Abstract

One of the issues that health facilities, including community health centers, had to address was patient complaints. Therefore, the aim of this research was to analyze the factors that caused patients to complain at the Puyung Health Center. To identify these causal factors, several hypothetical variables were used, such as patient perceptions, facilities and infrastructure, service procedures, officer competency, and officer discipline. The research design employed was analytical-observational, using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in the study consisted of 94 patients. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire for each variable. The data were then analyzed using bivariate analysis (crosstab) to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables and a multivariate logistic regression test to identify the independent variables that caused patient complaints. The results of the research revealed that there was an individually significant relationship between patient complaints and patient perceptions, facilities and infrastructure, service procedures, officer competence, and officer discipline. In addition, information was obtained that service procedures were the dominant factor that significantly caused patient complaints at the Puyung Community Health Center.

Abstract

This article investigate influence satisfaction Work to performance nurse at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital. Satisfaction Work nurse considered as response psychological and emotional to environment work, employment, and interpersonal relationships. Internal factors, such as evaluation to work and satisfaction to achievement personal, as well factor external, incl condition work and support organizational, yes influence satisfaction Work. Satisfaction Work nurses are also reflected in involvement in taking decisions and a sense of being valued by the organization. Study This aim for investigate connection between satisfaction work and performance home nurse Sick the. Study This involving 110 respondents who were nurse at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital. Data collection was carried out through assessment questionnaire level satisfaction work and performance nurse. Data analysis used the independent T test and simple linear regression. Research result show exists difference significant in performance between group satisfaction Work high and low. Analysis regression disclose connection significant positive _ between satisfaction work and performance nurse. In other words, more and more tall level satisfaction work, increasingly good performance too nurse. Findings This own implications practical in management source Power man at home Sick health soul. Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinant factors influencing the accurate rates for hemodialysis services at the Regional General Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2021-2022. The method used is explanatory analysis with a quantitative approach. The research results show that the factors of patient condition, service activities, infrastructure resources, and type of dialyzer have a significant effect on the accurate hospital rates for hemodialysis services at the Regional General Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2021-2022. In conclusion, the type of dialyzer factor has the most significant influence on the formation of accurate rates for Hemodialysis services in NTB Provincial Regional Hospitals in 2021-2022. Abstract

Inovasi pelayanan publik merupakan trend baru yang digalakan oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi. Inovasi menjadi salah satu upaya bagi instansi pemerintah untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Menurut Peraturan Menteri PANRB No. 30/2014, inovasi pelayanan publik adalah terobosan jenis pelayanan publik baik yang merupakan gagasan dan ide kreatif orisinal dan atau adaptasi yang memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendekatkan pelayanan kesehatan mata pada masyarakat di tingkat Kecamatan, Meningkatkan Cataract Surgical Rate, Menurunkan buta katarak. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah riset kualitatif dengan design case study. Analisis deskriptif riset kualitatif memberikan deskripsi detail mengenai suatu masalah dan problem solvingnya. Penulis membatasi ruang lingkup objek penelitian yaitu terhadap 100 pasien dari 3 Kabupaten/Kota (Kota Mataram, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dan Kabupaten Lombok Barat). Hasil penelitian adalah Pada saat pertama kali diterapkan dalam fase uji coba, aplikasi ini membantu tenaga kesehatan untuk melakukan remote screening pada 100 pasien dari 3 Kabupaten/Kota (Kota Mataram, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dan Kabupaten Lombok Barat). Dari total pasien yang di screening tersebut 70 orang diantaranya langsung mendapatkan akses untuk penanganan lanjut di faskes rujukan (RS Mata NTB) berupa operasi katarak.

Abstract

Patient safety is the most crucial health service orientation. An appropriate clinical risk management system is needed to sustain the safety culture in the hospital. This study aimed to examine the implementation of the caring safety model (CSM) in reducing the adverse events (AEs) in patients. A quasi-experimental design (pretest-posttest control group design) was conducted, involving samples in two hospitals in Indonesia. Nurses in the experimental group followed the CSM training and applied it to nursing care, while nurses in the control group followed the standard care. AEs were assessed on indicators of medication error, patient falls, phlebitis, decubitus, and surgical site infection. The implementation of CSM was evaluated for it is impact on AEs reduction. Abstract

Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah untuk  mengurangi kematian bayi. Cakupan ASI Ekslusif di NTB mencapai angka 82 % berarti masih ada sekitar 18 % yang belum ASI ekslusif, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI diantaranya adalah masalah produksi ASI yang tidak lancar, sehingga perlunya pemberian terapi yang tepat dalam mengatasi masalah produksi ASI. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest postets design .Penelitian ini jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 responden  yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh dari pijat marmet terhadap produksi ASI ibu menyusui di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, dapat diperoleh nilai rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum intervensi sebanyak 603,41 dan mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan intervensi dengan pijat marmet menjadi 766,11. Nilai rata-rata tingkat produksi ASI menunjukan adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi ASI setelah diberikan terapi pijat marmet sebesar 162,70 dengan p value 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian terapi pijat marmet terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI ibu di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Abstract

