Komputer dan internet merupakan bentuk nyata dari hasil revolusi komunikasi yang paling banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat saat ini . masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi yang dapat berkomunikasi dengan sesamanya melalui media yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet. Karena ini masih masa pandemi banyak orang lebih beraktivitas melalui smartphone atau alat komunikasi yang digunakan untuk penyampaian pesan. Tujuan peneliti melihat bagaimana digital marketing menggunakan media sosialÂ menjadi alat pemasaran yang bermanfaat dalam penyebaran informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Penelitian juga menggunakan Komunikasi Pemasaran dan dihubungkan dengan Akun media sosial. Sosial media sebagai media promosi yang menjanjikan karena dapat menekan biaya pemasangan iklan sehingga pelaku UMKM di desa Percut dapat membuat dan mengembangkan akun online shop nya dengan mudah. Namun dalam proses pembuatan konten akun UMKM di desa Percut yang menarik tentunya membutuhkan waktu dan biaya, sehingga tak sedikit pelaku UMKM di desa PercutÂ yang mengalami kendala dalam membuat tampilan akun nya menjadi lebih menarik bagi calon konsumen. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kondisi dan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh UMKM di desa Percut (2) memberikan solusi efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di desa Percut (3) Membantu optimalisasi dalam promosi secara online.Sedangkan manfaat bagi UMKM di desa Percut mitra yakni terbantunya dalam perluasan promosi produk yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dan pendapatan UMKM di desa Percut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh : 1) Komunikasi Kerja terhadap MinatBerwirausaha, 2) Lingkungan Kerja terhadapProduktivitas Kerja, 3) Komunikasi Kerja danLingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas KerjaKaryawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan metode korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah Karyawan PT. Triroyal Timurraya. Tekniksampling yang digunakan adalah purposive samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 Karyawan. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier ganda,pengujian hipotesis, uji prasyarat analisis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruhposisitf dan signifikan komunikasi kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 4,244 (p < 0,05). 2) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadapproduktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilaithitung sebesar 6,708 (p < 0,05). 3) terdapat pengaruhsecara bersama-sama antara komunikasi kerja danlingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 28,914(p < 0,05). The purposes of this research is to obtain the biography, contributions and progress of Sultan Baharuddin Harahap in South Tapanuli. The research method used is qualitative research with a character study approach. This writing was produced by collecting data obtained by reading references through articles, journals, books, then approaching the family, loyal bodyguards of Sultan Baharuddin Harahap, friends of Sultan Baharuddin Harahap's wife, and heads/managers of educational institutions left behind by the Sultan. Baharuddin Harahap. The results of the research show that Sultan Baharuddin Harahap is a famous king in South Tapanuli Regency who has the title "Daulat Raja Tuantua Patuan Nagaga Najungal". Apart from that, he also plays a role as a religious and traditional figure, preserving the local wisdom of Dalihan Natolu and local culture which had been in suspended animation, then contributed to establishing the Baharuddin Modern Islamic Boarding School in Janji Mauli, and RA Al-Muta'allimin Bagas Godang, Donor of Pani Asuhan, established a tareqat/parsulukan place located at Tolang Jae.

The goal of this study was to examine the Authentic Assessment in Akhlak Learning Class IV at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli and examine the results of authentic assessments in the Akhlak class IV subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli. This thesis research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers used interview, observation, and document study techniques to collect data, and to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research, they referred to data validity standards such as credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study indicate that authentic assessment of Akidah Akhlak subjects is carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli at the start of learning, during learning, and after learning. The assessment in learning Akidah Akhlaq is done in an integrated fashion. This assessment is carried out to achieve competence in the 2013 Curriculum, with teaching activities including three assessment aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Several assessment techniques are used in the authentic assessment process for Akidah Akhlaq subjects, including written tests, written tests, assignments, practices, projects, portfolios, observations, self-assessments, peer-to-peer assessments, and teacher journals.

It is the goal of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture on the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City., the impact of work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, and the impact of organizational culture and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City. The registrant-respondent statistics of 60 teachers are used in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Simple and multiple regression techniques, as well as partial correlation, were used to analyze the data. According to the research findings, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on teacher work discipline. There is a 28.7% effective influence on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah's teachers in Gunung Sitoli City if the organizational culture is higher and more positive. As a result, 28.7% of the variation in the organizational culture variable is correlated with an improvement in teacher work discipline; this is a positive and significant relationship. In other words, the more positive and motivating a teacher's work motivation is, the more effective the teacher's work discipline is. Work motivation can be predicted with a 32 percent accuracy in terms of improving teacher work discipline, and there is a joint positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation.

The goal of this study is to discover the Pondok Leaders' Interpersonal Communication Pattern in terms of improving the Quality of Graduates; to understand the Pondok Leaders' Efforts in Effective Interpersonal Communication, and to understand the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Interpersonal Communication process of the Leaders of the Umi Kalsum Islamic Boarding School in Nias. The purpose of this research is to learn more about the Curriculum Management of Islamic Education Subjects in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City. The descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, which is research that seeks to describe a condition, nature, characteristic, of a phenomenon or research object, or only describes as it is about a variable, symptom, or condition. This method seeks to describe, narrate, and interpret existing social reality phenomena using data gathered from observations, interviews, and documentary studies. (2) The curriculum for PAI subject clusters at MIN 1 Gunung Sitoli City is divided into two levels, structural and class, by adhering to the standard operating procedures that have been established. The PAI subject cluster curriculum is organized by integrating all components of the PAI subject cluster curriculum while focusing on the madrasah's vision and mission.

This study aimed to describe the Tahfiz learning system at Ma'had Tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan. This research was qualitative with a case study approach. The research data was in the form of learning tahfiz at Ma'had tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan. Observation, interviews, and documentation carry out data collection techniques. In contrast, data analysis was done by data reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. There were four findings in this study, namely: (1) The planning of the Tahfiz learning system at Ma'had Tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan is by planning Tahfiz learning programs as daily planning programs, weekly planning programs, and monthly planning programs. (2) Implementation with several stages of implementation in Tahfiz learning planning. Develop the needs needed, and play an active role in every policy made. (3) Internal evaluation is an evaluation carried out by the head of the department within the organization itself. (4) The supporting factors are the target memorization and the environment. The obstacle was the limited human resources of educators. The solution was to provide training programs and develop educational competencies and teaching methods and Al-Qur'an memorization, motivating students to memorize the Al-Qur'an and strict supervision of students.
