Abstract

This research is a field experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population is all students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Jambi State University with SportsTraining Education samples with a sampling technique is a proportional sampling of 40 people. The data analysis technique used is Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the data processing shows that: there is no significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 0.939> Ft = 4.11). There is a significant difference between the power of high limb muscle explosions with low limb muscle explosiveness to the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 17,976> Ft = 4.11). For athletes who have high leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between goal jump training and side lomato training on ball heading abilities in football (to = 6.034> tt = 1.73). For athletes who have low leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on heading ball abilities in football (to = 12,357> tt = 1.73).

Abstract

This study aims to improve the heading ball skills in soccer games through heading learning methods. This research is action research. The research subjects were class X.OTO.1 students of SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu, which consisted of 28 male students and the analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of recapitulation between cycles after going through the implementation of heading learning methods in the second cycle shows that the skill of heading balls in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu has an increase, it is shown from the results in cycle I there are 5 students (17.9%) on a scale of 4 (good) and increased to 10 students (35.7%), resulting in an increase of 17.8% (35.7% - 17.9%). Likewise on the value scale 3 (medium category) shows that in the first cycle there were 10 students (35.7%) and increased to 18 students (64.3%) so that an increase of 28.6% (64.3% - 35, 7%). Thus it can be concluded that through the heading learning method carried out in the second cycle has an increase of 46.4% (17.8% + 28.6%) on heading skills in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students in Vocational High School 2 Somba Opu. The results of the study concluded that: there was an increase in ball heading skills in soccer games through the heading learning method in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Atlet sepakbola Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 Atlet, dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling purposive. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, normalitas data, uji keofisien regresi, dan uji hipotesis dengan uji regresi sederhana dan ganda. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Bina Darma Palembang, terbukti  nilai r = 0,747 (ρ < ɑ 0,05), (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Univesitas Negeri Makassar, terbukti nilai r = 0,802 (P valube < ɑ 0,05 ), dan (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Bina Darma Palembang diperoleh nilai r = 0,939 ( P valube < ɑ 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang serangan yang paling efektif yang digunakan selama pertandingan tim proliga putra pada final four seri Kediri tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi nonpartisipan, sumber data sekunder diperoleh melalui video dari channel youtube PBVSI_OFFICIAL sejumlah 6 pertandingan Proliga Final Four Seri Kediri tahun 2019. Intrumen penelitian adalah rekaman pertandingan final four Seri Kediri tahun 2019 dan form statistik serangan open spike, quick, semi, back attack, serve. Teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serangan yang paling efektif sebagai berikut: open spike memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 15,9%, semi memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 0,5%, quick memiliki tingkat efektivitas serangan sebesar 4,3%, back attack memiliki efektivitas serangan sebesar 6,1% dan serve memiliki efektivitas serangan sebesar 2,8%. Kesimpulan studi ini menyatakan bahwa serangan yang paling efektif digunakan pada pemain bolavoli level profesional yang berlaga di proliga 2019 final four seri Kediri adalah open spike berada diurutan paling pertama, back attack di urutan kedua, quick di urutan ketiga, serve diurutan keempat, dan teknik semi di urutan kelima. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak di pengambilan data yakni hanya dilakukan pada satu seri final four proliga bolavoli seri Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical condition of rock-climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. Besides, it is also to make the basis for providing training proportions and finding the right solution to overcome the physical condition problems of rock-climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. This study uses a descriptive method approach using tests and measurements. The sample in this study were 15 rock climbing athletes in Bogor Regency. The instrument used in retrieving the data is a test instrument that has been arranged in the test and manual measurement and is following the physical conditions used in the sport of rock climbing. The results showed that athletes in the very good category was 13.34%, then in the good category was 13.34%, then in the moderate category was 66.66%, also in the poor category was 6.66%, and then 0.00% in the poor category. Furthermore, for researchers who will develop this research they ought to cover a wider range of materials, because this research is limited to athletes in Bogor Regency only.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in vo2max and passing skills using small-sided games 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 exercises in soccer players. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the sample used is 51 football players in Trenggalek under-14 who were selected randomly, this research was carried out in Trenggalek district, namely the Siwalan field, Sumbergedong field, and Sumberagung field, the instrument in the study This study uses a multistage fitness test and a passing test in football, data analysis uses the Manova test. The results showed that there was a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 exercise group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to increase vo2max with a sig value. 0.031 < 0.05, and there is a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 practice group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to improve passing with a sig value of 0.027 < 0.05. It can be concluded that overall small-side game exercises 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 can increase vo2max and passing for football players.

