Abstract

Abstrak Ketidaktelitian merencanakan karir diprediksi akan terjadi pada siswa kelas XII di SMAN 1 Rambutan, dikarenakan skeptis terhadap diri dan peluang karir yang tersedia, sementara itu di era digital menuntut siswa memiliki preferensi pribadi yang mantap.  Oleh karena itu pemahaman tipologi kepribadian bertujuan untuk membantu proses perencanaan karir siswa SMAN 1 Rambutan agar relevan dengan karakteristik pribadi dan tren di era digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam tiga sesi yaitu reframing,  pemahaman diri melalui instrumen RIASEC, terkahir diskusi dan simulasi.  Hasilnya ditemukan mayoritas peserta memiliki tipologi sosial (51%), diikuti oleh artisitik (18%), dan yang paling rendah adalah investigatif (1%), selain itu  siswa dapat mengelompokkan kegiatan yang mendukung pada rencana karier antara lain meningkatkan keahlian yang spesifik (kuliah, mengambil lisensi, dan pelatihan), dan kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan penunjang (kursus singkat bahasa, pemanfaatan sosial media, dan  berkomunitas). Kata kunci: perencanaan karir, era digital, tipologi kepribadian Abstract Inaccuracy in career planning was predicted would happen in grade XII SMAN 1 Rambutan, that causes by skeptical of self and career opportunities that are available. Meanwhile, in the digital age, students are required to have good personal preferences. Therefore the personality typology assessment aim to help the process of career planning of students SMAN 1 Rambutan to be relevant to personal characteristics and career trends in digital age. Implementation method held in three sessions i.e. reframing, self-understanding through RIASEC inventory, closing with discussion and simulation. The results found the majority of participants have social typology (51%), followed by artistic (18%), and the lowest is investigative (1%), moreover they can be grouping some activities that support the career plan like   upgrading specific skills (taking graduate study, take the licenses, and training), and activities that could develop supporting ability  (languages short course, utilization of social media, and community activity). Keywords : career planning, digital age, personality typology

Abstract

Perilaku siswa sebagai seorang remaja memerlukan arahan serta bimbingan yang dapat membantu mereka meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan ketika siswa memiliki kemampuan bertanggung jawab yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di SMP N 5Semarang, memperoleh gambaran tingkat tanggung jawab siswa di SMP N 5 Semarang, menemukan model layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai ajaran Islam untuk meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa dan mengetahui keefektifan model. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Reseach andDevelopment (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah: persiapan pengembangan model, merumuskan model hipotetik, uji kelayakan model hipotetik, perbaikan model hipotetik, uji lapangan, menyusun model akhir. Menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai ajaran Islam untuk meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh model bimbingan kelompok yang bisa meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa, kondisi awal tangggung jawab siswa, model bimbingan kelompok terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The Impact of Mobile Phone Use in SMP Negeri 11 Sorolangun Jambi. Has a formulation and purpose, is: How the impact of Mobile Phone use on the learning behavior of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 11 Sorolangun Jambi, and aims to describe the results of research on social behavior and student learning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis based on the philosophy of positivism with data collection techniques: observation, interviews, questionnaire surveys, and documentation and data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques, consisting of: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification". The results of the study explained that the use of mobile phones at SMP Negeri 11 Sarolangun Jambi school was the result of 20 respondents and 20 statements through a questionnaire survey with a percentage of 50% answering in agreement and 50% answering strongly agree. From the use of mobile phones to learning behavior in schools, teacher supervision is needed in using mobile phones only as a learning resource that is not found in textbooks or teaching materials, supervision from the Principal as a determinant of policies in using mobile phones at school and supervision of mobile phone use at home for parents by providing time limits on mobile phone use.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is one of the things that everyone must have whereas self-efficacy is the belief that someone has to determine a decision in an action. Self-efficacy is closely related to self-management where self-management is a person's ability to monitor one's own thoughts, feelings, and behavior to achieve goals. Students, even adults, sometimes have low confidence, making it difficult to manage themselves because some of them are lazy, marked by students who find it difficult to respond. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling on students' self-efficacy and self-management. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research that later analyzes the data using the Wilcoxon test. The sample of this research was 10 students who were in class VIII. The results showed that there was a significant influence on self-efficacy and self-management after giving group counseling and changing behavior with a value of Zcount > Ztable, namely -2.818b ≤ 0.005, it was said that Ha was accepted. Thus self-efficacy and self-management of students can be improved through group counseling.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh persoalan self-control yang ditemukan pada siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik modeling dalam meningkatkan self-control siswa.  Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen, dengan sampel berjumlah 10 siswa kelas XI AKL 1. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket self-control, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon sign rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik modeling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self-control siswa

Abstract

During adolescence, teenagers are often influenced by various factors that shape their lifestyle choices. This study investigates the hedonistic lifestyle among "X" students at SMP 16 Palembang, focusing on the impacts of parental influence, financial management, environmental factors, and social dynamics. Employing a qualitative descriptive research method, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that parental neglect and excessive pocket money contribute to students' consumptive behavior, exacerbated by societal trends and peer pressure. The allure of a hedonistic lifestyle, characterized by materialistic pursuits and gadget dependency, poses risks to students' well-being and social development. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for parental guidance and societal support in promoting balanced lifestyles and responsible behavior among adolescents. These findings underscore the i
