Abstract

THE PREVENTION OF DYSLEXIA STUDENTS BULLYING IN THE PRACTICE AT ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. Dyslexia disorder experienced by students MI Manbaul Falihin Ngabul Tahunan Jepara considered as a serious problem, because these disorders could lead to do bullying from other students, whereas bullying itself can lead victim impaired physical and psychological, and bullying can be categorized as a crime can not be tolerated. This study, using descriptive qualitative approach, intended to investigate an incident in accordance with the real conditions in the field with the data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques (combined). The results showed that in responding to these things so make MI Manbaul Falihin issued policies to prevent bullying especially for students who have dyslexia disorder. Act of prevention in the form of giving insight to teachers, provide insight to students, provide insight to parents, recommends choosing a good friend, teach compassion to students, to build confidence in students dyslexia, develop social skills of students, and teach good ethics.

Abstract

Education is a tool to shape the character and identity of the nation's next generation, because education creates quality of the young people, high knowledge, broad insight, and able to compete in global developments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of local cultural values in the formation of national character and culture based on the school environment. Using qualitative methods, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and interpretation of events, using human instruments. The results of the analysis explain the implementation of local culture that has been applied in schools include: traditional food, local traditional toys and dances, wearing traditional East Java clothes, making miniature traditional houses, routine Istighosah every month, singing folk songs, banjari extra-curricular activities, tahfidz juz 30, habituation of 5S application, dhuhur prayers in congregation, salim/kiss hands when meeting parents, friendly prayers, art, and local cultural values. There are student self-development activities at school, including: Scouts, Flag Ceremony every Monday, commemoration of state holidays, wearing batik clothes on the first week of every month. Barriers to the implementation of local cultural values in character building and national culture in the school environment include: limited resources, time, environment, family, and friends.

Abstract

This research is motivated by social problems that are still evident in students who are unable to feel and understand the feelings of their friends, ostracizing friends who have problems, mocking their teacher's physical appearance and comparing it to something else, students' inattention towards the teacher when the learning process is taking place, and neglecting tasks that need to be completed. These actions are indicators of students' lack of empathy and responsibility attitudes. This study aims to: (1) determine the influence of social studies learning on the empathy attitudes of eighth-grade students at MTsN Gresik, (2) determine the influence of social studies learning on the responsibility attitudes of eighth-grade students at MTsN Gresik, and (3) determine the influence of social studies learning on the empathy attitudes and responsibility attitudes of eighth-grade students at MTsN Gresik. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with correlational research type. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires and documentation. The population used was all eighth-grade students at MTsN Gresik with a total of 360 students and using simple random sampling technique with 189 samples. Data analysis techniques were conducted using simple linear regression analysis, multivariate analysis, and t-test. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) there is an influence of social studies learning on empathy attitudes by 23.3%, while the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other variables, (2) there is an influence of social studies learning on responsibility attitudes by 28.1%, while the remaining 71.9% is influenced by other variables, (3) there is an influence of social studies learning on students' empathy attitudes and responsibility attitudes, the MANOVA output shows a p-value/significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Toko sembako adalah toko kelontong (bahan pokok) yang menjual berbagai macam kebutuhan pokok masyarakat pada umumnya. Tanpa kebutuhan dasar masyarakat bisa terganggu karena bahan pokok ini yang paling utama. Penempatan pada produk toko ini masih dilakukan secara tradisional/manual oleh pemilik toko dan data transaksi penjualan di Toko ini hanya digunakan sebagai simpanan tanpa dimaksimalkan penggunaannya. Semakin banyak toko kelontong modern semakin sedikit pelanggan yang membeli di toko tersebut. Dalam penerapan teknik data mining menggunakan metode asosiasi dengan memanfaatkan Algoritma Fp-Growt, Permasalahannya adalah belum bisa mengetahui produk apa yang sering di minati pelanggan, ketersediaan produk seringkali tidak sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen sehingga bisa berdampak buruk. Algoritma Fp-Growth ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi peraturan yang mengatur keterkaitan antara kombinasi itemset. dalam data transaksi penjualan, dengan tujuan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan dengan mengidentifikasi produk-produk yang sering dibeli bersamaan, dan menyusun menu berdasarkan preferensi konsumen. Berdasarkan Association Rules menghasilkan 3 barang yang umumnya dibeli oleh pelanggan yaitu Gula, Minyak Goreng dan Tepung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan nilai support tertinggi pada seluruh itemset sebesar 0.170. Pengujian pembentukan itemset, dengan nilai support 0.1 dan nilai confidence 0.5 mendapatkan rule sebanyak 7 rule dan mendapatkan nilai confidence yang paling tinggi yaitu 0.950 serta mendapatkan nilai lift paling tinggi 4.923 sehingga dinyatakan semua aturan yang dihasilkan memiliki kekuatan dan validitas yang dapat diandalkan untuk digunakan meningkatkan strategi penjualan. Penelitian ini dapat membantu Toko untuk dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, mengoptimalkan stok produk, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan bantuan atau dukungan dalam proses penjualan, fokus pada barang - barang yang banyak diminati oleh pelanggan dan ketersediaan stok barang.
