Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District village of Teluk Meranti Young Island Pelalawan. The samples in this study is numbered as many as 31 people. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. the regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (Financial compensation and organizational climate) have an influence on the dependent variable (performance of employees). While the simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The magnitude of the effect caused by the two independent variables namely 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the t-test showed that each of the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District Young Island village of Teluk Meranti Pelalawan is financial compensation where the value of the t-counted the highest compared with other independent variablesKeywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Climate and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted on Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture om employee performance on Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru and also to find out which factors affect the performance of the more dominant. The population in this study were all employee of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru, up to December 2012 quantity f employee in Bank Tabungan Negara Pekanbaru is 72 people and all of them were sampled, so that the method of data collection is done by census.Based on the research results and discussion it is know that the leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance of employees simultanceously on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru. Abstract

The study was conducted at a branch of Bank Mestika lord Tambusai Pekanbaru and aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance Mestika Bank branch lord Tambusai Pekanbaru. The study population was all employees totaling 45 people. Sampling transactions are carried out with models census. The variables used in this study is motivation and organizational culture as an independent variable, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS tools 17 for windows. The research concludes that the motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance simultaneously. Partially, the motivation has no significant effect on performance. While organizational culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. Cultural organizations provide a stronger influence on performance than the influence of motuivasi.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Organizational Climate, Work Behavior and Functions of Supervision to Job Satisfaction Employee at PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Sudirman Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Sudirman Pekanbaru with totaling 51 people, while the method of sampling is done by using saturation sampling methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression were processed with SPSS version 18.0. From the analyzing the data, simultaneous regression test (f-test) showed that Climate Organizational, Behavior Work and Functions of Supervision have effeect to Job Satisfaction Employee, while the partial test (t-test) Climate Organizational Behavior Work and Function of Supervision have effect on Job Satisfaction At PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Sudirman Pekanbaru. The contribution of the influence of the independent variables (Climate Organization, Work Behavior and Function of Supervision) to the dependent variable (Employee Satisfaction) amounted to 86.4%. Companies should pay more attention gratification of the employee to work with the maximum example by observing Organizational Climate, Work Behavior and Function of supervision that exist in the company so that employees are more motivated to mendiptakan maximum performance.Keywords : Work Satisfaction, Climate Organization, Work Behavior and Function Supervision

Abstract

Human resources is a factor that is planned, moving, and oversee all activities of the company. Given the importance of human resources, each company must have tried to get a qualified and productive employees to run the company. This study aims to analyze the performance of employees Pangeran Pekanbaru. In this penlitian used random sampling, the sampling technique and deliberately randomized study. Data were collected using a questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis in this study using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression through SPSS 20. The results showed that the performance of the variable reward positive effect with a coefficient of 0.493 and a positive effect on the variable performance capabilities with a coefficient of 0.269. Variable rewards on intrinsic motivation positively berpenaruh with variable coefficients of 0.510 and a positive effect on the ability of intrinsic motivation with a coefficient of 0.350. And on the other hand, the relationship between intrinsic motivation is also a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.584. Employee performance can be increased along with the increase in the reward given by the company and the capabilities of employees, as well as intrinsic motivation.Keywords : Reward, Ability, Intrinsic Motivation, Performance

Abstract

The aims of this reseacrh is to examine the effect of compensation and employability on productivity. The population of this reseach is taken from employes of the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara. Accidental sampling method is used to get the samples, and from 405 peoples that we observed, we get 80 peoples as the samples. To analyze the data Multiple Linier Regression, F- test, and t- test analysis with using SPSS 17. The result shows that all variables simultaneously and significanly affected toward productivity in PT. Duta Palma Nusantara. The result shows t- test analysis indicates that compensation and employability that has significant effect on productivity. Suggestion of this research is a necessary balance between the compensation awarded by the company employee capabilities, management companies need to consider compensation to be applied, so that the salary system implemented based on the productivity of employees. The management company also needs to consider in order to observe the ability of management employees in the work stamina and health, especially for work in the plantation requires good stamina employees in order to increase productivity.Keywords : Compensation, Ability, and Work Productivity
