Abstract

Human resources are a crucial element that every company must have. To support the smooth operation of the company, management efforts are needed so that the existing system can be well organized in accordance with the company's goals. This research aims to analyze improving human resource performance through the application of risk management analysis at Cafe Kopi Jelita, Serang City. This research adopts a qualitative approach method with a descriptive research type, utilizing direct interview techniques with managers and direct observation at the location. A qualitative approach and descriptive research were chosen to describe and understand more deeply the context and practices of risk management. Through direct interviews, researchers can interact directly with managers, obtaining contextual information about risk management strategies. Direct on-site observation provides an additional advantage, allowing researchers to dive into the realities of risk management practices directly, providing clearer insight into the implementation of theoretical concepts in real contexts. Using this approach, the research integrates risk management principles to develop strategies that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource management in the cafe. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an in-depth view of how risk management analysis can be a valuable tool in improving human resource performance in the context of the cafe industry. The implications of these findings can provide practical guidance for business owners, managers and researchers who are interested in improving human resource management practices amidst the dynamics of the coffee industry

Abstract

This research aims to identify effective strategies in developing the production capacity of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. MSMEs in this sector face major challenges in the form of limited traditional production technology and low human resource skills in production management and quality control. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches using in-depth interviews, field observations and surveys. The research results show that key strategies that can be implemented include the application of modern and efficient production technology, increasing human resource skills through training and mentoring, as well as increasing access to capital and local government support. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase productivity, efficiency, product quality consistency and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the development of MSMEs and the local economy in Serang City

Abstract

Every company like PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia definitely has goals to achieve. To achieve this goal, PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia is very dependent on its human resources, in this case employees. The importance of the employee's role in achieving company goals must be balanced with the abilities possessed by the employee, meaning that the employee must be able to carry out every job assigned to him correctly and produce products with perfect results, both in quantity and quality. In other words, every employee must provide good performance for the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of financial compensation and training on the performance of Production Department employees at PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was part of the population in this study, namely 61 employees using the Slovin formula. This research can be concluded, either partially or simultaneously, that financial compensation and training have a significant effect on the performance of Production Department employees at PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia, with an influential contribution of 30.8%, while the remaining 69.2% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

A good work environment and work motivation will be one of the motivating factors for employees to carry out their work optimally. On the other hand, organizations need a safe and comfortable work environment and good work motivation from both the company and the work leaders which aims to increase work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang. The research method used by the author is the causal associative method with a quantitative descriptive approach, where the process of taking samples from a population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to 58 (fifty eight) respondents with Likert scale measurements and using the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, the work environment significantly influences work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang (2) Partially, work motivation significantly influences work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang and simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang. Based on the results of the study, both partially and simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most important factor in an organization or company and is one of the factors that can be a source of advantage to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in running its business. This study aims to determine whether the influence of job placement and compensation simultaneously affects employee job satisfaction at PT. Aluprima Pacific Industries. This research uses a quantitative method, which can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to study specific populations and samples. The results of this study indicate that job placement and compensation simultaneously affect job satisfaction. This is known from the results of determining the F-table value, as the limit of the acceptance or rejection area of the hypothesis, which can be done with the formula (df) = n-k where n = number of samples, while k = number of independent variables with a significant level of α = (0.05), resulting in an F-table value of 3.18. Because the calculated F-value > F-table (18.232 > 3.18) and the significance value is below 0.05 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Overall, proper job placement and adequate compensation are key factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction at PT. Aluprima Pacific Industries. Therefore, the company is advised to continue paying attention to and improving these two aspects to create a better and more productive work environment

Abstract

Community service activities with a focus on efforts to increase awareness of beach cleanliness at Merak Harbor, Cilegon City, through effective management of environmental education programs. Evaluation of activities revealed significant problems related to organic waste, especially wood and large tree trunks, at Merak Harbor Beach. As a solution, it is recommended to use heavy equipment in the cleaning process, to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, the potential for using organic waste as raw material for wooden crafts or as an alternative energy source was also identified. Follow-up implementation of these recommendations can have a positive impact on the sustainability of future beach clean-up efforts. It is hoped that the results of this service activity will not only create environmental awareness, but also provide concrete and sustainable solutions to beach cleanliness problems. Through the integration of these practical suggestions in the next beach clean-up action, it is hoped that the community can be actively involved in maintaining beach cleanliness, while utilizing the positive potential of organic waste for sustainable local economic activities

Abstract

Planting trees is an effort to restore, maintain and improve natural conditions so that they can continue to produce and function optimally, either as water regulators or environmental protectors. The implementation method used in this medicinal plant planting training program is divided into three stages. This activity was carried out in several stages to ensure understanding and literacy for the people of Cemplang village so that they had a better understanding of protecting the natural environment. The stages themselves were divided into two, namely: Socialization and planting of Albasia trees in the designated area. Albasia tree seeds themselves have several benefits and also have their own unique characteristics because they are one of the reasons why the Uniba KKM 32 Group chose this tree as a form of concern for the natural environment in Cemplang Village, not only that, the community itself is enthusiastic about planting and also understanding related issues. With this socialization because this can help the public increase their understanding of the concept of protecting the natural environment

Abstract

The community service activity with the theme of financial and banking management book review which was carried out via Zoom Meeting on March 28 2024 aims to increase participants' understanding and skills in managing personal and business finances. This event presents experienced speakers who discuss key concepts in financial management, accompanied by question and answer sessions and interactive discussions. Evaluation of the activity showed that participants felt more skilled and confident in managing finances after participating in this event. This activity also proves the effectiveness of online learning in increasing financial literacy, with higher accessibility and engagement. Recommendations for future activities include presenting more practical examples and tools that participants can use independently to deepen their understanding of financial management
