Abstract

Environmental analysis and determining the direction of the organization are two interrelated things in strategic management. Environmental analysis helps an organization to understand the internal and external factors that affect its success, while determining the direction of the organization is a process that involves choosing the most suitable strategy to take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges faced by the organization. Steps that can be taken in carrying out an environmental analysis and determining the direction of the organization: Identify internal and external factors; Evaluation of internal and external factors; SWOT analysis; Determine the vision and mission of the organization; Design a strategy; Strategy implementation; Evaluation and monitoring. In conclusion, environmental analysis and determining organizational direction are important processes in strategic management to achieve long-term goals and enhance organizational success. By paying attention to internal and external factors, organizations can develop appropriate strategies to take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges they face. Based on research, the advantages and disadvantages of MTs Darul Mustafa comes from the internal environment. The contribution of students with academic and non-academic achievements, good facilities and infrastructure, accelerated degree programs, low madrasah management capacity, unequal organizational and principal conflicts. Opportunities and risks arising from external MTs Darul Mustafa covers Islamic boarding schools and religious community culture, public trust in their children's education, government policies that impose administrative demands on teachers, and the rapid development of information and communication technology. Darul Mustafa that can be implemented must continue to gain public trust, including planning the objectives of the madrasa that are appropriate to the needs of the community and the conditions of the times. Using a participatory approach with various parties including teachers, students, student caregivers and the community, through qualified teaching staff by providing training/support training, creating a conducive madrasah environment by minimizing conflicts in the internal environment, and completing madrasah facilities. and infrastructure as needed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum dan evaluasi kurikulm SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dan untuk mengetahui kurikulum di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif tepatnya adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakasek kurikulum, wakasek kesiswaan, guru dan siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengolahan data menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Kurikulum yang digunakan di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten merupakan perpaduan antara kurikulum Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia dengan Kurikulum Kekhasan sekolah terpadu Al Qudwah juga Kurikulum kekhasan Jaringan Sekolah Islam terpadu. Usaha pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Terpadu Al Qudwah Lebak Banten dengan pembiasaan, pembinaan, pengembangan diri secara terus menerus dinilai telah sukses dilaksanakan dan berhasil dengan baik.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the concept of accountability and good governance in the management of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach for library research type. The discussion data was obtained from primary and secondary data derived from books and journals of international and national reputable. Content analysis is used as an analysis technique. The results of the study show that accountability and good governance in Islamic education management is the obligation of schools to account for the management, control of resources, and the implementation of policies entrusted to institutions in order to achieve the goals that have been set. The study recommends schools to implement accountability and good governance in Islamic education management.

Abstract

Menjaga keseimbangan antara pencapaian tujuan pemerintah dan pemenuhan harapan masyarakat, prosedur penganggaran berbasis kinerja diintegrasikan. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis strategi penganggaran berbasis kinerja di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menggunakan metode canpuran yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kombinasi sekuensial. Data bersumber dari wawancara kepada kepala bidang dan staf pegawan di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang paling tepat diterapkan oleh Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang, khususnya strategi kekuatan dan peluang dengan strategi memanfaatkan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang untuk penganggaran berbasis kinerja guna mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. Strategi kekuatan dan peluang yang diuraikan di atas menunjukkan bahwa Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang mengambil langkah-langkah untuk penguatan strategi penganggaran berbasis kinerja dengan keterampilan pegawai dalam perumusan dan penyusunan standar pelayan masyarakat (SPM), motivasi pegawai, dukungan lembaga profesional untuk membantu pelatihan analisis anggaran biaya dan bantuan dana. Sedangkan yang perlu diperlu dipertahankan yaitu strategi pengendalian terhadap pegawai dan anggaran serta sumber daya dan insentif pegawai. Hasil penelitian berimplikasi pada semakin kuat dan berpeluang besar strategi yang digunakan oleh Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang dalam mengimplementasikan pengangggaran berbasis kinerja akan semakin baik ketercapaianya serta dapat mengatasi hambatan dan kelemahan yang ada.