Insiden keselamatan pasien merupakan kejadian sering terjadi terutama di kamar bedah yang salah satunya disebabkan karena penerapan penggunaan cheklist surgical safety belum optimal. Penerapan patient safety sebagai Upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. patient safety didalam kamar bedah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan surgical safety checklist. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan faktor kepatuhan tiem bedah dalam penerapan surgical safety checklist pada pasien bedah di Instalasi Bedah Sentral. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden diambil dengan cara random simple sampling. Instrument digunana adalah kuesioner faktor kepatuhan tim bedah dalam penerapan surgical safety cheklist. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square untuk melihat ada tidaknya suatu hubungan pada beberapa variable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor kepatuhan yang signifikan dalam pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist berupa pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, umur, pendidikan. Faktor yang tidak signifikan dalam pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist berupa jenis kelamin, jumlah penghasilan dan masa kerja.. faktor pengetahuan merupakan faktor dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepatuhan tim dalam penerapan surgical safety cheklist  dengan nilai p value 0,000 dengan r htiung = 4,766. Hasil ini menujukkan kepatuhan dalam  penerapan surgical safety cheklist dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan tiem bedah

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu dan anak (AKI/AKB) menjadi program prioritas kesehatan yang harus diturunkan. Upaya pemerintah untuk dapat menurunkan AKI/AKB dilakukan melalui Penerapan Manajeman Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) namun Upaya tersebut belum optimal dilakukan disebabkan kelengkapat Dokument  pengisian formular MTBS. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi beban kerja dan supervise petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan  pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi beban kerja dan supervise petugas dengan kelengkapan pengisian formular MTBS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi beban kerja, supervise petugas dengan kelengkapan pengisian formular manajeman terpadu balita sakit (MTBS). Metode penelitian. penelitian observasional analitic dengan pendekatan Cross sectional study Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sistematik random sampling, Bersar sampel dalam penelitian ini  sebanyak 78 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner  Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan dan pernyataan mengenai variabel penelitian yang terdiri dari variabel dependent: Analisis  data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel silang antara varaiebl independent  (Pengetahuan, beban kerja, dan sikap, serta supervisi dengan kelengkapan pengisian MTBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengetahuan petugas  (0,164), Sikap  (0,023) Persepsi Beban Kerja  (0,600) Supervisi  (0,098) dengan nilai p value lebih dari 0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sikap petugas merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan pengisian document MTBS.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive literature review to identify and analyze strategies for optimizing hospital health services within the last year. Utilizing the PRISMA methodology, the study systematically reviewed articles from the SCOPUS database using the keyword "Hospital Health Services." The search identified 342,847 articles, which were then screened for relevance based on document type, language, publication area, and open access status, narrowing the pool to 76 articles. Following a detailed eligibility assessment, 17 articles were included in the final analysis. These articles covered various aspects of hospital operations, including leadership and management practices, health promotion initiatives, technological innovations, and patient satisfaction. Key findings highlight the critical role of adaptive and strategic leadership in enhancing hospital efficiency and patient care quality. Health promotion initiatives were found to be essential for improving population health, especially when integrated with technological advancements. The implementation of advanced health information technologies, such as electronic health records and digital alerts, significantly improved service efficiency and patient outcomes. Patient satisfaction, influenced by the quality of care, personalized interactions, and supportive environments for healthcare professionals, emerged as a fundamental component of effective healthcare delivery. The implications of this study suggest that hospital administrators and policymakers should prioritize adaptive leadership, integrate health promotion with technology, invest in advanced health information systems, and focus on enhancing patient satisfaction through improved care quality and supportive environments. These strategies are critical for achieving sustainable improvements in hospital health services and overall patient outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Community health center have a strategic role in providing primary services, including family health services and monitoring. Family health is the main foundation for the welfare of society as a whole. Through good service at the family level, various health problems can be identified and treated early, preventing the potential Purpose: To measure and evaluate the success of community health centers in providing family health services. Method: Descriptive research with the main data source coming from community health center performance evaluation documents. Data collection was carried out at the Wanasaba Community Health Center, East Lombok Regency. The data used in this research were obtained from various public health center performance evaluation documents, such as activity reports, health service records, and other related documents. Data analysis in this research will be carried out using a descriptive approach, where data obtained from performance evaluation documents will be described and interpreted in depth. Results: This evaluation shows that several aspects have gone well, but there are also aspects that require further attention. Health promotion, it can be seen that the dissemination of health information through electronic media reached a good achievement level of 98.30%. In terms of environmental health, it reaches a good level. In improving community nutrition, the results showed good success in efforts to prevent and control disease, successfully implementing various disease control activities (96.69%). In terms of public health services, it achieved a good achievement level of 92.2%. When turning to family health, there are several areas that require further attention because the percentage is smaller than other areas. Overall, the family health aspect is included in the poor category (74.74%). Conclusion: There are good achievements in several aspects, but there are still several shortcomings and potential improvements. Overall, community health centers have taken positive steps in improving work programs, one of which is family health, especially in maternal health and family planning. However, continuous efforts are needed to improve achievements in certain aspects, such as the health of children under five, the health of school-aged children, the health of adolescents and the health of the elderly. Suggestion: For future researchers, it is important to deepen their understanding of the local context and involve active community participation in the design and implementation of research.
