Abstract

AbstractThe study of the condition of the area of residence, internalization of family values, and emotional regulation, of adolescent social behavior, is important because the environment influences feelings, and as a motive for adolescent behavior. This study aims to look at the influence of the environment, internalization of family values , and emotional regulation on adolescent social behavior. The study was conducted in five schools in the Districts of Abadijaya and Mekarjaya, Depok City. The study participants consisted of 120 adolescents (men n = 60 & women n = 60) and 120 working mothers taken using disproportional random sampling techniques. Data collection using the Asian Value Scale-Revised (AVS-R), Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ), and Maladaptive Social Behavior. The PLS analysis results show that there are effects of environmental characteristics, family characteristics, internalization of family values, and emotional regulation on adolescent social behavior.Keywords: Adolescent emotional regulation; Adolescent social behavior; Family values Residential environment AbstrakStudi tentang kondisi wilayah tempat tinggal, internalisasi nilai-nilai keluarga, dan pengaturan emosi, terhadap perilaku sosial remaja penting dilakukan karena lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap perasaan, dan sebagai motif perilaku remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihatan pengaruh lingkungan, internaliasi nilai keluarga dan regulasi emosi terhadap perilaku sosial remaja. Penelitian dilakukan di lima sekolah yang ada di Kecamatan Abadijaya dan Mekarjaya Kota Depok. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 120 remaja (laki-laki n=60 & perempuan n=60 dan 120 ibu bekerja yang diambil menggunakan teknik  disproportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Asian Value Scale Revisied (AVS-R), Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) dan Maladaptive Social Behaviour. Hasil uji PLS menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh karakteristik lingkungan, karakteristik keluarga, internalisasi nilai keluarga, dan regulasi emosi terhadap perilaku sosial remaja. Abstract

KKNI is one of the synergies in the fields of education, training and work experience that is feasible to apply in vocational education. This study aims to evaluate, map and find out equitable competency test and certification for vocational school teachers, indicators of the success of the teacher transfer function program integrated with competency tests and certifications, and the urgency of the KKNI in the cosmetology field. The research method uses a combination of quantitative and descriptive methods with library research, which involves 42 teachers transferring the function of the cosmetology study program. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed a descriptive technique. The results showed that equalization of national qualifications and certification is considered very important, the need for general skills-based on KKNI for vocational school teachers,  competency expertise is one of the urgent things that need to be possessed by educators. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that the need for an effort to disseminate and distribute information about KKNI in order to increase competency for 3T regional teachers. It is necessary to support more adequate facilities and infrastructure in the process of applying competency-based vocational education and certification.

Abstract

Kecantikan merupakan topik yang dibahas dalam keseharian, serta menjadi variabel yang menarik terutama dalam bidang psikososial. Penelitian ini membahas kecantikan yang dikaji dengan metode penelitian kualitatif citizen science review, data yang diambil berdasar common sense media daring Quora dan literature review jurnal ilmiah terkait. Sebanyak 67 data quora dengan 48 jurnal ilmiah dianalisis serta disintesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan (a) 64% responden menyebutkan kecantikan merupakan subjektivitas, abstrak, dan multi-faktor, (b) kecantikan bagi wanita memiliki risiko tersendiri seperti, narsistik, catcalling, insekuritas, kecemburuan sosial, dan kecenderungan membandingkan diri dengan pencapaian individu lain, (c) wanita menginginkan kecantikan karena terdapat keunggulan atau keuntungan yang didapat bagi wanita yang berpenampilan menarik dan berwajah cantik. Keunggulan tersebut dinyatakan sebagai beauty privillage, (d) terdapat substitusi kecantikan yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini, hal tersebut berbentuk kepercayaan diri, self-love, dan self-worth, serta (e) kecantikan dapat berubah dengan perlakuan tertentu, dan seiring usia biologis wanita.