Abstract

This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that not all elementary schools in the district know or do gymnastics in general, specifically artistic gymnastics. The problems in this problem are: 1) How big is the contribution of Motor Educability to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 2) How big is Eye-Hand-Foot Coordination to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 3) How much do you contribute and are confident in doing the flic-flac movement? 4) Is there a joint contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform flic-flac movements? 5) Among the contributions of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, which one has the biggest role in the ability to perform artistic gymnastics flic-flac movements? Scientific work, as material to be studied, by further researchers. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research study whose data is in the form of numbers. Using independent and dependent variables. Instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results that have been obtained, it shows that the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, the ability to perform flic-flac movements of students will increase. A teacher can explain motor educability clearly so that students can understand it. The ability to perform the student's flic-flac movement will decrease if the student's eye-hand and foot coordination are not balanced so that it can be at risk of causing injury. The maturity level of motor educability and self-confidence is high, it will be easier for you to do the flic-flac movement. The lower eye-hand-foot coordination will affect increasing the possibility of injury to students. Based on the conclusions of the research, it is suggested that there is a relationship between the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform extracurricular artistic gymnastics flic-flac at SDN Kayen I Bandarkedungmulyo, Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketrampilan shooting atlet sepakbola di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar Daerah (PPLPD) Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis penelitian adalah non eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, subjek penelitian adalah seluruah atlet sepakbola PPLPD Kab. Bogor berjumlah 21 atlet. Instrumen berupa lembar observasi dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase kemudian hasilnya dikonsultasikan dengan tabel norma persentase.Data hasil penelitian berdasarkan observasi langsung diperoleh rincian sebagai berikut, ketrampilan teknik awalan sebesar 71% termasuk dalam kategori cukup, ketrampilan teknik impact in ball sebesar 60% termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan ketrampilan teknik gerak lanjutan/fallow trough sebesar 46% termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Hasil dokumentasi menujukkan keakuratan shooting dalam tiga pertandingan jika di total TIM PPLPD kab.Bogor mampu melepaskan tendangn ke gawang sebanyak 21 kali dan yang tepat ke gawang hanya 9 kali atau 42,8% dalam kategori kurang.Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yakni atlet sepakbola di PPLPD Kab.bogor memiliki ketrampilan shooting dalam kategori cukup, karena masih 60% yang sesuai dengan indikator teknik shooting dan aplikasi keterampilan shooting dalam pertandingan atlet PPLPD Kab. Bogor menujukkan tingkat keakuratan shooting yang kurang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil pengamatan peneliti bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Mi tarbiyatul islam menggunakan pembelajaran model drill dan ceramah. akibatnya suasana kelas monoton,dan membosankan. hal tersebut nampak dari menurunya semangat belajar dan hasil belajar.Permasalahan peneliti adalah (1) Apakah model teaching games for understanding dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa (2) Seberapa besar peningkatan model pembelajaran TGFU.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas V Mi Tarbiyatul Islam. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan isntrumen berupa RPP, lembar obervasi siswa, dan hasil tes belajar siswa.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah penggunaan model teaching game for understanding dalam upaya peningkatan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani bagi siswa kelas V MI Tarbiyatul Islam mengalami peningkatan, diperoleh sebanyak 16 siswa atau 80% tuntas dan 4 siswa atau 20% belum tuntas. Dengan adanya peningkatan yang terjadi pada siswa dan melebihi 65% indikator keberhasilan maka perbaikan pembelajaran dinyatakan berhasil.Berdasarkan simpulan hasil penelitian ini,direkomendasikan: (1) Penerapan model TGFU dapat dijadikan salah satu pilihan dalam pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. (2) Penerapan model pembelajaran TGFU ini diharapkan lebih aktif dalam belajar dan lebih memahami apa yang dipelajari. (3) Model TGFU dapat dijadikan salah satu pikihan pembelajaran di MI Tarbiyatul Islam sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
