksi di SMA Negeri 4 Samarinda tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penggunaan media Rolling Ball dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dan keaktifan siswa melalui model pembelajaran POEdalam 3 tahapan utama, yaitu memprediksi apa yang terjadi (predict), melakukan pengamatan dan diskusi untuk membuktikan prediksi (observe), dan menjelaskan hasil pengamatan dan diskusi (explain). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Static Group Comparison dengan metode pre-experimental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 (eksperimen) dan kelas XI MIPA 2 (kontrol), dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 89,11 dan kelas kontrol adalah 86,11. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t, dan didapatkan thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 3,89 > 1,67, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media Rolling Ball dalammodel pembelajaran POE terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA pada materi laju reaksi di SMA Negeri 4 Samarinda tahun ajaran 2019/2020 pada taraf signifikan 5%.

Abstract

Management participant educates its very existence is needed in educational institutions because students' or participants' education is subject to the transformation process of knowledge and skills. Success in administration education depends on the development potency physical. Intelligence intellectual, social, emotional mental participants educate. The research objective is to know implementation management students in increasing achievements at Madrasah Aliah NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Study This uses study type qualitative with take location at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Data collection was carried out with the use of methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Subject researcher in study This is The principal of the madrasa, Deputy Student Affairs, as well subject supporters are teachers, coaches extracurricular activities, and students at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Engineering Data analysis was performed in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so until data saturation. examination data validation is carried out with data triangulation. Result of the study This finds that Implementation Management Student at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak is Already ok. those results can be seen from planning participant educate includes acceptance participant education just done nationally by the next Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia stage second carried out in the respective Kanwil up to the determination of graduation student new is the result can see from line online, do activity coaching studentship, besides it's MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak has obtained achievements the best through activity extracurricular nor extracurricular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Motivasi Eksternal peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. Pada aktivitas pembelajaran di kelas VII MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang terdapat permasalahan di dalam kelas, yaitu menurunnya pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Adanya siswa yang masih cenderung pasif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran serta kurang kesadaran Ketika mengerjakan tugas yang dikasih guru. Ada juga yang menunjukkan perilaku suka datang terlambat, tidak mengerjakan Pekerjaan Rumah (PR), sikap peserta didik yang kurang baik dan kurang bersemangat saat mengikuti Pelajaran. Dari kebiasaan sikap tersebut mencerminkan rendahnya motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik tersebut. Apabila kenyataan seperti itu diabaikan dan dibiarkan terus menerus, maka proses belajar mengajar di Mts. Al-Fathimiyah tidak akan berjalan dnegan baik dan tujuan Pendidikan tidak akan tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Motivasi eksternal peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif menggunakan Teknik analisis deksriptif yang menggunakan alat bantu program IBM SPSS 23. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 151 peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 54 peserta didik yang diambil dari 2 kelas yaitu peserta didik kelas VII A dan VII D di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai dari Rata-rata (Mean) sebesar 87,4, nilai Standar Deviasi (SD) sebesar 10,7, nilai Maksimum sebesar 108 dan nilai minimum sebesar 59. Kemudian di kelompokkan menjadi 3 kategorisasi yaitu tingkat rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Hasil dari kategorisasi pun meliputi 13 % Motivasi Eksternal peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang yang berkategori rendah, 66,7% berkategori sedang dan 20,4% berkategori tinggi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari table diatas adalah skor Motivasi Eksternal peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Karawang kategori Sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the correlation between consumer trust and other factors that could increase the consumer's online purchase intention in the marketplace. This research uses quantitative methods and the data is collected from 138 respondents in Banjarmasin who had made online purchases, at least 2 times in the last 3 months, using a questionnaire. Then, the data is analyzed using PLS-SEM. The empirical result proves that consumer trust does not have a direct impact on online purchase intention, but the indirect effect of consumer trust has an impact on online purchase intention through attitude as an intervening variable. Information quality directly has an impact on online purchase intention, but consumer trust as an intervening variable of information quality indirectly does not have an impact on online purchase intention. Those results show that most consumers purchase online to acquire the needed products or services. Therefore, they are more concerned with the benefits and conveniences obtained from online purchasing. Trust is no longer the main factor affecting online purchase intention. To increase online purchase intention, online merchants should provide the best information quality related to the offered products and services and provide a sense of comfort and convenience to consumers in making transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how consumer repurchase intention in the setting of e-commerce is impacted by electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), trust, and customer happiness. The demographic of this study is the people who live in the North Banjarmasin District, and the research sample consists of 399 respondents who buy at the marketplace. The study used a quantitative design. An analysis method called structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied. The findings of the study demonstrate the significance of these variables in influencing the intention to repurchase, and e-WOM is recognized as a key tactic for encouraging customers to share pleasant experiences with one another. However, e-WOM is negatively impacted by the possibility of disseminating false information. According to research, e-WOM, trust, and customer happiness all significantly influence the desire to repurchase. Reliability of work, completeness of information, and timeliness of delivery can all be used to gauge this level of confidence.

Abstract

Existence head of Madrasah in the institution education have very important role in develop and lead institution quality education. Because therefore, it takes a strategy for the principal in the madrasah increase quality education in schools to be quality and religious schools. As for goals study This is First, describe and analyze the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep. Second, describe and analyze factor supports and factors inhibitor in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep. Study This use approach qualitative. Method data collection used researcher includes : Observation, interview, and documentation. Findings study show that : First ; the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep is with method increase teacher professionalism, do activity coaching special For participant educate achieve, optimize facilities and infrastructure education, implementation supervision in a manner routine, intertwine harmonious relationship with participant students, teachers, and with society . Abstract

Source Power man is often called a human resource, energy or strength human (energy or power). Study This aims to know from support government to business group society and how impact business programs on the sector economy and education for the community Type of research used is study descriptive qualitative, data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity of researcher data uses technique triangulation. Data analysis was carried out with four stages namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing menggunakan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepak bola melalui metode bermain pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana berjumlah 33 Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes passing dalam permainan sepak bola. Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus yang tuntas sebanyak 11 siswa atau 33%. terlihat masih sangat kurang siswa dalam keterampilan passing terdapat 22 siswa belum tuntas atau 67%, Pada Siklus I setelah menggunakan metode bermain siswa yang tuntas 61% atau sebanyak 20 siswa,tidak tuntas 39% atau sebanyak 13 siswa. Sedangkan siklus II yang dapat dilihat bahwa dari 33 siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang Kecamatan Sukadana terdapat yang tuntas sebanyak 28 siswa atau 85% dan 5 siswa tidak tuntas atau 15% .. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode bermain terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing menggunakan kaki bagian dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 19 Pampang
