Abstract

Teaching and Vocational Technology Education Management" refers to the field of education management that is specifically concerned with the development, management, and improvement of vocational education systems. Background related to this topic may include some of the following aspects: Improving the Quality of Workforce: Vocational and vocational technology education is one of the main means of improving the quality of workforce. Improved quality of vocational education can help to produce workforce that is ready to work and has skills that fit the needs of industry and the labour market. Challenges in Curriculum Implementation, Vocational curriculum implementation requires good management. It covers planning, organization, guidance, and control of resources as well as vocational education processes, such as facilities, teachers, and teaching materials. Vocational management education often involves partnerships and close collaboration with industry. Effective management is needed in establishing relationships with companies and industrial organizations to ensure that vocation programs are tailored to the needs of the industry sector. The use of Technology in Learning, the use of technology in vocational education has become an important aspect. This includes technology infrastructure management, digital content development, as well as training and technology support for students and instructors.Certification and Accreditation, Vocational education management also involves certification and accreditation processes. This includes managing the process to ensure that vocational education institutions meet the standards set to provide quality education. Research and Innovation Vocational education management should also support research and innovation in learning methods, curricula, and meeting the needs of emerging industrial sectors. Financial Resource Management: Financial management in the context of vocational education is important, including the allocation of funds for equipment, facilities, and program development. Increased Participation: Vocational education management also includes efforts to increase student participation, including those from diverse social and economic backgrounds. Improving the image and sense of prestige of vocational education is an important aspect in vocational management. This can affect students' interest in enrolling and completing vocational programs. Professional and vocational technology education management plays a central role in addressing these issues and ensuring that vocational education contributes positively to the development of qualified labour force and economic growth. Teaching and Vocational Technology Education Management (TVET) is a discipline related to the management of educational and training programmes aimed at developing technical and practical skills required in various sectors of employment. It covers planning, organization, resource management, curriculum implementation, improvement of teaching quality, as well as evaluation and continuous development of vocational education programmes.

Abstract

Curriculum anatomy is described as components that must exist in every educational institution. The curriculum is one of the educational tools or components that plays a very important role in delivering the expected educational goals. The aims of the curriculum itself are formulated based on the development of demands, needs and conditions of society and are based on thoughts and are directed at achieving philosophical values, especially state philosophy. This article aims to discuss the curriculum implemented at SDN Kebonsari 1/414 Surabaya. By using a qualitative descriptive approach method with observation data collection and literature review methods, the research results show that curriculum management involves planning, development, implementation and evaluation of school or college curricula. In this abstract, we will generally discuss topics such as curriculum implementation planning, curriculum implementation, the process of implementing the new curriculum in the school, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the new curriculum, how the curriculum affects the school, what are the positive and negative impacts of the curriculum, and how to evaluate to increase its effectiveness.

Abstract

Minister of National Education Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2007 regarding education assessment standards describes that educational assessment is a process of collecting and processing information to assess students' learning achievements. At SMK PGRI 7 Surabaya, a teacher conducts evaluation to assess students' performance in carrying out their tasks. This research uses a qualitative approach, conducting interviews and participatory observation, as well as recording data in the form of audio recordings, images, and field notes. The research results indicate that SMK PGRI 7 Surabaya implements the Final Summative Assessment Program (PSAJ) only in grade 12. The purpose of this program is to evaluate all aspects of assessment at the end of the educational level. PSAJ evaluation is conducted by the school, and the results are determined by the school itself. However, there are several issues related to the implementation of PSAJ, such as the lack of standard values, difficulties in motivating learning, and recruiting special guidance teachers (GPK).

