Abstract

This study aims to find to determine effect training and leadership on teacher competence of MTs in Selatpanjang, either simultaneously or partially and which variables are the most powerful influence on teacher's competence of MTs in Selat panjang. The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was the entire population of teachers of MTs Selatpanjang totaling 42 people with census techniques. The results of the simultaneous regression test (Test-F) showed that all independent variables consisting of leadership training and have a significant impact on teacher competence variables. Partial regression test (t-test) showed that the training variables have the most significant effect on the variables of teacher competence. The magnitude of the effect that (R²) by training and leadership together to variable competence of teachers is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study. Results and discussion of research and concluded that training and leadership simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Demikianpula, training and leadership partially positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Variables that most strongly to MTs Selatpanjang teacher competence is training.Keywords : Training, Leadership and Competence

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District village of Teluk Meranti Young Island Pelalawan. The samples in this study is numbered as many as 31 people. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. the regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (Financial compensation and organizational climate) have an influence on the dependent variable (performance of employees). While the simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The magnitude of the effect caused by the two independent variables namely 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the t-test showed that each of the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District Young Island village of Teluk Meranti Pelalawan is financial compensation where the value of the t-counted the highest compared with other independent variablesKeywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Climate and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was aims in Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) To determine the effect of individual competence, incentives and intrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of Employees Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. 2) To determine the effect of individual competence, incentives and intrinsic motivation partially on employee performance Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. 3) To determine which variables are the most significant influence on employee performance of Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. Abstract

This research was conducted in post-harvest processing centers Riau Kampardistrict in order to determine the number of defective products despite having tobear the cost of high quality , and Improve services and Performing continuousquality control , so that the number of defective products which amount 18851.99kg can be minimized becomes smaller for The next production period .Data were collected with the sample data menganmbil production for 4years in a row from2010-2013, and then performed calculations using formulas SQC (StatisticalQuality Control) .The results of this study prove post-harvest processing centers is still not efficient and effective in performing quality control of smoked fishproduction of catfish because they still do lama.Tentunya is the recommended method for using theSQC (Statistical Quality Control ) , in order to control thequality of smokedcatfish production in the desired achieved .Keywords : Quality Control, Method of SQC, Produce, Processing Patin Salai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh disiplin kerjadan pengawasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Perkebunan XYZPabrik Kelapa Sawit ABC. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawanpabrik yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengolahan kelapa sawit denganjumlah 116 orang. Sebelum pengumpulan data dilakukan uji validasi danreliabilitas kuisioner terhadap responden, setelah itu kemudian dilakukan analisadata secara deskriptif kuantitatif.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebagaiberikut: (1) secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja dan pengawasan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. (2) secara parsial yang palingdominan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah pengawasan kerja.Kata kunci : Disiplin, Pengawasan, Produktivitas

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan danmotivasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai dinas Pertanian, Peternakan danPerikanan Kabupaten Siak.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukandengan cara menjadikan keseluruhan populasi menjadi responden yakni 58orang. Sumber data dari data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan datadalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisisyang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linearberganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Motivasi berpengaruh positifsignifikan dan merupakan variabel lebih dominan terhadap semangat kerjapegawai dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Ujisimultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi memilikipengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak yang digambarkan dari nilai R squaresebesar 0,592. Variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi hanya dapatmenjelaskan variabel semangat kerja sebesar 59,2 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar40,8 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan semangat kerja.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru No.63 at Kampung Suka Ramai street road. That aims to determine how Effect of Discipline work and Observation either simultaneously or partially on Safety and Health of Employee Part of Production at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru. The population in this research is employee of PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Part of Production in Pekanbaru, which amounts to 153 employee, and the sample is 60 employee. The Analytics Method is Descriptif of Quantitative Method with SPSS 18.00 version. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables simultaneously disciplines work and observation has a significant influence on safety and health of employee. The magnitude of the effect that the coefficient of determination (R2) by the two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable while the remaining 69%, 31% influenced by other variables not examined. Partial regression results (t test) showed that the dependent variable has an safety and health employee a significant effect on each of the independent variables studied were disciplines work and observation.Keywords: Discipline Work, Observation, and Safety adn Helth Of Employee

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Riau Muda Jasasarana Pekanbaru with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership and compensation on employee morale. The study population was all employees of the company, amounting to 71 people. Determination of the census sample. Data analysis methods used are descriptive and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that leadership and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on morale. Compensation is a dominant factor affecting employee morale. Morale of 98.5% can be explained by the variation that occurs in leadership and variable compensation. Recommendations can be given is that the management of the company to implement new aspects of leadership, especially leadership ability in forming cooperation, provide guidance and motivation to subordinates. In terms of compensation, most aspects need to be improved is the distribution of proportional bonus, fair and consistent.Keywords: Morale, Leadership and Compensation

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT . Priatama Riau Gardens Rupat with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) , the job satisfaction of employees at PT . Riau Priatama Rupat Gardens . Population is staying employees to 116 people. Sampling was conducted using census or sample saturated 54 people made as a sample of respondents , the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative methods , data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial ( multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0 ) . From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction variables . Partial regression test (t test ) showed that the variables lingkungankerja (X1)and employee safety & health ( X2) is more significant effect on job satisfaction of employees(Y) at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable of this means that the variable work environment and occupational health & safety of employees (k3), jointly influencing employee satisfaction with variable percentage of. While , affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat . Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of partiallyleadership and motivation on teacher performance and to identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru.Untuk identify and analyze the variables that most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. The population is all teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaruthat number as many as 83 people. For sampling the study, researchers used a technique Slovin the study sample was 45 people with the sampling random method (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques in this study was through questionnaires (questionaire) and interview (interview). In this study analyzed data using descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysisFrom the results of this study concluded partially for leadership variablessignificantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru also partially motivational variables significantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely leadership and motivational variables have a relationship with the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 01Pekanbaru (Y), it can be proven through multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.945.Penelitin also diketauaai relationship of the independent variable (leadership and motivation) to employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru (Y) is equal to 88.70%. Variables most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru is the motivation for most of the T value.For authors suggest that schools should pay more attention to the goodrelationship between leaders and subordinates because it is a very big connection with employee performance improvement. If teachers in carrying out daily tasks to get the problem, then the supervision of a good leader will be able to look for solutions and solving problems faced by teachers will carry out duties properly.
