Abstract

Belum tersedianya sarana belajar mandiri bagi siswaSMKN 1 Cibadak, menjadi peluang peneliti untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam bentuk gameuntuk menarik minat siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis gameyang dikembangkanpada Kompetensi Dasar teknik penggunaan suhu rendah. Pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis gamedilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan tahap identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk ke-1, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk ke-2 hingga dihasilkan produk akhir. Pada penelitian ini, game yang akan dibuat yaitu dengan tipe adventure dimanagame tersebut menawarkan penggunanya untuk mengeksplorasi dan memecahkan teka-teki sebagai daya tarik utama. Pada game ini terdiri dari 6 materi, masing-masing materi memiliki 4-5 soal evaluasi yang harus dijawab agar bisa melanjutkan permainan ke materi selanjutnya dan bisa menonton video tutorial teknik penggunaan suhu rendah (pendinginan dan pembekuan) dan harus menjawab beberapa soal dari video tutorial.  Kelayakan media diukur berdasarkan hasil validasi ahlimedia, ahlimateri, dan ahli bahasa, serta hasil uji coba terhadap responden (siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan multimedia interaktif berbasis gamedinyatakan sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa, serta hasil rata-rata tanggapan responden menunjukakan bahwa 90% responden sangat setuju bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis gamedigunakansebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Dasar Proses Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (DPPHP) pada Kompetensi Dasar teknik penggunaan suhu rendah

Abstract

CV Rizky Agung is a company engaged in the delivery of goods in the city of Surabaya by sea. Currently, the process at CV Rizky Agung has several processes, namely the delivery transaction process, transaction data recording, and the delivery of goods. In these processes assisted with the help of Microsoft Excel to record all the data. The problem that occurs in the company is that customers cannot find out information about goods in real time, quickly whether the goods have been sent or not. In the current conditions, the application of restrictions on offline transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic, all transactional transactions were transferred to the online system, thus encouraging the company to create a website-based goods delivery system. With complaints from customers when they have difficulty monitoring goods, these needs will be met through "Interface Analysis and Design as a form of Visualization of Website-based Goods Delivery Application System Design at CV Rizky Agung". The final results obtained are in the form of Interface Design and Analysis as a form of Visualization of the Website-based Goods Delivery Application System Design on CV Rizky Agung in order to know for sure the main needs of users, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey filled by respondents in this study amounted to 21 people with details of 2 couriers, 2 admins, and 17 customers. Based on the value of the survey, it will be calculated using the System Usability Scale formula which gets an average value of 80.5, which means that usability based on the data gets an acceptable or feasible assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of principal supervisors in educational supervision: focusing on teacher performance. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach and used a descriptive qualitative research type. A deputy principal was the respondent of this study. Interviews, documentation and observation were used to collect data. Analyzing the data using field analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model, which goes through three steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that principals have a very important role in managing and improving the quality of education in schools and the use of the Electronic Performance (E-Kinerja) application strengthens supervision of teacher and staff performance. Despite identifying some obstacles, such as teachers' tardiness and the low attendance of administrative staff, principals take a solutive approach.
