Abstract

There are sources which are needed by a nation, we can say human resource and natural resource. Human resources are one of the important sources for a nation for its growth, instead of natural source. But, still, there are people who have gone to different countries to get a better life for their future as they have said or there are still unemployees number stated. This is only the writer's side of view about the human resources which have a high contribution to the growth of a nation. A nation as a great organization needs to handle its human resources to make it great in many ways of life of the global era nowadays. Human resource management will be needed here and will make many policies to handle this source instead of natural sources.  If a nation doesn?t make any policies to handle to empower, to strengthen them to be great manpower who will conquer every competition of this global era. A fact that we have seen much nowadays is being an entrepreneur. Many young generations started to get settled by doing business that brought much youth too to be hired as part-timers or full-timers, that is really great scene of our youth nowadays (www.businessdictionary.com). They tried to be on their own, they opened their mind not always to be an employee who always got monthly income, so they don?t have to think too much about their life. For those youth, being an entrepreneur is a challenge, they will make other people see that they are able to stand on their own feet. Being an entrepreneur would give them a lesson about human resource management too by doing, and it would teach them more about running and manage their own business, instead of knowing that they could get by reading, listen, and watching from their schools, university, and courses

Abstract

The word “Branch Purnama” is a word that is often read, heard and is a favorite of consumers and lovers of local roadside food in Indonesia, especially in East Java. The word has automatically become a "stamp" to convince new consumers and loyal consumers that they have culinary products and tastes that are the same and "in line" with many other micro, small and medium enterprises everywhere. Although in reality, the facts are not as expected, that is, all of their culinary products refer to a slightly different center, will not the same, for those who know (Aaker, D.A., 2004). However, all of this has aroused the curiosity of many people outside their scope, especially consumers, how come hundreds of micro, small and medium enterprises have made or pinned the same name on the front banner of their culinary establishment, namely the Purnama Branch. What is even more interesting is that these micro, small and medium enterprises mix and set the seasoning for their respective products, not based on ready-to-eat product shipments from the central "Purnama Branch" which most likely does not recognize the "branches" that have existed so far in Indonesia. many places in East Java, especially in Surabaya and its surroundings

Abstract

Organizations and institutions serve as dynamic hubs where diverse backgrounds and perspectives converge. While individuals often establish deep connections, considering these places a second home. This study explores how personal diversity, technology, and organizational culture intersect in organizations, aiming to understand their impact on self-belonging and the overall culture. Through literature review and case analysis, we scrutinize the intricate relationships between personal diversity, technology, and culture. Effective management can alleviate challenges stemming from these dynamics, enhancing human resource conditions. Successful strategies embracing diversity and technology can positively influence these conditions. Although technology accelerates institutional development, cultural change is gradual. Effective management is crucial in bridging gaps between personal diversity, technology, and cultural continuity. Improved conditions foster self-belonging, enriching organizational culture. This research underscores the role of strategic management in harmonizing personal identities with organizational values, ultimately fostering an adaptive institutional culture.

Abstract

Education is the right of everyone wherever they are, at any age, including economic conditions at any level. The way to obtain knowledge can no longer be limited by anyone and anything nowadays. In this global era, education patterns are increasingly diverse, knowledge transfer activities no longer have to always be carried out in the classroom. The pattern of teaching and learning activities outside the classroom has also been implemented by many educational institutions in many countries, including Indonesia. When teaching and learning activities are carried out outside the classroom, it generally increases interest in learning for students at primary and higher education levels. In this article, we will convey qualitatively the efforts to transfer knowledge outside the classroom in order to increase interest in learning and reduce boredom due to always studying indoors. A two-way interactive atmosphere is one of the effective ways of learning activities to produce better student abilities, in all subjects or certain subjects. The more optimal human resource capabilities are in the future, we can be sure that economic conditions and many other fields will be better and able to compete with other nations.
