Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employees work activity moderated work discipline at Islamic banking in Makassar. Data collection uses the primary data obtained from questionnaires using technitk proportionated random sampling. The population is all 162 permanent employees from 11 Islamic banks in Makassar City, while the sample taken is 62 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Methoddata analysis using SEM technique (Sturctural equation modeling) assisted with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of leadership is accepted in part because it shows the result of hypothesis test that negative and significant. This means that influential negative leadership and significant to employees work activity. then result research on work discipline shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it shows results a positive and significant hypothesis. this means that positive discipline work is positive and significant to employees work activity. While the results of research on discipline work as the strengthening variable indicates that the hypothesis is accepted as it shows the results a positive and significant hypothesis. This means that the work discipline variable can strengthen variable leadership on employees work activity. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Islamic Banking

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether production sharing financing and fianancing to deposit ratio affect profitability. Data collection used secondary data and sample in the study using purposive sampling technique. The population is all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, amounting to 14 Islamic commercial banks, while the sample taken is 5 Islamic commercial banks. The number of samples has been tested using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the first hypothesis proposed was rejected because it showed the results of the hypothesis test of profit-sharing financing which did not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA), while the second hypothesis is rejected because the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the financing to deposit ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the influence of overall quality management and leadership on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Makassar Region. The analysis is quantitative. The population of this research is a permanent staff member of Islamic banks, with as many as 298 workers. The sampling method used simple random sampling and a sample of 75 respondents was collected. Collection of data using a questionnaire. The data analysis methodology used multiple linear regression analyses. Study findings at a 5% level of relevance show that overall quality management and governance have a positive and important impact on financial performance. These findings clarify that the implementation of holistic quality control must concentrate on consumers, performance development, education and training, and employee engagement and empowerment. It is important to include front-line workers in decision-making at their workplaces, as they are the key actors in the development of successful results. Leaders or administrators have been in a position to defend subordinates. They have been shown to be able to increase productivity efficiency in such a way that all the work and goals given have been accomplished in compliance with the wishes of the organization.

Abstract

The development of Makassar City SMEs continues to increase which makes Makassar City a fertile ground for investors to invest capital. This study aims to analyze how much influence (i) external and internal integration has on competitive advantage; (ii) external and internal integration of SMEs performance through competitive advantage; (iii) competitive advantage over the performance of SMEs; (iv) external and internal integration of SME performance is mediated by competitive finance. This research uses a quantitative approach sourced from the results of the questionnaire. The study population is small and medium business in the city of Makassar. The sampling method is probability random sampling with simple random sampling technique that is proportional random sampling for each of the SME sub-sector sectors. Data analysis technique used in this study is inferential description analysis and statistics, namely Generalized Structured Compenent Analysis (GeSCA). The results showed that external and internal integration variables had a significant effect on competitiveness, external integration had a significant effect on SME performance, competitiveness had a significant effect on SME performance, internal integration had a negative effect on SME performance, competitive advantage as a perfect mediator of influence between external integration and internal performance of SMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the environment, workload, financial and non-financial compensation on employee motivation at DPMPTSP Makassar City. The research questions posed in this study are: does the work environment affect work motivation, whether workload affects work motivation, and whether compensation has an effect on employee motivation. This research was conducted at DPMPTSP Makassar City. There are 52 respondents who have been selected as samples using the saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on work motivation, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. The implication of this research is that the work environment and compensation have an equally important role in increasing employee motivation at DPMPTSP Makassar City

Abstract

This research aims to see if there is a difference in LQ45 share abnormal returns before and after the January effect. The non-probability sampling method was used in this study, and data from 45 companies were obtained using this method. In this study, secondary data from financial reports obtained from yahoo.finance.com was used as the source of data. The Event Study technique was used in this study, with the Event Window consisting of seven days before and seven days after the January Effect event. The research data was put to the test using a normality test and a paired sample test to test the hypothesis. The results revealed that the Abnormal Return on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange did not differ significantly before and after the January Effect. One of the references used by the entity's stakeholders in making decisions is managerial interest in window dressing.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of cash flow and working capital on liquidity with profitability as an intervening variable in the retail industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The population in this study are retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the observation period from 2019 to 2021, with as many as 27 retail companies. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and obtained a total sample of 21 companies that meet the criteria. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is to use panel data regression with the help of Eviews software. The results of this study indicate that cash flow and working capital have a positive and significant effect on liquidity. Cash flow and working capital have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on liquidity. Cash flow has a positive but not significant impact on liquidity through profitability, and working capital has a positive and significant effect on liquidity through profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research questions posed in this study are: (1) whether leadership affects employee performance, (2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, (3) whether leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Library and Archives Service. South. This research was conducted at the Library and Archives Service company of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was the determination of the sample size based on purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 65 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. (1) leadership (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employee at Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis nilai perusahaan pada industri manufaktur sektor barang konsiumsi di BEI periode 2018-2020 akibat pengaruh kebiijakan dividen, kebiijakan hutang dan keputusan investaasi. Kumpulan data dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang dipasok dari laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yang ditargetkan. Populasi terdiri dari 53 produsen periode antara 2018-2020, dan sampelnya adalah 19 laporan keuangan tahunan produsen barang konsumsi 2018 hingga 2020. Hasil data variabel penelitian diuji pada asumsi klasik dan menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, kebijakan hutang dan keputusan investasi mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan kebiijakan dividen, kebiijakan hutang, dan keputusan invesitasi simultan memengaruhi nilai perusahan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work motivation and employee performance and to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar. This type of research is quantitative and the data source used in this study is secondary data by collecting related data files and using primary data obtained from questionnaires with purposive sampling technique used in determining the sample. The population of the research object is 163 and the number of samples determined is 62 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of the questionnaires obtained from the respondents have been tested by instruments consisting of validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics with the help of the SPSS program. The hypothesis testing used is the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is not able to mediate significantly between the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar
