Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on Organi-zational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Internal Locus of Control as a mediation variable at PT. Mandala Multifinance. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study is 165 employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 62 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results showed that Internal Locus of Control had no influence of mediation between emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the result of analysis with p-values 0,29 did not significantly influence with level of significance 0,05. But the Internal Locus of Control mediates the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) based on an analysis with p-values 0.00 with a significancce of 0.05.

Abstract

The influence of the leadership style of the directive, the development of a career, and motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency, (guided by Muhlis Ruslan and Frank Remmang). This research aims to analyze and test menginterpertasi; 1.) the influence of the leadership style of the directive against the performance of employees; 2) influence the development of career employees on performance; 3) influence motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency. The design in this study using the method of quantitative research using survey method. The number of samples in the study 73 people. Penelitin uses a quantitative descriptive analysis techniques were analyzed with the help of SPSS software 24. The conclusions from the results of this study are: 1) the leadership style of direktris positive effect and significance on performance clerk; 2) positive and influential career development significance against the performance of employees; 3) positive and influential significance of motivation against the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Regency Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh estimasi biaya, pengalaman manager, manajemen kontrak, fluktuasi harga, dan dana owner terhadap efisiensi usaha jasa konstruksi pada PT. Rajawali Jaya Sakti Constrindo di Makassar.Terjaganya eksistensi suatu perusahaan diantaranya tergantung pada kemampuan perusahaan tersebut untuk melihat peluang-peluang pasar yang ada. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah estimasi biaya, pengalaman, manajemen kontrak, fluktuasi harga dan dana owner berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi pada usaha jasa konstruksi PT. Rajawali Jaya Sakti Contrindo di Makassar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan maka digunakan wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa estimasi biaya berpe-ngaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi usaha konstruksi, pengalaman proyek manajer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi usaha konstruksi, manajemen kontrak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi usaha kontruksi, fluktuasi harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap efisiensi usaha jasa konstruksi, serta dana owner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi jasa konstruksi. This study aims to analyze the effect of cost estimates, manager experience, contract management, price fluidity, and owner's funds on the efficiency of the construction services business at PT. Rajawali Jaya Sakti Constrindo in Makassar. Maintaining the existence of a company among others depends on the company's ability to see market opportunities that exist. The problem in this study is whether the estimated costs, experience, contract management, price fluctuations, and owner's funds affect the efficiency of the construction service business of PT. Rajawali Jaya Sakti Contrindo in Makassar. To answer the problem, interviews are used, while the data analysis techniques used are description analysis, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the estimated cost had a negative and significant effect on the efficiency of the construction business, the project manager's experience had a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of the construction business, contract management had a positive and significant effect on construction business efficiency, price fluctuations had a negative and not significant effect on the efficiency of the construction services business, and owner funds have a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of construction services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh nilai nasabah dan reputasi terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan pada PT. BRI (Persero) Unit Bulu-Bulu Cabang Maros. Jumlah responden sebanyak 112 orang yaitu nasabah yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut.Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui pendekatan jalur atau path.Dari hasil analisis pengolahan data, maka diketahui bahwa nilai nasabah, reputasi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung secara langsung dan nilai nasabah dan reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan, maka dilakukan pengujuan regresi kedua. Hasil yang ditunjukan bahwa nilai nasabah dan reputasi memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan. Hubungan tidak langsung memiliki koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dari hubungan langsung yang terjadi. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai koefisien total yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi, pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja aparat sipil negera (ASN) pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 ASN pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data hasil penelitian akan dianalisis melalui alat uji statistik dengan menggunakan software AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung tidak  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement  2) Kepemimpinan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement 3) Kompensasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement. This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret, the effect of the work environment, leadership, and compensation on state civil apparatus (ASN) performance in the Dinas Sosial of the Province of South Sulawesi through Employee Engagement. This research is quantitative and uses survey methods. The sample in this study was 200 ASN at the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used questionnaires and literature study. The data will be analyzed through a statistical test tool using AMOS 23 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Work environment directly or indirectly has no significant effect on ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement; 2) Leadership directly and indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement 3) Compensation directly or indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. Dimana rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pengauh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh gay kepemimpinan motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja pegawai dias Dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dari 30 responden yang dijadikan populasi dan sample (full sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employees’ performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. The research question is how the leadership style, motivation and work discipline influence employees’ performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. The aim is to determine the relationship and the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. Data analysis methods and techniques used are quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis where 30 respondents used as population and sample (full sampling). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It was found that work discipline mostly dominantly affected the performance of employees at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil in Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimana dalam hal ini adalah pendengar Radio Republik Indonesia Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik non random sampling dengan menggunakan klaster sampling acak sebanyak 100 orang pendengar radio RRI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keandalan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yang artinya siaran RRI Makassar konsisten dalam ketepatan siaran, keakuratan infomasi dan tepat waktu. Ketika menyiarkan program siaran, variabel daya tanggap memilik pengaruh yang signifikan kepada pendengar dalam bentuk layanan seperti menanggapi dan memberikan solusi kepada pendengar saat penyiaran maupun masalah-masalah yang disampaikan oleh pendengar ke penyiaran atau ke RRI Makassar. Variabel   jaminan berpengaruh signifikan yang artinya jaminan yang telah diberikan oleh RRI Makassar telah memberikan kenyaman dalam mendengar dan melayani para pendengar radio RRI Makassar. Variabel empati berpengaruh signifikan artinya empati penyiar dan RRI makassar sudah peka terhadap keinginan dan kebutuhan pendengar. Begitupula dengan variabel bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yang berarti menunjang siaran RRI Makassar sudah baik seperti alat pendukung siaran yang membuat frekuenzi dan suara penyiar jelas Ketika didengar. This study aims to study the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer loyalty which in this case was the listener of Radio Republik Indonesia, Makassar. The research method used was a non-random sampling technique using a random cluster sampling of 100 RRI radio listeners. The results showed that the reliability variable had a significant effect, which means that RRI Makassar broadcasts were consistent in broadcasting accuracy, information accuracy, and on time. When broadcasting broadcast programs. The responsiveness variable had a significant effect on listeners in the form of services such as responding and providing solutions to listeners when broadcasting, as well as problems conveyed by listeners to the broadcasting or to RRI Makassar. The assurance variable had a significant effect, which means that the assurance provided by RRI Makassar had provided comfort in hearing and serving listeners of RRI Makassar. The empathy variable had a significant effect, meaning the broadcaster's empathy and RRI Makassar was already sensitive to the wants and needs of listeners. Also, the physical evidence variables had a significant effect, which means that supporting RRI Makassar broadcasts was good, such as broadcast support tools that made frequency and the announcer's voice was clearly heard.

Abstract

Penelitian tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden sebanyak 100 orang pembeli dan user perumahan kalimasada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi bauran pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di perumahan kalimasada Berau. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian ini, bauran pemasaran dengan variabel orang, promosi dan tampilan fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian di perumahan kalimasada. Untuk variabel yang lain tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada perumahan Kalimasada. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, using primary data obtained from respondents' answers as many as 100 buyers and users of Kalimasada housing. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the marketing mix simultaneously has a significant effect on consumers’ interest in buying a house in Kalimasada residence, Berau. Based on the testing results of this study, the marketing mix with the variables of people, promotion, and physical appearance has a significant effect on the interest in buying a house in Kalimasada residence. Meanwhile, other variables do not have a significant effect on consumer interest in buying a house in Kalimasada residence.
