Abstract

The school level's learning conditions in general and especially at SMP Negeri 1 Pammana are still coloured by the emphasis on the aspect of knowledge, and there is still little that refers to the involvement of students in the learning process itself. As a result, students get the learning result score is still below the average of 60.00. This research is a Classroom Action Research, which includes four stages of implementation, namely: planning, action/implementation, observation/evaluation, and reflection. This study consisted of two variables, namely: first, the free variable type card sort cooperative learning. Second, the dependent variable is the quality of knowledge of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pammana. The results showed that the learning quality of Islamic religious education for VIII B grade students at SMP Negeri I Pammana in the 2007/2008 academic year had increased through the application of card sort type cooperative learning. Namely, the increase in student activity in the learning process, indicated by student learning outcomes with an average value of 60.70 in the first cycle, increased to 70.70 in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence decision making. The location of the research was carried out in the office of the agency for the formation of regional regulations, Regional House of Representatives (Indonesia: Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah / DPRD) of Takalar district. The sample used in this study were members of the DPRD of Takalar Regency with a sample of 52 people, the research method used in this study was the quantitative method. The results of this study prove that, 1) there is a significant positive influence between knowledge management with decision making, 2) There is a significant positive influence between Learning Organization and decision making, and 3) There is a positive and significant influence on talent management with decision making.

Abstract

Now days, retailer always make a new marketing strategy to keep their customers needs, so the customer will be satisfied with their product. Customers ’ perception for product value usually involving the effect of perceived quality, perceived sacrifice and perceived risk and perceived quality. The objectives of this research was to know whether perceived quality, perceived sacrifice and perceived risk has an effect on customer perception of product value for electronic product. The data were collected from 98 respondents. These respondents has bought electronic product in the previous year. The hypothesized relationship was tested using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that country of origin, store name, brand name and price has a positive effect to quality, but price doesn’t have a positive effect to perceived sacrifice and also performance risk and perceived risk has a positive effect to financial risk. Another analysis showed that perceived quality doesn’t have a negative effect to performance risk and also performance risk and financial doesn't have a negative effect to perceived value.

Abstract

spiritual intelligence on the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional House of Representatives, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. by taking 30 members of the Regional House of Representatives as the research sample. The results of this study prove that partially proven emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, have a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Regional People's Representative Council. This study also proves that simultaneously emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have an effect on the performance of members of the Regional Representatives Council of Mamuju Regency. This study resulted in a coefficient of determination of 61.8% which indicates that this research model can explain that the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Mamuju Regency is influenced by 61.8% of this research variable and 38.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Smart Netizen bisa mempermudah sistem pelayanan administrasi dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam implementasi pelayanan publik berbasis Smart Netizen di Kelurahan Simboro Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan publik berbasis Smart Netizen di Kelurahan Simboro memberikan kemudahan penggunaan karena mampu meringkas waktu pelayanan dan memangkas biaya pelayanan. Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya UU Pasal 11 Tahun 2008 wacana informasi dan Transaksi elektro (ITE), tidak adanya iuran pelayanan, mekanisme pelayanan yang simpel dan cepat, dan database warga dapat disimpan dengan baik. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adanya gangguan jaringan yang disebabkan cuaca buruk dan mati lampu, kurangnya pelatihan penanganan masalah jaringan kepada aparatur kelurahan, beberapa fasilitas pada dalam masih belum bisa dipergunakan, dan kurangnya pemahaman warga. This study aims to determine the use of Smart Netizen to facilitate the administrative service system and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of Smart Netizen-based public services in Simboro Village, West Sulawesi Province. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Smart Netizen-based public service in Simboro Village provides ease of use because it can summarize the service mechanism that takes 15 working days as two to 3 days. In addition, Smart Netizen are able to cut service costs. The supporting factors are the existence of a legal umbrella, the absence of service fees, a simple and fast service mechanism, and the citizen database can be stored properly. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are network disturbances caused by bad weather and blackouts, the lack of training in handling network problems to the village apparatus, some facilities in the software that are still not commonly used, and the lack of understanding of citizens regarding the use of gadgets.

Abstract

The development of a territory requires adequate and accountable transportation services. The objectives of this study are to determine (1) how people's perceptions of public services at Haluoleo Airport align with the Society 5.0 concept and (2) supporting factors for public services at Haluoleo Airport in the Society 5.0 era. The research method used was a qualitative research technique with an emphasis on a sample of 70 airplane passenger respondents. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Public servants at HaluoleoKendari Airport, with indicators that: communication is already good, participation still needs to be increased, officials must be able to direct, officers must provide quick action, officers are on time, officers are friendly enough, followed by comfortable airport facilities and officers who are attentive; (2) The factors that affect the quality of service at Haluoleo Airport are mainly in terms of human resources, and the main weaknesses are related to professionalism and competence at the educational level, which still needs improvement, even though the current implementation of organizational culture is quite good because there are guidelines for the organization and sufficient leadership. To improve service, employee responsiveness is still needed to hear various complaints, aspirations, and expectations of airport service users, and officials must be informative so that information that should be conveyed to airport service users reaches airport service users, as well as efforts to improve inter-organizational coordination at the airport.

Abstract

Kegiatan bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode community development dan two way symmetric yang dikemas dalam bentuk edukasi dan sosialisasi berbasis door to door. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi minim plastic cukup efektif untuk diterapkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya mengurangi bahkan meniadakan penggunaan kantong plastic dan beralih memanfaatkan kantong belanja alternatif seperti noken. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi terungkap bahwa jika para pedagang buah belum mengetahui adanya Instruksi Walikota Jayapura Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 kaitannya dengan penggunaan kantong belanja alternatif sebagai pengganti kantong plastic sekali pakai. Sebagai rekomendasi, kedepannya pihak terkait harus intens turun ke masyarakat guna memberikan edukasi yang berpangkal terhadap peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat, baik itu mengenai kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah begitu juga dengan menanamkan rasa kecintaan terhadap lingkungan di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent of the influence of visionary leadership on organizational culture and organizational commitment, as well as its implications on the Performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at Terminal (A Study at the BPTD of Region XIX, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces). To achieve this objective, data collection techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation were employed. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient. The research findings indicate that visionary leadership has an influence on organizational culture, organizational commitment, and the performance of ASN. This suggests that effective implementation of visionary leadership by leaders can enhance organizational culture and organizational commitment, thus affecting the performance of ASN. Furthermore, the results of the conducted mediation test reveal that both organizational culture and organizational commitment can mediate the influence of visionary leadership on the performance of ASN at Terminal in the BPTD of Region XIX, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To know and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (2) to know and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (3) to know and analyze the effect of technological facilities on the performance of Civil Servants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses primary data through a survey of 100 civil servants as a sample of all 336 civil servants. The survey was conducted in December 2021. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (2) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province; (3) the technology facility variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Sulawesi Province. This means that performance is influenced by motivation, competence and technological facilities. Good motivation at work as well as competence and technological facilities can encourage performance improvement. Research Recommendations: (1) Further research can be carried out for Public Works agencies at the Regency / City level. (2) Adding new independent variables such as age, length of service, level of education and others.
