Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada Mall Pekanbaru, Mall SKA dan Mall Ciputra Pekanbaru yang melakukan penjualan produk ice cream wall's dengan tujuan tmtuk menganalis pengaruh variabel karakteristik merek, karateristik perusahaan dan karakteristik konsumen-merek terhadap loyalitas merek pada produk Ice Cream Wall's di Kota Pekanbaru. Tehnik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan metonan probability sampling dan teknik accidental sampling, sedangkan tehnik analisis menggunakan metode regresi tinier berganda.Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik merek (Xi), karakteristik perusahaan (X^) dan karakteristik konsumen-merek (Xj) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek (Y Koefisien Determinasi (R^J sebesar 0.520 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52.00% terhadap variabel terikatnya Ini beramasih ada faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi lolalitas merek yang tidak termasudalam penelitian ini.Rekomendasi yang dapat penults ajukan agar PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk harus lebihmeningkatkan reputasi perusahaan dengan cara menumbuhkan dan mengembal ikarasa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Perusahaan Juga diharapkan agar lebih mendekatkan diri kepada masyarakat dengan selalu ikut dalam kegiatan sosial seperti penanggulangan bencana, penghijauan dll, dengan demikan reputasi perusahaan di mata konsumen akan menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bagian workshop PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera dengantujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerjakaryawan. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan berhargabagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinankerjaparakaryawannya dengan melakukan evaluasi pada aspek gaji dan pengawasandari pimpinan.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode interview dan kuesioner sertadokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 42orang karyawan bagian workshop di PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera. Variabelpenelitian terdiri dari gaji dan pengawasan sebagai variabel independen dandisiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaji dan pengawasanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja baik secara simultanmaupun parsial. Kedisiplinan kerja karyawan secara dominan dipengaruhi olehvariabel pengawasan.Rekomendasi yang dapat disarankan adalah agar manajemen melakukanperbaikan pada komponen gaji dan pengawasan karyawan secara lebih efektifagar disiplin kerja karyawan dapat lebih ditingkatkan di kemudian hari.Kata Kunci : Gaji, Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Raih Usaha Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru in order to determine and analyze the influence of the level of welfare and supervision of employee morale PT. Raih Usaha Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru. Employee morale is an important component in determining the progress of the company or organization, there are several reasons why employee morale require attention from management, namely, high morale, making the work assigned to him can be solved with a shorter time, can reduce the rate of absenteeism due lazy, makes employees feel senag work, these three things will minimize the possibility of employees to move work to other places In this study, there are three variables, namely, the level of welfare (X1), supervision (X2), and morale (Y). The study population was 61 people, and the samples taken were all employees of PT. Raih Usaha Karya Mandiri Pekanbaru. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study uses linear regression method SPSS version 18. Results of this study there are significant levels of welfare and supervision of employee morale. Welfare is meant is that it can be viewed as a further aid money to employees. Especially payments to those who are sick, money saving assistance to employees, the division in the form of bonuses, insurance, hospitalization, and pensions. And also there is the influence of supervision on employee morale, supervision required, among others, leadership should be more frequent direct supervision to their employees and work assessment among employees, so that employees are supervised felt to be more active and in good working at PT. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia The Branch Of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Effect of Work Dicipline and Training either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance Parts Sales in PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch The population in this study is a sales employee of PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia The Branch Of Pekanbaru totaling 52 people, with a total sample of 52 employees. methods of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. By using SPSS version 17. The result of study concluded that simultaneously both variable Discipline and Training influencend significantly toward Employee Performance. Partially, the results obtained were that the variable of Discipline influenced significantly toward the variable of Emlpoyee Performance and the variable of Training influencend significantly toward the variable of Emlpoyee Performance. This writer concluded that concluded that the variable of Discipline an Training simultaneously and partially influenced positively and significantly toward Empolyee Performance PT. Abstract

The research was conducted on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the Occupational and Environmental Effects of Intrinsic Motivation either simultaneously or partially The Secretariat of the Employee Performance On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau. The variables in this study is: Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation significant influence on employee performance parts secretariat On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is part of the secretariat of the Working Environment While the population in this study is part of the Secretariat employees on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau which amounted to 38 people, with a total sample of 38 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) has a significant effect on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance parts secretariat on is working environment where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables. Recommendations to authors present is the agency needs to pay attention to the work environment and enhance intrinsic motivation for employees to improve employee performance in the future.Keywords: Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office where the population is all employees in that office. The samples taken were 65 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and motivation through job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis, to test the effect of cultural variables work, motivation to employee performance through job satisfaction. The result showed that organizational culture influence on employee performance and organizational culture influence on employee performance is through the satisfaction of the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands Regional Office, while the motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees. The researchers suggest the company may need to increase efforts to internalize the organizational culture in the workplace and also more attention to aspects of employee satisfaction in order to support improved performance.Keywords: organizational culture, motivation, employee performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perception Organizational Justice and Empowerment on Employee Satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Sudirman branch. Total number of employees is 58 people. Given the limited number of population, the authors conducted a census sampling technique, ie to the entire population of 58 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that organizational justice and empowerment simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. Justice organizational partially influence on employee job satisfaction Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. Empowerment partially influence on employee job satisfaction Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. It is expected to head of the company in order to educate employees so easy to get along with fellow employees in the company (improve cooperation). For example by suggesting employees to greet each other in the company so that a sense of community arises in the employees so that they are easy to get along with each other employees who have been working and the employees who have performed above average or very maximum.Keyword : Justice organization, Empowerment, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

The study was conducted at a branch of Bank Mestika lord Tambusai Pekanbaru and aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance Mestika Bank branch lord Tambusai Pekanbaru. The study population was all employees totaling 45 people. Sampling transactions are carried out with models census. The variables used in this study is motivation and organizational culture as an independent variable, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS tools 17 for windows. The research concludes that the motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance simultaneously. Partially, the motivation has no significant effect on performance. While organizational culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. Cultural organizations provide a stronger influence on performance than the influence of motuivasi.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of the level of education, work experience and placement on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Riau Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantan. As for the population in this study were all employees of PT.Bank Riau Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantan totaling 55 employees. While the sampling is done by making all employees as a sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test shows that the level of education, work experience and placements influence on the performance of employees, while the partial test showed that the level of education, work experience and placement partial effect on the performance of employees. Employee performance needs to be optimized to the planned objectives can be achieved. For that is expected to the leading companies that pay attention to the harmony of communication that exists among employees at work. For example, by giving more work done in groups so that communication among employees can be properly maintained. Thus employees are expected to work with the maximum. Abstract

This study aims to find to determine effect training and leadership on teacher competence of MTs in Selatpanjang, either simultaneously or partially and which variables are the most powerful influence on teacher's competence of MTs in Selat panjang. The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was the entire population of teachers of MTs Selatpanjang totaling 42 people with census techniques. The results of the simultaneous regression test (Test-F) showed that all independent variables consisting of leadership training and have a significant impact on teacher competence variables. Partial regression test (t-test) showed that the training variables have the most significant effect on the variables of teacher competence. The magnitude of the effect that (R²) by training and leadership together to variable competence of teachers is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study. Results and discussion of research and concluded that training and leadership simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Demikianpula, training and leadership partially positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Variables that most strongly to MTs Selatpanjang teacher competence is training.Keywords : Training, Leadership and Competence
