Abstract

The various ways motivate the research in this thesis that the leader moves his subordinates to achieve the goals of the organization, in the end, must also be able to generate performance from his assistants. Indirectly leadership also determines the formation of employee performance. The better one's direction toward subordinates, the higher the performance of their subordinates. This type of research is qualitative research, based on the discussion including descriptive analysis. The results of the study were: 1) The implementation of the behavior of the head was concerned with the task indicated by the deliberation principles. That was carried out in the morning brainstorming and internally with the programmers of each activity. That increases the discipline of work time to meet the performance targets. Head Puskesmas has the authority of the health department and must be carried out by subordinates or staff, prioritizing the cooperation relationship shown by all employees at the Pandean health center given responsibility in carrying out health programs in the Pandean health center, and emphasizing the results achieved that can improve employee performance. 2) The dominant factor in implementing the leadership style of the Head of Community Health Center at Pandean Health Center Dongko District is not necessarily democratic, but situational, this leadership style gives responsibility and authority to all parties, so that they are actively involved in the organization, members are given the opportunity to provide suggestions and suggestions and criticism for the betterment of the organization.

Abstract

In national development in Indonesia, the agricultural sector is still a very decisive economic force, because around 100 million Indonesians work in the agricultural sector. During this pandemic, support is needed for economic recovery, including how to maintain the availability of sufficient food for the community. Efforts to support food security, among others, by increasing the use of land that is more optimal, and also reducing the risk of crop failure, including the intercropping farming system. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the production factors that influenced the intercropping of corn and peanuts, (2) to determine the production factors (land area, seeds, fertilizers, drugs and labor) which had the most dominant influence on the intercropping of corn and peanuts. In determining the research area, East Nusa Tenggara deliberately chose East Nusa Tenggara, because it has criteria in accordance with the research objectives, namely Patawang Village, Umalulu District, East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, where the staple food of most of the population is maize, and the sampling is done census, where the population is small so that all populations are taken as samples, namely 15 samples. The data analysis uses cost analysis, revenue analysis and income or profit analysis, while to test the hypothesis using: (1) multiple regression analysis, (2) multiple correlation analysis, and (3) partial correlation analysis. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that together the production factors of land area, seeds, fertilizer, medicines and labor affect the intercropping of corn and peanuts, and fertilizer is the production factor that most influences it. Suggestions for holding training in making good organic fertilizers, from livestock manure and can be an organic fertilizer business opportunity.

Abstract

AbstractDecentralization era brings more slice economy cakes to the local/regional level. However, the authority which given to the local government does not directly enhance local investment. Local bureaucracy still hampers the investment, but several local governments can reform their bureaucracy affecting the easiness of doing business at the local level. This paper presents the best practices of local government to initiate innovation in their business license office according to local needs. At least, those innovations come up with the thesis that there is no one size fits all. Decentralization is about to bring policy close to the most in need and come up with the variation. Keywords: Regional Bureaucratic Reform, Decentralization, Local Investment, Innovation, Business License Office Abstrak  Era desentralisasi membawa lebih banyak memangkas lebih ekonomi ke tingkat lokal/regional. Namun, kewenangan yang diberikan kepada pemerintah daerah tidak secara langsung meningkatkan investasi daerah. Birokrasi daerah masih menjadi penghambat investasi, tetapi beberapa pemerintah daerah dapat melakukan reformasi birokrasi yang berdampak pada kemudahan berbisnis di tingkat daerah. Makalah ini menyajikan praktik terbaik untuk pemerintah daerah untuk memulai inovasi di kantor izin usaha sesuai kebutuhan daerah. Setidaknya, inovasi itu muncul dengan tesis bahwa tidak ada satu ukuran yang cocok untuk semua. Abstract

