Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students in the new noemal era. This research is a quantitative survey method with the aim of describing. The subjects in this study were the fifth grade students of SDN Centong, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, amounting to 34 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics using percentages. The instrument used is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), which consists of 5 test items, namely the 40-meter running test, the hanging elbow test, the 30-second lying down test, the upright jump test, and the last is the 600-meter endurance test. The results of this study are the level of physical fitness of 5th grade SDN Centong students in the medium category with the average cumulative score obtained by students is 16.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' knowledge about nutrition on the nutritional status of elementary school students, The method in this study is a type of experimental research using a quantitative approach with pre-experimental design, because in this study there was no control group. The research place at SDN Tenggiring and the research sample with a total of 26 students, the sample sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study Based on the table above, it is explained that the calculation of the significance level used α= 0.05, obtained Sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than α (0.033 < 0.05), so it can be stated that there is a significant effect of parental knowledge about nutrition on students' body mass index. Conclusion Based on the purpose of the study and data analysis of the results of research conducted on "the level of parental knowledge of children's nutritional status", it can be concluded that parents' knowledge about nutrition is good, but not maximum awareness about understanding the food consumed. Awareness about the types, products, processes of these foods is still lacking.

Abstract

In this study aims to determine the level of Physical Fitness and Body Mass Index The method in this study is the type of this research is a survey with quantitative descriptive methods. The research site is Madrasah Aliyah Panglungan in the highlands, the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique based on age characteristics. The results of this study Based on descriptive calculations show the level of physical fitness in the moderate category of 30 students (43.48%). And student body mass index 45 (65.22%) Conclusion Based on the research objectives and data analysis of the research results regarding fitness level and BMI shows moderate and normal categories so that it can be said that students in the highlands still maintain body condition by moving activities and maintaining a diet that is consumed.
