Abstract

Disruptive behavior is a form of behavior that many children do both verbally and non-verbally, such as raging, seeking attention, talking to his friends, and other annoying behavior. Disruptive behavior in early childhood often continues until later adulthood. Students with disruptive behavior raises concerns for families, schools, and communities. In particular, students with many performing annoying behaviors will experience more academic difficulties including. Many studies that explain the importance of parents in the process of child development, including in reducing the disruptive behavior of children. Although disruptive behavior in children is normal and normal, but if this issue is allowed to continue, it will have a greater negative impact. This paper will discuss the importance of parent-child relationships to minimize the disruptive behavior of children. In the process of interaction of children with parents there imitation process. The child's imitation of the behavior of one parent is a very possible manifestation of indirect influence in the family system. When his parents behaved brusquely to his son or to others, it is possible that his son will also imitate such things to others. In addition, family involvement is defined as the active involvement of family members, especially parents in the activities and behaviors of children at home and at school will be beneficial in their child's development, family involvement and parents will have an impact on the academic, psychological, social and positive behaviors others, including reducing disruptive behavior in children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat karir antara siswa SMP dengan siswa MTs. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya dan MTs Negeri III Surabaya. Alat ukur minat yang digunakan adalah Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB), yang dapat mengungkap 12 aspek minat karir, yaitu : outdoor, mechanical, compulational, scientific, personal contact, aesthetic, literary, musical, social service, clerical, practical dan medical. Hasil penelitian ada 3 aspek minat karir yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara minat karir siswa SMP dengan minat karir siswa MTs, yaitu aspek scientific, personal contact dan practical. Sedangkan 9 aspek lainnya menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan minat karir antara siswa SMP dengan siswa MTs. Aspek-aspek minat karir yang tidak berbeda adalah outdoor, mechanical, compulational, aesthetic, literary, musical, social service, clerical dan medical. Kata kunci : minat karir

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat terhadap tayangan kekerasan di televisi dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs An-Najah II Sumenep Madura. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 siswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, yaitu korelasi product moment dari Carl Pearson, hal ini untuk mengungkap hubungan antara minat terhadap tayangan kekerasan di televisi dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif. Hasil penelitiannya diperoleh nilai r = 0,383 dengan sig. = 0,002 (sig. < 0,010). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara minat terhadap tayangan kekerasan di televisi dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan minat karir dari kelas VII, VIII dan IX. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian longitudinal, subyek/sampel adalah siswa angkatan tahun 2015-2016 selama belajar di MTs Negeri III Surabaya. Pengambilan data dilakukan 3 kali, yaitu ketika siswa kelas VII, ketika kelas VIII dan ketika sudah beara di kelas IX. Dengan demikian penelitian ini memerlukan waktu 3 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen tes Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB), yaitu untuk mengetahui kecenderungan minat pekerjaan dari setiap siswa. Teknis analisis variansi digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat karir antara siswa ketika kelas VII, kelas VIII dan kelas IX. Selain itu teknik analisis data yang digunakan juga menggunakan Uji-T, hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan minat pada setiap tahunnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 8 aspek minat yang mengalami perubahan pada setiap siswa antara ketika siswa kelas VII dan ketika kelas VIII, yaitu Out door, Mechanical, Computational, Scientific, Aesthetic, Literary, Social Service, dan Practical, sedangkan aspek yang tidak mengalami perbedaan adalah Medical, Clerical, Musical, dan Personil Contact. Kata Kunci : Perubahan, Minat Karir

Abstract

The purpose of identifying and assessing children with special needs training is to improve: 1) early childhood teacher’s knowledge about types of special needs children, 2) skills of early childhood teacher in identifying special needs children, and 3) skills of early childhood teacher in assessing special needs children. This activity was attended by 20 early childhood teacher from Peek A Boo School and Permata Bunda Schools in Sidoarjo. The methods used in training activities are lectures, group discussions, and practices. The results of this activity were obtained that after attending the training: 1) there was an increase in the knowledge of early childhood teacher regarding the types of children with special needs from 65% to 90%, 2) The skills of teachers in identifying also increased, from 10% to 55% able to identify children with special needs , and 3) an increase in assessment activities of children with special needs, from 10% to 50%. Thus, this training can effectively increase the knowledge and adequacy of early childhood teacher to identification and assessment activities of children with special needs.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kedisiplinan belajar siswa saat ini. Ditambah dengan adanya covid-19 yang mengakibatkan harus belajar dirumah sehingga siswa tidak memiliki kesadaran dalam belajar, tidak mengikuti pembelajaran secara optimal dan mengerjakan tugas. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik kontrak untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas VIII E di SMP Negeri 2 Porong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII E sebanyak 5 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kisi-kisi(blue print). Menggunakan metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon yang sesuai dengan judul penelitian yaitu penerapan konseling kelompok teknik kontrak untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Digunakan pre-test dan post-test one group design maka dengan uji wilcoxon menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26.

Abstract

Cyber aggression has become a very troubling social problem. This phenomenon is an interaction problem between individuals and groups in cyberspace. This study aims to examine the role of perceived threat mediated by prejudice against cyber-aggression by Indonesian youth. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey with structural equation modelling analysis, namely the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, with 1118 teenagers as respondents from several cities in Indonesia, using techniques of web-based self-report personality scales. The results show that the theoretical model of adolescent cyber-aggression behavior is in accordance with empirical conditions in the field because it meets the goodness of fit model standard, meaning that the perception of threats mediated by prejudice is simultaneously proven to contribute to adolescent cyber-aggression behavior.

Abstract

Media information has provided a variety of knowledge about various kinds of careers. Parents are no longer the only information regarding career opportunities. They can determine the type of career independently based on the knowledge they get from the internet. This study aims to determine the influence of parents and self-efficacy on children's career interests in the 5.0 era. The method used is quantitative with correlation techniques. The subjects in this study involved 458 students from several universities in the city of Surabaya, using multistage random sampling. The data collection instrument used a scale of parental support, a scale of self-efficacy, and a scale of career interest. The analytical technique uses multiple regression to determine whether there is an influence between the variables studied. The results showed that there was no direct effect of parental support on children's career interests. Parental support can influence career interest through self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is also important for individuals to survive or give up on certain tasks or challenges. Various information obtained by students will make them more independent in determining attitudes and choices. Parents are only a motivator so that they are more confident in what they choose.
