Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi dampak NPF, BOPO, dan inflasi terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia selama periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif diterapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Penelitian kuantitatif didefinisikan sebagai suatu proses yang menghasilkan data yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mencapai kesimpulan mengenai hipotesis yang diajukan, dimana angka digunakan untuk merepresentasikan data kuantitatif. Bank Syariah Indonesia menjadi populasi penelitian dalam rentang waktu tersebut. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan karakteristik populasi yang telah diketahui sebelumnya menggunakan kriteria tertentu (data penelitian yang dapat diakses selama 2019–2023). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan, terbukti dengan nilai signifikansi yang sangat tinggi (sig) sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa NPF, BOPO, dan inflasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that play a role in influencing the intention to save in Islamic banks, including religiosity, service quality, and trust with the IPMA method. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were the customers of Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Multatuli Medan totaling 6,382. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling and incidental sampling using the Slovin formula for 100 customers. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire which was measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the religiosity variable had an effect on the intention to save. The significant value (sig) for the effect of X1 on Y was 0.049 <0.05 and the tcount value was 1.995, which was less than 1.984. Both service quality have a positive effect on the intention to save a significant value (sig) for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.756 > 0.05 and the tcount value is 0.312 smaller <1.984. The three beliefs have no effect on saving intentions. Simultaneously the variables of religiosity, service quality and trust have a significant effect on the intention to save. The IPMA method shows that religiosity and service quality are factors that have a high level of importance and high performance, while the trust variable has a low level of importance and low performance.

Abstract

Hijrah products in increasing the number of customers. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documents related to the study, then the data is classified according to the topic of the problem discussed. This study reveals events or phenomena that occurred when the research took place at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for KPR Hijrah products at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat is in accordance with the aspects that have been determined by Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat such as segmentation, targeting and positioning. Where in this marketing strategy,the KPR product, price, promotion, place, person, physical evidence to influence consumer decisions to buy and use the products and services offered. As for the murabahah financing agreement for KPR Hijrah home ownership at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat, it really helps the community in choosing KPR Hijrah products at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to improve abilities, soft skills, and hard skills. The purpose of this study is to develop the right strategy to improve the soft skills of Islamic banking study program students in the MBKM program. This study uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors for students that are the basis for determining strategies. The total active student population of the Islamic banking study program in this study amounted to 41 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by the Islamic banking study program is a Turnaround or WO strategy, namely by creating a strategy that minimizes weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities with the strategy "Take advantage of MBKM soft skills and hard skills competencies as student capital to become leadership agents who have broad insight through Internships / Student Exchanges or Village Building Projects"

Abstract

In choosing a job (job preference) every human being has the right to choose each according to what he wants. However, to form this order, certain factors are needed which are considered important in determining which profession to choose. These factors are knowledge and the social environment related to the desired job. Statistical data states that none of the Islamic banking graduates work in Islamic banking, and there are even Islamic banking graduates who work in conventional banks. Therefore, graduating students need to have knowledge and a social environment in the career field they are interested in so that it can encourage them to choose a career (job preference). This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and the social environment on job preference in UINSU FEBI graduates. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using 121 respondents taken from FEBI UINSU graduates in 2018 and 2019. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which was tested using IBM SPSS Statistic 26 Software. The results showed that Knowledge had an effect on Job Preference in Islamic Banking graduates FEBI UINSU, Social Environment had an effect on Job Preference in Islamic Banking graduates FEBI UINSU, Knowledge and The social environment simultaneously influences Job Preference for Islamic Banking graduates of FEBI UINSU.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of students' knowledge about Islamic Banking significantly on the interest in choosing BSI products. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan and the sample taken was 85 respondents. Sampling is carried out by probability sampling using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire measured using a likert scale. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study partially with the t-test showed that the variables of agencies, products and locations did not have a positive and significant effect on the interest in choosing BSI products with a value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a fhitung > ftabel (18,317 > 2.48). The Rsquare value of 47.8% was determined by independent variables, while the remaining 52.2% was influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords : Interest, Islamic Bank, Knowledge

Abstract

Pada saat ini industri perbankan mulai beralih ke sistem digital yang mana dalam prosesnya memerlukan adaptasi untuk diperkenalkan kemasyarakat. Selama diluncurkannya layanan digital banyak masyarakat yang kesulitan atau kurangnya edukasi tentang layanan digital tersebut. Melihat akan hal itu, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana akses layanan digital pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanjungbalai dan bagaimana persepsi nasabah dalam mengakses digital BSI pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanjungbalai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, dilakukan wawancara langsung dengan pegawai pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Tanjungbalai dan kepada 10 informan yaitu nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Tanjungbalai. Berdasarkan kajian hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penelitian tersebut, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan, Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Tanjungbalai memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media untuk bertransaksi Layanan digital yang diterapkan tentunya untuk mempermudah segala transaksi keuangan nasabah dan agar pelayanan jadi semakin cepat. Layanan digital yang diterapkan tentunya memiliki fitur-fitur yang lengkap, mudah untuk di akses, mudah untuk dipahami dan dimengerti dan memiliki tampilan yang islami. Persepsi nasabah dalam mengakses layanan digital bsi bahwasanya mempermudah nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi dan layanan digital yang telah diterapkan mudah untuk diakses oleh nasabah. Persepsi lain adalah bahwasanya pengalaman, pengetahuan juga diperlukan untuk kemudahan dalam mengakses layanan digital tersebut.

Abstract

This research analyzes the risk management strategies employed in the iB Syariah Tapak KPR financing to understand how the bank aims to minimize the risks associated with high non-performing financing. The study uses a descriptive qualitative research methodology to gather data through various techniques, including observation, interviews, and case studies for primary data. In contrast, secondary data is sourced from literature such as books and journals. The findings reveal that the rise in non-performing financing is attributed to several factors, including economic conditions, the capacity of debtors, force majeure events, and the character of customers. PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya has developed a comprehensive risk management strategy in response to these challenges. This strategy includes blocking installment funds for 12 months, offering buy-back guarantees, and providing customer insurance to mitigate risks. Public interest statements As banks adopt these strategies to improve customer satisfaction, the public can expect increased competition in the banking sector. This competition may lead to better services, lower fees, and more innovative products, benefiting consumers.
