AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu aspek daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. Prospective analysis based on aspects or criteria of the concept of the tourism village in the Culture and Tourism Office of Pandeglang Regency. It still needs to be improved in the elements of tourist attraction, community motivation, facilities and infrastructure, institutions, and availability of land, in general, are sufficient to be developed into a Tourism Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and using data analysis methods, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the study based on a SWOT analysis of internal and external potential were suitable for developing this tourism village. The proper model of the tourism village to be grown is by carrying the theme of a unique, unique and healthy go green tourism village based on horticultural excellence, natural beauty and local culture that is still strong.Keywords: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potential, Tourism Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional keripik talas beneng khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.Karena selama ini para pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng yang ada di kabupaten Pandeglang masih kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produknya.Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan kekuatan,kelemahan,peluang dan ancaman dari produk keripik talas beneng itu sendiri.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pemasaran produk keripik talas beneng belum maksimal di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Dengan demikian perlu adanya penerapan bauran pemasaran yaitu : Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat,diharapakan dengan penerpan bauran pemasaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan penjulalan produk keripik talas beneng yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City. The type method in this study uses an associative quantitative method that is causal, which is a study to determine the relationship/influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data. The population and samples used in this study were employees at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City, amounting to 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where the population is less than <100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City.

Corona virus which is often called Covid-19 is a group of viruses that can cause respiratory infections caused by the SARS-CoV-02 virus from the large family of corona viruses. In many cases, this virus causes mild respiratory infections such as influenza alone, but the virus can cause severe respiratory infections, namely pneumonia plus congenital diseases which are often called comorbid. In the Serang district, of course, the spread of the COVID-19 virus is certainly not too large. In order to prevent and spread and break the chain of covid-19, namely through spraying disinfectants as one way to do it with the standard disinfection method using disinfectant liquid as a prevention effort and while maintaining health protocols (prokes), through 5 M (wearing Masks, Make Keeping distance, Make Washing hands, Restricting mobility and Make Staying away from crowds). So the efforts of the KKM-16 team at the University of Bina Bangsa Banten 2021 to prevent covid-19 by spraying disinfectants in Panyaungan Jaya Village, Ciomas sub-district, Serang. The method in carrying out this activity is to permit the Village Head first, then carry out prevention socialization and share tutorials for making disinfectants properly and correctly and spraying at various points in public places and maintaining health procedures. Performance is the appearance of work and the results achieved by a person either in goods or products or in the form of services which are usually used as a basis for self-assessment of the employee or the work organization concerned which reflects the employee's knowledge about his work. The higher the quality and quantity of the work, the higher the performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on a piecemeal basis on employee performance and the effect of work environment and work discipline together on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The number of respondents is 35 people. This study distributed questionnaires to employees. The data processing and analysis technique used SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X1) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (1,854>1,693). Work discipline (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (3,086>1,693) and simultaneously or simultaneously shows that Fcount > Ftable, namely = 28,400 > 3,29. This means that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline together on the Performance of Employees at the Serang City Transportation Service. The conclusion obtained shows that the work environment partially affects employee performance, partially work discipline affects employee performance and simultaneously or simultaneously the work environment and work discipline affects employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Sheng Jeou Indonesia site Cikande-Serang. The research method used is a quantitative approach or statistical data analysis. What is meant by quantitative approach is research that focuses on presenting data in the form of numbers or quantitatively scored (scoring) using statistics. The sample used is saturated sampling, so the total is 60 samples. The results of the t-test of Work Placement on Employee Performance obtained the value of t count> t table, namely (12,533>1,67) meaning that Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance. While the t-test of the work environment on employee performance obtained the value of t count < t table (-1.868 <1.67) meaning that the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results (f test) obtained the value of f arithmetic > f table (659.466 > 2.76) meaning that Ha is accepted so that work placement and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The R-Square value is 0.959% or 95.9%, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by variables not examined in this study

The quality of improving Human Resources through community empowerment (empowerment) is two different sides but the same purpose is to be effective with increasing results. Based on Law No.12 of 2012, higher education has defined the level of education after secondary education from diploma programs to specialist programs organized by higher education based on Indonesian basga culture. The existence of Student Work Lectures (KKM) by the Ministry of Education and Culture, it is hoped that students are required to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education, research and community service. So it is hoped that students will become qualified and characterful individuals. KKM itself is a place to test and forge development to be multidisciplinary and have an entrepreneurial spirit (entreprenuership), which is useful for the community and also problems that exist in global problems that will later give a good name to universities. As was done by KKM-UNIBA 2022 students in group 59 in Girijaya Village, Saketi district, Pandeglang regency. Creative economy development plays a role in a country's economy, especially in income generation, job creation, export revenue, technology, intellectual property, and other social roles. This study aims to find out how the role of the creative economy increases the income of wood artisans. This type of research is field research, while the nature of this research is descriptive and qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. And all these data were analyzed by induction. The results obtained from this study are that the development of the creative economy carried out by wood artisans is to continue to improve innovations that consumers want so that other artisans do not abandon their products. Increased creativity and innovation by artisans increase the interests of consumers and affect the income received by artisans. The development of the role of the creative economy influences the increasing the business income of the wood artisans

Writing textbooks, reference books, and monographs is indeed one of the lecturers' efforts to improve their competence, especially in the academic field. This is caused by various factors, such as lack of available time, lack of experience and knowledge in writing, and lack of motivation and passion to complete writing projects. The service activities that you mentioned have a very important purpose to improve lecturers' understanding and skills in writing textbooks, reference books and monographs. The methods used, namely lectures, discussions, practicals, and direct assistance in the training room, are effective ways to achieve this goal. With the method of realization and implementation of community service activities carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the training stage for writing books, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. This service activity was attended by 100 participants, consisting of lecturers from tertiary institutions, especially in Banten and participants who have successfully completed their book drafts. Although the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, only a few participants managed to complete their book drafts. However, the results obtained from this community service activity remained positive, namely the participants were able to publish a book with an ISBN. This shows that this service activity provides good benefits in increasing participants' understanding and skills in writing textbooks, reference books, and monographs. The participants wanted further training and intensive assistance to produce a book that was ready to be published

The development of industrial areas has resulted in changes in the social and economic aspects of people in rural areas. Over a significant period, villagers were generally limited to one type of work, resulting in many villages being left behind in development. Increases in rural industrial areas are usually accompanied by further development of roads and other infrastructure. With this increase in facilities, strengthening the capacity of Human Resources through community empowerment and supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are three different elements but have the same goal, namely increasing productivity. Based on Law No. 12 of 2012, HR management is an important competency for MSME actors. In addition, to face business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to be adaptive and responsive to technological developments. Therefore, this community service program aims to provide an understanding of HR capabilities in the digital era in Nambo Udik Village, Cikande District, Serang Regency. This is done through collaboration with the Bina Bangsa University 2023 KKM group which has a focus on community empowerment and MSMEs. This activity includes presentations, practical training, and mentoring. This method has proven to be very relevant for adoption because the results of this activity show that the target audience has succeeded in recognizing the process of empowering human resources through mentoring assistance