Abstract  The Government of Kediri City received an award regarding regional government management in 2020 with a very high score of 3.4198. This award was given by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The award is expected to have a significant influence on increasing economic growth and community welfare in the Kediri city area. From BPS data, the economic growth and public welfare (Human Development Index/HDI) of the city of Kediri increased in 2018 – 2019. Nevertheless, in 2020 there was a decline in economic growth regardless of an increase in the HDI. The achievement proved a high commitment from the government of Kediri City in efforts to increase economic growth and community welfare through the allocative role of regional expenditures. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of increasing local government spending on the performance of the Kediri City Government and to determine the performance factors of MSMEs that have a dominant influence in their contribution to increasing the rate of economic growth in Kediri City. Using quantitative research methods and the survey, the sample was determined intentionally, namely MSMEs that receive financial assistance/grants from the local government. The results of the analysis show that there was an effect of increasing regional spending on the performance of MSMEs. The main performances of MSMEs included increased sales growth, capital, annual additional workforce, market share, and marketing growth, as well as better operating profits. Keywords: Regional Expenditure; Performance; MSMEs; Management  Abstrak  Penghargaan yang diterima oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kediri dari Kementrian Dalam Negeri pada tahun 2020 atas penyelenggaraan kegiatan Pemerintah Daerah dengan skor yang sangat tinggi, yaitu 3,4198. Penghargaan ini tentunya diharapkan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dari data BPS, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat (IPM) kota Kediri mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2018 – 2019. Akan tetapi, di tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi, meskipun IPM meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya komitmen yang tinggi dari pemerintah Kota Kediri dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peran alokatif belanja daerahnya. Terkait hal ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan belanja daerah Pemerintah Kota Kediri terhadap kinerja UMKM dan untuk mengetahui faktor kinerja UMKM yang memberikan pengaruh dominan dalam kontribusinya pada peningkatan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan melalui survey. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja, yaitu umkm yang memperoleh bantuan dana/hibah dari pemerintah daerah. Hasil analisisnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh peningkatan belanja daerah Pemerintah Kota Kediri terhadap kinerja UMKM. Adapun yang termasuk dalam kinerja utama UMKM, di antaranya adalah meningkatnya pertumbuhan penjualan, modal, penambahan tenaga kerja setiap tahun, pertumbuhan pangsa pasar dan pemasaran, serta keuntungan laba usaha yang semakin baik.Kata kunci: Belanja Daerah; Kinerja; UMKM; Pengelolaan

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze and describe the implementation of Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 concerning Hospital Management Information Systems (SIRS) at the Kertosono Regional Hospital, Nganjuk Regency using the theory of George C Edward III, namely communication, energy sources, dispositions and bureaucratic structures. Procedures in research are descriptive qualitative procedures. The research data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation and then the data was processed using condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. lack of communication and outreach from the implementor. In order to overcome the constraints, the implementer can develop a socialization program so that communication can run and it is necessary to determine rewards and punishments for procedural compliance in order to improve the quality of data that influences decision making. The impact felt by this research was the training of staff and employees of RSD Kertosono to increase knowledge of the application of SIMRS.

Abstract

Kediri Regency is one of the regencies in East Java with a large population and livelihoods from agriculture. Rapid global development means that more and more agricultural land is relocated, and its use is restricted for other purposes that are considered more profitable and produce maximum results. The alternative used is succulent cultivation. Rembang Village, Ngadiluwih District, is one of the villages that develops and cultivates ornamental plants in the Kediri Regency. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out how business management, especially the marketing management of succulents, is. (2) to determine the internal and external factors affecting succulent cactus plant marketing. (3) to determine the right business development strategy for marketing succulent cactus plants. The data analysis method used SWOT analysis, and to achieve the goal, the data was processed in Microsoft Excel, and the results were presented in tabular form and explained clearly. The results of this study were for the strategy of developing succulent ornamental plants, marketing management of succulent ornamental plants was well designed and planned to achieve profits in the company. In the application of SWOT analysis, the IFAS value was 0.7, and the EFAS value was 0.2, located in quadrant I, which means aggressive growth.  This condition was very profitable for traders because strengths and opportunities could be utilized and overcome the problem of weaknesses and threats for the company, so the strategy applied was the S-O strategy. Kabupaten Kediri yaitu salah satu Kabupaten di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar dan  bermatapencaharian  dari  pertanian.  Perkembangan  global  yang  sangat  pesat  berarti semakin banyak lahan pertanian yang direlokasi dan dibatasi penggunaannya untuk keperluan lain yang dianggap lebih menguntungkan dan membuahkan hasil yang maksimal. Alternatif yang digunakan adalah budidaya sukulen. Desa Rembang Kecamatan Ngadiluwih merupakan salah satu desa yang mengembangkan dan membudidayakan tanaman hias di Kabupaten Kediri. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Memahami cara mengelola bisnis, terutama dalam pemasaran  tanaman  sukulen.  (2)  Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal  dan eksternal  yang berpengaruh pada pemasaran tanaman kaktus sukulen. (3) Menentukan strategi yang cocok untuk mengembangkan bisnis dalam memasarkan tanaman kaktus sukulen. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan untuk mencapai tujuan, data diproses di Microsoft Excel lalu hasil disajikan dalam  bentuk tabel  dan dijelaskan dengan jelas.  Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa perencanaan strategi pengembangan bisnis tanaman hias sukulen yang telah dirancang dengan baik, bertujuan untuk mencapai keuntungan perusahaan. Dalam penerapan analisis SWOT, ditemukan nilai IFAS sebesar 0,7 dan nilai EFAS sebesar 0,2, yang menempatkan perusahaan pada kuadran I yang mengindikasikan pertumbuhan yang agresif. Kondisi ini sangat memberikan keuntungan pedagang karena mereka dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang sambil mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman yang dihadapi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, strategi S-O dapat dilaksanakan.
