Abstract

Abstract : This article aims to find out how to evaluate the education management system in Indonesia, identify problems or obstacles in implementing education management standards, discuss a number of obstacles in managing education, provide an understanding of the importance of education management standards to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, and provide related policy recommendations implementation of educational management standards to overcome various existing obstacles. Education management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling educational resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. With good educational management, it is hoped that the process of transferring knowledge to students can run effectively and educational goals can be achieved. The topic of discussion in this article is the readiness of Human Resources (HR) who do not yet understand education management standards, budget limitations, weak monitoring and evaluation, low teacher quality, unvaried learning methods, and low student literacy. This research uses a literature study research method. Literature study is a series of actions that include reading, recording, and processing research material. Data sources for this research are books, journals and articles related to the research topic. Low understanding of human resources causes difficulties in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Budget limitations make it difficult for schools to provide quality facilities and infrastructure. Weak evaluation and supervision make it difficult to measure standard achievement. Low teacher quality causes difficulties in achieving graduate process and competency standards. Learning methods that do not vary make standard targets hampered and conflict with the process. Low student literacy is caused by internal and external factors. The researcher's hope is that this article can be a useful reference regarding the implementation of educational standards policies. Key Words: Implementation; Management; EducationAbstrak : Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengevaluasi sistem pengelolaan pendidikan di Indonesia diterapkan, mengidentifikasi masalah atau hambatan dalam menerapkan standar pengelolaan pendidikan, membahas sejumlah kendala dalam mengelola pendidikan, memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya standar pengelolaan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan terkait penerapan standar pengelolaan pendidikan untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ada. Pengelolaan pendidikan adalah proses merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan sumber daya pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan pengelolaan pendidikan yang baik, proses transfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik diharapkan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai. Adapun topik pemabahasan dalam artikel ini adalah kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang belum memahami standar pengelolaan pendidikan, keterbatasan anggaran, pengawasan dan evaluasi yang masih lemah, kualitas guru yang masih rendah, metode pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi, dan literasi siswa yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan adalah serangkain tindakan yang mencakup membaca, mencatat, dan mengolah materi penelitian. Sumber data untuk penelitian ini adalah buku, jurnal, dan artikel yang berkait dengan topik penelitian. Rendahnya pemahaman SDM menyebabkan kesulitan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Keterbatasan anggaran membuat sekolah sulit memnuhi kualitas sarana dan prasarana. Evaluasi dan pengawasan yang lemah berdampak pada sulitnya mengukur pencapaian standar. Kualitas guru yang rendah menyebabkab kesulitan dalam mencapai standar proses dan kompetensi lulusan. Metode pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi membuat target standar terhambat dan bertentangan dengan proses. Rendahnya literasi siswa disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Harapan peneliti semoga artikel ini bisa menjadi referensi bermanfaat tentang implementasi kebijakan standar pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi;  Pengelolaan; Pendidikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of principal supervisors in educational supervision: focusing on teacher performance. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach and used a descriptive qualitative research type. A deputy principal was the respondent of this study. Interviews, documentation and observation were used to collect data. Analyzing the data using field analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model, which goes through three steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that principals have a very important role in managing and improving the quality of education in schools and the use of the Electronic Performance (E-Kinerja) application strengthens supervision of teacher and staff performance. Despite identifying some obstacles, such as teachers' tardiness and the low attendance of administrative staff, principals take a solutive approach.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pelatihan Google Sites sebagai solusi inovatif untuk komunikasi sekolah, khususnya pada Humas OSIS di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. Pelatihan ini memberikan langkah-langkah praktis bagi anggota OSIS dalam membuat dan mengelola situs web sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan digital yang signifikan pada peserta, dengan lebih dari 85% melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan Google Sites setelah pelatihan. Inisiatif ini juga menghasilkan situs web yang dikelola OSIS, yang menyediakan informasi yang mudah diakses dan memperkuat keterlibatan komunitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi platform digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan strategi komunikasi sekolah, mentransformasikan metode tradisional menjadi lebih interaktif dan efisien. Abstract

This article aims to see how the 4.0 era or the industrial era and also this technology affects the character of students in Indonesia as well as the role of independent curriculum policies in addressing student character education and still being able to master technology which is a global need. This research uses a process similar to a review literature or studies. Collecting references from many previous studies and combining them to produce findings is one method of conducting literature studies (Mardalis, 1999). There are various strategies that can be used to carry out the process of changing student characteristics through digital learning to develop their reading comprehension skills through the use of comprehension software. reading.In the context of the era of globalization and technological progress, education has a vital role in shaping the character of students who are strong and ethical. Challenges do not only come from the pandemic, but also from the industrial revolution and technological developments in the digital era, which affect the way we learn and interact . The independent learning policy - independent campus is an effort to enable the development of creativity and skills that are relevant to the demands of the ever-changing world of work. Through this approach, we can strengthen character values ​​such as nationalism, religiosity, independence, integrity and mutual cooperation, thereby helping students to face the era of disruption better.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to pinpoint the problems that need to be addressed through educational policy and to gain comprehensive knowledge about the underlying causes of these problems. This research approach is a library research method or literature study. Relevant literature, which includes books, journals and scientific papers on the selected issue, is used as a source of research data. The findings of this study indicate that, from a technical perspective, education policy development is the most important aspect of the ongoing policy analysis process. Therefore, the phrase “the circle of education policy that keeps turning” is not surprising when discussing the process of developing education policy. It is important for education policies to be carefully designed to minimize disruption. new educational issues that go beyond existing issues that need to be addressed or resolved in terms of complexity, breadth, and depth. Identifying the correct problem is undoubtedly necessary for successful problem solving. Different conceptualizations of an educational problem condition are produced and tested through the formation of educational policy challenges.
