Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) menyebabkan merosotnya kegiatan sektor perhotelan di DIY. Hotel-hotel yang sempat ditutup karena tidak mampu menutup biaya operasional dapat kembali beroperasi kembali dengan persyaratan mampu menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 sesuai standar ketetapan pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu, pelaku industri hotel khususnya pemilik & karyawan perlu mendapatkan pelatihan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan lingkungan hotel. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tamu terhadap produk, pelayanan prima dan fasilitas yang bersih, sehat, aman dan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Sanksi Administrasi akan diberikan kepada pelanggar protokol kesehatan baik itu pengunjung maupun karyawan di The Cube Hotel DIY baik secara lisan maupun pemulangan ketempat asal hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Corona Virus Disease 2019.

Abstract

Geographical Indication of Agro-tourism is a unique tourism activity to areas or rural locations whose products are already known to have superior quality and characteristics. "Salak Pondoh Sleman Jogja" fruit is a product of natural resources that has the rights of Geographical Indication Rights exclusively. This research aims to know the perception and understanding of Geographical Indication Rights for future planning of the development of Sleman Salak Pondoh agro-tourism based on Geographical Indication Rights. The population in this study were communities related to geographical indications on the Salak Pondoh Sleman. The sample in this study is a non-random sampling method with sample subjects are: Komunitas Perlindungan Indikasi Geografis Salak Pondoh Sleman (KPIG-SPS) community. Primary data used in this research were collected directly in the field through field research, and secondary data collected from the literature study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of the Geographical Indications of Salak Pondoh farmers in the Pondoh Sleman Salak Farmer Community. This community functions as a protection agency, quality improvement, and marketing of Sleman Pondoh Salak, then with the protection of Geographical indications on products from the presence of potential geographical indications can guarantee legal certainty over the products. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are very important issues both nationally and internationally. Pondoh Sleman Salak as an agricultural product that has distinctiveness and high quality which is developed with a communalistic system which is shown by the management of Sleman Pondoh Zalacca through Sleman Pondoh Salak Farmer Association and the Turindo Partners Association. This is the incarnation of a combination of village farmer groups (gapoktandesa) in Sleman. Then, the combination of the village farmer groups is the incarnation of the village farmer group (Poktan-dusun) which is spread in the Sleman region. In this study the method used was non random sampling to select sample subjects from the population, namely all parties related to geographical indications on pondoh salak in Sleman Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly through interviews with respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the study of literature on legal materials. This research is expected to contribute ideas for improving and developing legal science in the field of Geographical Indications, and can provide a more advanced thinking insight for the government and businessmen of pondoh salak in Sleman Regency to get a way out and legal certainty of violations in the field Intellectual Property Rights and Geographical Indications.Keywords: Communalistic Culture, Intellectual Property Rights Geographical Indication of Sleman Pondoh Salak, Legal Certainty

Abstract

This study aims to find out supporting activities that arise with the use of the ancient Nglanggeran volcano landscape in the Nglanggeran Village. Nglanggeran tourism village in Yogyakarta has a variety of supporting tourism potential attractions that arises due to the construction of an artificial pond or reservoir. This reservoir is the main capital for the local community to create supporting attractions which are a major complement to the ancient volcanic landscape of Nglanggeran. The emergence of these supporting attractions subsequently becomes a source of profit for the community and especially tourism activities in the region.

Abstract

Abstraksi Bisnis pariwisata memerlukan standar-standar pelayanan minimal yang terukur. Pemanfaatan kegiatan pariwisata dengan adanya bandara baru Yogyakarta International Airport yang berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Purworejo dapat mendorong peran serta desa-desa di sekitarnya. Trend perjalanan wisata yangmeningkat juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk mendorong peran serta mereka ikut aktrif dalam kegiatan tersebut. Pada tahapan awal, rencana penyiapan unsur-unsur pariwisata di Desa Pacekelan akan berpengaruhgsecara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap meningkatnya kualitas hidup masyarakat desa. Kata kunci: desa wisata, Desa Pacekelan, atraksi wisata, kualitas hidup  Abstract The tourism business requires measurable minimum service standards. Utilization of tourism activities with the existence of the new airport Yogyakarta International Airport which borders Purworejo Regency can encourage the participation of surrounding villages. Increasing the trends of traveling activities  can also be utilized by the community to encourage their participation in the activity. In the initial stages, the plan is to prepare elements of tourism in Pacekelan Village and will directly and indirectly affect the improvement of the quality of life of the villager. Keywords: community-based tourism, Pacekelan Village, attractions, quality of life

Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the regencies with the greatest potential in the tourism sector, where the tourism sector is the leading sector that generates the largest regional income for the Pangandaran Regency. Regional tourism potential that is used as a tourist object and attraction can be in the form of natural conditions, flora, fauna, regional culture of Pangandaran Regency and national culture both in the form of ideas, social life or in the form of the work of the people in Pangandaran Regency. To achieve this, the role of the community in tourism development in Pangandaran Regency through Kompempar must accommodate the aspirations of all tourist destination objects in Pangandaran Regency. This is in accordance Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Tourism in Pangandaran Regency.
