Abstract

ABSTRAKMuseum Pendidikan Nasional merupakan museum yang mempunyai konsep modern dan kini telah banyak di kenal oleh para pengunjung khususnya di kalangan mahawasiswa dan peserta didik karena dari jumlah kunjungan yang datang mengunjungi Museum Pendidikan Nasional merupakan Mahasiswa dan Peserta Didik yang merupakan salah satu tuntutan dalam kurikulum. Dalam upaya pengembangan wisata edukasi di Museum Pendidikan Nasional masih terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu prosedur alur kepemanduan yang belum efektif karena sistem kepemanduan yang kurang sesuai dengan kebijakan pendidikan di museum, maka perlu adanya kebijakan-kebijakan pendidikan dan menerapkan sistem wisata edukasi dengan baik agar pelaksanaan program wisata edukasi di Museum Pendidikan Nasional berjalan dengan efektif agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan wisata edukasi di Museum Pendidikan Nasional. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk memberikan edukasi pada wisatawan khususnya pengunjung museum agar mengetahui seberapa besar penting nya wisata edukasi di Museum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dan data skunder, dimana data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara kepada narasumber yang telah ditentukan yaitu wawancara dengan staf Museum Pendidikan Nasional mengenai prosedur wisata edukasi yang di terapkan oleh museum dan data skunder yang di peroleh dari Museum Pendidikan Nasional yaitu berupa jumlah kunjungan, sejarah museum, struktur organisasi dan visi-misi museum. Kata Kunci: Museum Pendidikan, Pengembangan, Wisata Edukasi EDUCATION TOURISM DEVELOPMENT MODELS IN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION MUSEUM ABSTRACTThe National Education Museum is a museum that has a modern concept and is now widely known by visitors, especially in students and students because of the number of visits that come. the implementation system is not in accordance with the educational policies in the museum, it is necessary to have educational policies and tourism education system needs to be done well in order to run an educational tourism program in the National Education Museum running effectively in order to increase the number of visits. This research aims to study the development of tourism education in the National Education Museum. This research was conducted to provide education to special tourists who visit museums to be able to know the importance of tourism education in the Museum. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data taken are primary data and secondary data, while primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews with predetermined sources, namely interviews with staff of the National Education Museum regarding tourist education procedures applied by the museum and secondary data obtained from the National Education Museum consists of number of visits, museum history, organizational structure and vision and mission of the museum. Keywords: Development, Educational Museum, Educational Tourism

Abstract

The increase in acts of violence and crime in society, one of the influencing factors is a moral crisis or weak character strengthening. A child's golden age is the time when a child's behavior is formed. Children are more likely to follow what they see compared to what they hear. This means that children tend to imitate and not just follow orders. If parents show exemplary behavior, in the form of honesty, trustworthiness, noble character, courage and staying away from actions that are contrary to religion. This research aims to obtain an overview of the impact of the absence of role models on parents which will result in children easily imitating deviant behavior which then forms behavior that becomes character. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data collected was analyzed through a reduction process, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the formation of bad behavior in early childhood has an effect on the subsequent growth period so that later it can turn into someone who experiences a moral crisis. The increasing moral crisis or moral degradation in society will result in an increase in crime, so the role of parents is very important in creating quality human resources. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap Gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan Budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran anak usia dini (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan persepsi orang tua siswa terkait dengan variabel Gaya kepemimpinan (X1), variabel Budaya organisasi (X2) dan variabel kepuasan pembelajaran anak usia dini (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa kelompok B di TA/TK Al Azhar Syifa Budi dengan sampel penelitian orang tua siswa kelompok B yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dengan teknik sampel jenuh seluruhnya sebanyak 54 orang digunakan sebagai sampael penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh (X1) terhadap (Y), Pengaruh X2 terhadap Y, dan analisis regresi ganda menguji X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y. Hipotesa penelitian a). diduga Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran anak usia dini.; b) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran anak usia dini.; c). Gaya kepemimpinan dan Budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pembelajaran anak usia dini.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Budaya organisasi, kepuasan pembelajaran, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to produce learning tools based on the PBL model in illustration drawing activities. Research design is development research with the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implemente, Evaluate (ADDIE) model. Data collection instruments through validation questionnaires and field trials. The results of the study showed that the average of the overall assessment aspects of learning planning experts was 96% (very valid), Indonesian material experts 85% (very valid), science material experts 91% (very valid), SBdP material experts 85% (very valid), media experts 88% (very valid). The results of the practicality test from the individual test student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 85% (very practical), small group 95% (very practical), and large group 99% (very practical).Keyword: Learning Tools, Problem Based Learning, Drawing IllustrationsAbstrak: Penelitianbertujuanuntuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaranberbasis model PBL dalam kegiatan menggambar ilustrasi. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Analyze, Design, Develop, Implemente, Evaluate (ADDIE). Instrumen pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner validasi dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata keseluruhan aspek penilaian ahli perencanaan pembelajaran 96% (sangat valid), ahli materi bahasa Indonesia 85% (sangat valid), ahli materi IPA 91% (sangat valid), ahli materi SBdP 85% (sangat valid), ahli media 88% (sangat valid). Hasil uji kepraktisan dari angket respon peserta didik uji perorangan memperoleh skor rata-rata 85% (sangat praktis), kelompok kecil 95% (sangat praktis), dan kelompok besar 99% (sangat praktis).Kata Kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, problem based learning, menggambar llustrasi
