Abstract

Technological role in various of organisational activity aspects get to be understood since technology emphasizes on information system arrangement with computer purpose, information technology can meet the need information with meteoric, timely, relevant, and accurate. Public service by government institution expected getting better and efficient,so that need developed. This research intent to test information system acceptance model on government institution at Purwokerto by use of twenty institutions and as much 176 samples. Method that is utilized for analyzing is Structural Equational Model (SEM). Result that is reached from this research points out that influential external variable to purpose easy perception and easy perception ascendant purpose to usefull perception.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transfromational leadership, perceivedorganizational support, and employee engagement of organizational commitment. Thesurvey was conducted at Inspectorate Bekasi. There were 57 respondents selected throughpurposive sampling method. Respondents are permanent employees in the organizationand work for a minimum of five years. Based on the results of research by using multipleregression, and causal step mediation method, it can be conclude : (1) transformationalleadership has a positive affects to employee engagement, (2) perceived organizationalsupport has no positive affects to employee engagement, (3) transformational leadershiphas a positive affects to organizational commitment, (4) perceived organizationalcommitment has a positive affects to organizational commitment, (5) employee engagementhas a positive affects to organizational commitment, (6) employee engagement mediatesthe relationship between transformational leadership towards organizational commitment,and (7) employee engagement doesn?t mediates the relationship between perceivedorganizational support towards organizational commitment. The implication of this researchis if an organization has employees who instill a sense of employee engagement whoalways proud, enthusiasm of their work, and time feels fast at work will greatly affectorganizational commitment. Then, if having a transformational leader that directs themission to the organization, has a purpose, and expressed a sense of satisfaction inemployees will be able to increase the sense of employee engagement and organizationalcommitment. In addition, organizations that concerning of employees welfare, pride inemployees achievement, and appreciate the contribution of employees can also increaseorganizational commitment in Inspectorate Bekasi

Abstract

The industrial revolution is a reality that must be faced by every country. This condition hasan impact on increasing interdependence between country located in an area in the form ofcooperation in various fields. Industrial revolution gives an essential challenge to improvethe quality of resources human power that can establish cross-cultural interactions to beable to address every opportunity of good cooperation. One component that needs to bepossessed by human resources in the era of the industrial revolution, especially the younggeneration of Indonesia is the cross-cultural communication competence with knowledge,understanding, self-confidence and cultural identity through the experience of interactingwith individuals from different cultural backgrounds. The young generation of Indonesianeeds to build a global mindset and play an active role in building harmonious cooperationin achieving the agenda of the industrial revolution. This phenomenon is essential so thatIndonesia's human resources are not just spectators, but can determine the success of theempowered nation competitiveness. This study aims to analyse affective, cognitive andconative elements in forming cross-cultural communication competencies. This researchalso examines the influence of the dimensions of cross-cultural communication and attitudestowards global citizenship towards the intention to work together across cultures. Theresearch sample was taken using a purposive sampling method. Data were collected usingsurvey methods with questionnaire techniques. Respondents in this study were students atthree universities in Central Java.

Abstract

Police officers duties and roles in today?s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

Abstract

Positive values of Western management such as efficiency, discipline and respect for therole of the individual to influence the performance of the organisation. American corporatemanagement practices cannot be separated from values and rationality embraced by thecommunity. Efforts to achieve organisational effectiveness depends on environmentalfactors, one of which cultural factors. Culture is the value system embraced by theenvironment, including the work environment. Based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions, thecollectivist, Indonesia, entrepreneurial management model has the potential to develop thebusiness goals that have value and uniqueness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on r stres   with work-family conflict as  mediating variable. There were 80 member chosen as respondent of the research by using purposive sampling method. This research using quantitative approach.  Analysis tool used in this research is Multiple Regression with SPSS software. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational justice has negative effect on stres with work-family conflict as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research is a human resource analysis study, especially studies on employees of Warung SS Purwokerto. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Emotional Intelligence on Job Outcomes and its impact to Turnover Intention on Warung SS Purwokerto. The samples in this study were 86 people who had been selected using purposive sampling. This study uses the analysis method of Simple Regression Analysis and Causal Step Method. Hypotheses indicate that emotional intelligence directly affects job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Turnover Intention, then job satisfaction and organizational commitment affects Turnover Intention, next  job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect the effect of emotional intelligence on Turnover Intention. The implications of this study indicate that Turnover Intention affected by emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This finding will contribute to future research as an additional reference regarding the development of discussions and studies on human resource management.