Abstract

Evaluation activities are comparing what has been achieved from a program with what should be achieved based on established standards/criteria. In principle, program evaluation is an integral part of educational evaluation in general. The type of research used by researchers is a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out to find out the problems faced and to design solutions. The data collection technique is through literature study. This evaluation makes it possible to identify needs for program improvement and development to make it more effective and efficient in the future.in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of educational programs in improving the quality of learning at State Junior High School 51 Surabaya. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation which are then narrated in descriptive form and systematic literature review or known as SLR, which in Indonesian means tinjauan pustaka sistematis namely a method by collecting literature or theories relevant to the article sourced from various references such as books, journals, and other reference sources that discuss related to program evaluation in educational units. The results showed that in improving the quality of learning, State Junior High School 51 Surabaya focuses on character education, literacy and numeracy, and IT-based learning. The evaluation of educational programs is carried out routinely every year based on 6 indicators contained in the education report card, then the process of collecting evaluation data is carried out through AKM activities, then to identify which areas need to be improved based on the results of the evaluation of educational programs, the school uses a priority scale.

Abstract

This study aims to identify weaknesses in the education program that has been carried out, formulate concrete improvement recommendations, and implement these corrective measures to improve the quality of education produced. The research method in the preparation of this article is to use data obtained by researchers through journal references, e-books, and other information media that support the title that the researcher raises or that is relevant to the problem raised by the researcher. The results show that conducting a thorough evaluation will help educational institutions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing educational programs, so that continuous improvement and improvement can be made. The results of this study also highlight that holistic evaluation of educational programs involves various important aspects such as curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff, learning, facilities, and student support.

Abstract

Program evaluation is an activity that aims to collect information from an implementation and a process in an organization consisting of a group of people who participate in decision making. This research uses a literature review method from e-book journals. The purpose of this article is to help teachers in preparing evaluations in an educational program in a school institution. The results of our research, namely analysis of school program evaluation results, show the extent of school program achievements in the previous year. Various policies in the education sector are also presented as a reference for preparing evaluations. The results of this analysis are the starting point for evaluating school programs in previous and subsequent years as well as steps that supervisors must take.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Strategi Pendidik pada SD Islam Terpadu Darul Arqom dalam Mengembangkan Hidden Kurikulum Secara Implisit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode teknik observasi dan literatur review. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana cara sekolah Mengintegrasikan nilai moral dan etika dalam kurikulumnya hingga Cara untuk menggabungkan pengalaman belajar di luar kelas, seperti kunjungan lapangan atau proyek komunitas ke dalam Hidden Kurikulum. Caranya dengan para siswa diberi pengarahan untuk selalu menerapkan hal baik, meskipun hal tersebut tidak tercantum secara tertulis pada tata tertib Sekolah. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya pembiasaan atau norma baik yang diterapkan oleh para peserta didik, hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang baik pula bagi para peserta didik yang lain, serta hal ini juga pastinya akan sedikit meringankan dan mengurangi beban seorang guru, dikarenakan para Peserta Didiknya yang selalu berbuat positif dan saling membantu antar sesama teman tanpa adanya perkelahian.

Abstract

This study aims to map the results of publications on the topic of student readiness and digital learning. The method used is bibliometric analysis. The data used in this research comes from CrossRef. The data search is carried out through the Publish or Perish application. The search results yielded a total of 599 articles in English. The keywords used to search for articles are "Student Readiness" and "Digital Learning". The results of this study indicate that research on student readiness is still small when compared to research on digital learning topics. In addition, there is no research that directly analyzes how students are prepared to face digital learning, this can certainly be novelty for future researchers who will research digital learning. The suggestion from this study is that researchers conduct research related to student learning readiness in digital learning such as student readiness in distance learning or student readiness in using digital learning media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out more about the typical curriculum used by At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Middle School, namely the VISTA Curriculum, and what stages they carry out starting from socialization, planning, implementation, to the evaluation stage. The research method used in writing this article is through a qualitative approach using data collection through direct observation at the research location and systematic library observation or what is commonly known as SLR, which is a method of collecting literature or theories related to paper. from various sources such as books, journals, scientific articles and other sources related to the research topic. The research results show that the use of the VISTA Curriculum in the school went well from the socialization to evaluation stages and succeeded in producing a superior generation, both in the fields of academics, character and religion.
