Abstract

The turnover rate in RSI Surabaya for the last 5 years, namely 2017-2021, has increased by an average of 18.14%. High turnover rates can have a negative and positive impact on hospitals. The occurrence of turnover begins with the desire to leave, the desire to leave work can be caused by several factors including individual factors and job satisfaction factors. This study aims to determine individual determinants and job satisfaction related to nursing turnover intention at RSI Surabaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design, and sampling technique with simple random sampling and the sample in this study was 126 nurses. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate tests (correlation tests of Kendall's tau-b). The Results nurses who work at RSI Surabaya feel quite satisfied with job satisfaction (the job itself, salary, promotion opportunities, supervision, and co-workers). The incidence of nurse turnover intention at RSI Surabaya is included in the moderate category. The determinant factor of individuals related to the turnover intention of nurses at RSI Surabaya is the marital status with a significant value of 0.021, while the determinant factor of job satisfaction related to turnover intention in RSI is satisfaction with salary, with a significant value obtained of 0.027. The more unmarried nurses, the higher the turnover intention, and the lower the level of satisfaction with the salary, the higher the turnover intention.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that remains unresolved in Indonesia.  In 2022 the stunting rate in East Java is 19.2%, for Tulungagung Regency it is currently 17.3%.  This figure is still high compared to the Indonesian government's target of 14%. Many factors can cause stunting, such as maternal knowledge about stunting, nutrition, and parenting. This community service aims to educate mothers on the importance of mothers' knowledge about stunting, nutrition, and parenting in preventing stunting. The method used is material presentation, giving a pretest and posttest to measure the level of knowledge. The target of the activity is mothers who have toddlers in Sidomulyo village. The results showed that 80% of mothers who had stunted toddlers had a poor level of knowledge and 91.7% of mothers who had non-stunted toddlers had a good level of knowledge. After education shows an increase in knowledge, namely mothers who have stunting toddlers and mothers who have non-stunting toddlers have a good level of knowledge. In conclusion, there is an increase in maternal knowledge after participating in educational activities.

Abstract

The community service activity “Increasing Mothers” Knowledge about variations in the food menu as an effort to prevent stunting, in Sidomulyo village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency” which was held on Tuesday, September 6, 2024 which was attended by 40 pregnant women and toddlers in Sidomulyo village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. This activity was carried out through several stages, namely: preparation and briefing to pregnant women and mothers of toddlers about stunting and its relation to the diet, presentation of fish menus, distribution of healthy food recipes processed fish, and demonstration of one of the processed fish menus. This service activity has been carried out well and the interest of those present is also very enthusiastic, with light discussions, successfully providing an understanding of the importance of consuming fish and processing and managing it as food with high nutritional value, so that pregnant women and toddlers can enjoy healthy treats from processed menus.

Abstract

Pada era Pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) seperti saat ini, dunia kesehatan memberi perhatian lebih terkait kinerja dan tingginya tanggung jawab para tenaga kesehatan. Terlebih untuk Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan pertama di masyarakat dibawah kepemimpinan seorang Kepala Puskesmas (Kapus), dimana mereka harus tetap menjalankan program rutin lainnya yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan kinerja Puskesmas dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (Puskesmas) di Dinkes Kabupaten Jombang pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik korelasi, dilaksanakan di 34 puskesmas Kabupaten Jombang pada bulan Januari 2021 sampai dengan bulam Desember 2021. Pengumpulan data dilakukan 30 Januari – 30 Juni 2021. Dengan narasumber Kapus dan pasien di 34 Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian didapatkan profile Kapus sebanyak 34 responden dengan reponden yang berpartisipasi adalah perempuan (73,5%), masa kerja 11-2- tahun (61,8%). Pendidikan terakhir tertinggi dari S1 (70,6%). Profile Pasien di 34 Puskesmas Kabupaten Jombang sebanyak 1020 responden menunjukkan bahwa perempuan (77,5%), dan Pendidikan terakhir tertinggi dari SMA (42,7%). Kinerja Puskesmas dengan total nilai sebesar 3530 dalam kategori baik; Mutu layanan Puskesmas dengan total nilai sebesar 65478 dalam kategori baik; dan hasil uji hubungan terdapat temuan ada hubungan antara kinerja dengan mutu. Dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,832, artinya tingkat kekuatan hubungan antara kinerja dengan mutu adalah sangat kuat, bernilai positif dan hubungan kedua variabel tersebut bersifat searah.
