Abstract

In developing a business, a person cannot be separated from the help of others. So that other people become partners in running a business. As the case in Bintang Jaya Abadi Travel Service Agency in Banyuwangi and Ayu Lestari Restaurant in Situbondo. Both of them enter into a cooperation contract in order to promote their businesses. Bintang Jaya Abadi Travel Service Agency wants to progress with the increase in customers or enthusiasts. This is inseparable from the existence of good services and facilities. Likewise, Ayu Lestari Restaurant wants to move forward. The cooperation contract that they do is in writing. However, with other travel service agencies, restaurants also use written cooperation. The cooperation contracts they do are sale and purchase agreements and greetings (orders). The contract between them is in accordance with the shari'ah objective, namely safeguarding property (hifdz al-maal). One form of action that can keep property so that it is used for right actions is the enactment of transactions, meaning that the transactions they carry out are in accordance with the principles of Islamic law.

Abstract

The figure of a Kiai as the director of Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is very crucial in motivating lecturers’ work.This research aims to find and to analyze the role and the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation. It uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes inductive analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The role of Kiai's leadership in enhancing lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is in his capacity as a competitive supervisor in every lecturer’s ability to increase personal awareness so can do work based on main duties and functions (TUPOKSI), by giving an example and spiritual guidance before instructing. The Kiai's strategy as the director of Ma'had Aly are holds a meeting with masyayikh, maintain sustainable control to Ma'had Aly 's regulation, buildsan adjacency with all elements (egalitarian), uses uswatun hasanah approach and Sufistic strategies, discipline in carrying out the duties. The positive impact of the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo is the lecturers respect him more, dare to express their aspirations, but still maintain politeness.

Abstract

Family planning is an attempt to regulate the population. Type of contraception is the most widely used injectable depoprovera contains 3 months, because it is considered effective and efficient. Shortage of injectable contraceptives is disruption of menstrual patterns include amenorrhea, menorrhagia, and appeared spotting (spotting), late return of fertility after discontinuatio n of use, andweight gain. The side effects of highest frequency of injectable contraceptives is increased weight . The aims of this researchto determine thecorrelation of duration used BMI injecting contraceptive with pre and post of body mass index useDepo-Provera 150 mg on acceptorsin Perante-Kedunglo.Data analysis using multiple regression test with a significant level ( α < 0.05 ) . The results showed that the value of R = 0.7 . It can be concluded that there is a positive correlation of duration of used BMI injecting contraceptive with pre and post of body mass index use Depo-Provera 150 mg on acceptors in village of Perante and Kedunglo. Keywords: Depoprovera, Using Duration, Body Mass Index ABSTRAK Keluarga Berencana merupakan suatu upaya untuk mengatur jumlah penduduk. Jenis kontrasepsi yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu suntik 3 bulan yang mengandung depoprovera,karena dianggap efektif dan efisien. Kontrasepsi memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Kekurangan dari kontrasepsi suntik adalah terganggunya pola haid diantaranya adalah amenorrhea, menoragia dan muncul bercak (spotting), terlambat kembalinya kesuburan setelah penghentian pemakaian dan peningkatan berat badan. Efek samping kontrasepsi suntik yang paling tinggi frekuensinya yaitu peningkatan berat badan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui korelasi lama penggunaan KB suntik dengan IMT sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan depoprovera 150 mg pada akseptor di Perante-Kedunglo.Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi ganda dengan tingkat signifikan (α < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada korelasi positif lama penggunaan kontrasepsi dengan IMT sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan depoprovera 150 Mg pada akseptor di desa Perante dan Kedunglo. Kata kunci : Depoprovera, Lama Penggunaan, Indeks Massa Tubuh.

Abstract

Regulasi diri merupakan proses dimana seseorang dapat mengatur kecapaian dan aksi, serta menentukan target sendiri. Bagi remaja yatim piatu yang telah kehilangan orang tua serta keluarga, pengasuhan berfungsi untuk membentuk kelekatan dan ikatan emosional, atau kasih sayang antara orang tua dan anaknya, juga adanya penerimaan dan tuntunan dari orang tua menerapkan disiplin. Jadi, sangat benar bahwa dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri pada remaja dilihat dari model pola asuh yang diterapkan kepada para remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah orang tua sekaligus pembimbing yang berjumlah empat orang dan empat orang remaja asuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting terhadap remaja yatim piatu dalam membentuk regulasi diri di YPAQ Al-Maimunah yaitu dengan menerapkan pola asuh otoritif (demoktaris) dengan menambah unsur-unsur yang islami. Dan aktivitas di YPAQ Al-maimunah memunculkan kesadaran untuk mengatur semua aktivitas termasuk memenuhi tuntutan belajar di yayasan dan sekolah.

Abstract

Marriage counseling is a service in helping to solve problems related to marriage. The research method used is the library method. The results of this study indicate that the marriage counseling process according to al-Ghazali includes counseling requirements and counseling steps. Fulfillment of counseling requirements include the purpose of marriage counseling, effective counselor and counselee criteria, the relationship situation includes the situation between parents and children; between teacher and student; between friends and between families. The counseling steps are building relationships, identifying problems, determining material and actions. The counseling material is the purpose of marriage, motivation and prevention of marriage, the principle and danger of marriage, criteria for a good partner, adab reception, having good character and patience in facing suffering, joking and laughing, stability according to the partner's wishes, stable in jealousy, simple in spending , teach religion, act fairly, adab settlement, disputes, marital conduct, labor, divorce and the rights and obligations of husband and wife
