Abstract

Poetry learning in class VIII.9 SMPN 257 is less attractive, as a result, the learning objectives are not achieved and the results are less than optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to give efforts to increase student learning motivation through the use of technology, one of which is the Tiktok application. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation to learn poetry with the TikTok application. Classroom Action Research Methods or Classroom Action Research. This research involves collaborators or partners. This classroom action research was conducted at SMPN 257 Jakarta class VIII.9 starting from October 21, 2021 to Friday, November 5, 2021 or the odd semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations. The results of this class action research can be stated that there is a significant increase in 15 samples distributed to class VIII children. In the first cycle obtained 74% while in the second cycle obtained 82%. Further research is needed on the use of the TikTok application as another learning medium. Abstract

Dalam menanggulangi dampak COVID-19, Pemerintah memberikan bantuan sosial berupa bantuan paket sembako, Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan tentang implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan dana BST dan penyaluran bantuan terjadi baik di desa dan kelurahan di kabupaten, hingga lingkungan yang ada di perkotaan. Adapun persoalan terbanyak adalah praktik kolusi dan nepotisme yang dilakukan oleh para pelaksana seperti oknum kepala lingkungan dan oknum kepala desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji “Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) COVID-19 (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Bandarysah Kabupaten Natuna)”. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam kajian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi kualitatif, Wawancara kualitatif, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah Kelurahan Bandarsyah kepada masyarakat belum terlaksana dengan baik, sehingga kurangnya informasi yang diterima oleh warga tentang Dana Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) COVID-19 masih belum menyeluruh; Kemampuan sumber daya pegawai yang menangani Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) COVID-19 kurang optimal dalam melayani masyarakat; Pada tahap disposisi, peranan PT Pos Indonesia sebagai tempat penyaluran dana BST dapat memudahkan masyarakat penerima BST, Struktur birokrasi yang ada masih berjenjang karena belum berjalannya koordinasi yang optimal. Diharapkan agar pemerintah Kabupaten Natuna dapat menyusun perencanaan dengan baik, mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan, hingga penyaluran dana BST Covid-19

Abstract

Objectives–This study aims to examine and analyze the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit and organizational citizenship behavior. Design/Methodology - The population of this research is 74 employees of UPTD Rusunawa. The research model uses the census model. The research method is quantitative with instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. Results - job satisfaction and organizational commitment each play a significant role in intent to quit and OCB at UPTD Rusunawa Sleman. Originality – Research still needs to be done with other research objects that have the same characteristics, and this research can add references for further research.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that remains unresolved in Indonesia.  In 2022 the stunting rate in East Java is 19.2%, for Tulungagung Regency it is currently 17.3%.  This figure is still high compared to the Indonesian government's target of 14%. Many factors can cause stunting, such as maternal knowledge about stunting, nutrition, and parenting. This community service aims to educate mothers on the importance of mothers' knowledge about stunting, nutrition, and parenting in preventing stunting. The method used is material presentation, giving a pretest and posttest to measure the level of knowledge. The target of the activity is mothers who have toddlers in Sidomulyo village. The results showed that 80% of mothers who had stunted toddlers had a poor level of knowledge and 91.7% of mothers who had non-stunted toddlers had a good level of knowledge. After education shows an increase in knowledge, namely mothers who have stunting toddlers and mothers who have non-stunting toddlers have a good level of knowledge. In conclusion, there is an increase in maternal knowledge after participating in educational activities.
