Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem masyarakat dan organisasi suku Dayak Ngaju didesa mandomai Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data meliputi data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem masyarakat dan organisasi suku Dayak Ngaju di desa mandomai kalimantan tengah. Pada awalnya adalah salah satu daerah sebagai tempat menetap bagi masyarakat desa sebelum adanya pemekaran wilayah.sehingga sistem masyarakatnya termasuk sistem bilateral yaitu menarik garis keturunan melalui pihak ayah dan ibu. Kemudian untuk memenuhi kebutuhan  dulu hingga sekarang sebagai petani namun seiringnya perkembangan zaman Sebagian masyarakat mandomai banyak keluar daerah untuk mencari pekerjaan.sehingga organisasi sosialnya saat ini masih banyak selaras dengan perubahan zaman.  dengan adanya organisasi sosial sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Dayak di mandomai yaitu salah satunya adalah membantu dalam bidang pertanahan, Kesehatan dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci : suku dayak, sistem masyarakat, organisasi sosial                AbstractThe study aims to identify the social and tribal systems of the dayak ngaju in the village of mandomai central kalimantan. The method used is a descriptive qualitative. The data source is the primary and secondary data source. Data collection procedures include observation, interviews and documentation while data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, display data, demographic results. The results of the study show that the indigenous dayak ngaju community and tribal organization in the village of mandomai central kalimantan. Initially it was one of the areas to settle for village people before the region was exposed. So their social system is bilateral, which is to draw the line through the father and mother. Then, to meet the needs of farmers, and to this day as farmers, most of the population has been mandated to go out of the country in search of work. So his social organization today is still much in keeping with the changing times. With social organizations helping the dayak people in mandomai, one of which is to help with land, health, and so on.Keywords : Dayak people, social systems, social organizations.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitin ini bertujun untuk mengetahui peran kepala keluarga dalam membentuk karakter religius remja serta mengetahui faktor pengehambat dan pendukung kepala keluarga dalam membentuk karakter religius remaja di desa Lampuyang Kabupaten Kota Waringin Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitin deskritif pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga terdiri dari 10 informan, terdiri dari 5 kepala keluarga beragama Kristen, dan 5 kepala keluarga beragama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Peran kepala keluarga dalam membentuk karakter religius di desa Lampuyang Kabupaten Kota Waringin Timur yaitu dengan memperkenalkan tentang pengetahuan agama, mengajarkan kebiasan baik, mengajakbuntuk membiasakan hal-hal baik, sampai dengan mengingatkan apabila ada kesalahan ataupun kekurangan dalam sistem penerapannya ; 2) faktor penghambat dan dukung kepala keluarga dalam membentuk karakter religius remaja di desa Lampuyang Kabupaten Kota Waringin  Timur yaitu factor penghambatnya adalah konsistensi, sikap remaja yang masih labil, pengaruh zaman dan kemajuan teknologi, sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya  dukungan dari orang tua, lingkungan, dan adanya guru. Adapun cara kepala keluarga dalam menangani faktor penghambat dalam membentuk karakter religious remaja yaitu melalui komunikasi yang baik terhadap remaja sertavmempunyai rasavkonsisten terhadap apa yang ingin dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat melakukan filtrasi terhadap perkembangan zaman dan menumbuhkan keinginan remaja untuk belajar lebih baik sehingga remaja-remaja mempunyai karakter yang lebih baik dan berguna bagi bangsa dan negara. Kata Kunci: Peran Kepala Keluarga dan Karakter Religius AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of the head of the family in shaping the religious character of adolescents and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors the head of the family in the formation of the religious character of adolescents in Lampuyang Village, East Waringin City Regency.This study uses adescritive qualitative aaproach with data collection techniques using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The informants in this study were heads of families consisting of 10 informants, consisting of 5 hads of families who were Cristian, and 5 heads of families whobwere Muslim. The result showed that: 1) the role of the head of the family in shaping religious character in Lampuyang Village, Kota Waringin Timur District, namely by introducing religious knowledge, teaching good habits, inviting people to get used to good things, to remind them if there are erros of deficiencies in the implementation of system; 2). The inhibiting and supporting factors of the head of the family in shaping the religious character of adolescent in Lampuyang village, East Waringin City Regency, namely this inhibinting factors are technological progress, while the supporting factors are support from parents, the environment, and teacher. The way the head of family overcomes the inhibiting factors in shaping the religious character of adolenscents in through good communication with adolendcents and having a consistens sense of wht they want to do, so thar they can filter the development of the times and foster that desire. Teenagers to learn better so that teenagers have good character. Better and beneficial for the nation and state.Keywords: Role of Family Head and Religious Character

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali peran guru dalam membentuk Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan menekankan nilai toleransi di SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. Fokusnya adalah pada kebutuhan peran guru dalam pembentukan profil pelajar Pancasila, kurangnya pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam enam dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila, dan kurangnya implementasi sikap toleransi di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan kejadian sebenarnya dalam bentuk kalimat uraian. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam membina toleransi peserta didik di SMAN 3 Palangka Raya, terutama terkait pembentukan profil pelajar Pancasila, telah terlaksana dengan baik. Proses tersebut melibatkan integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama sikap toleran, dalam mata pelajaran, kegiatan terprogram, dan pembiasaan. Saran-saran yang diajukan melibatkan perluasan sarana dan prasarana, kreativitas guru dalam pengembangan kegiatan pembinaan sikap toleransi, serta menjaga konsistensi dan kerjasama dari semua pihak terkait. Dengan demikian, tujuan peran guru dalam membentuk profil pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 3 Palangka Raya, khususnya dalam membina sikap toleransi, dapat tercapai secara baik, tepat, dan maksimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this reserach to examine and analyze the implementation of social and religious rehabilitation during the COVID-19 pandemic for Narcotics addicts at the Galilea Drug Rehabilitation Center in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. In addition, what impacts arise as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic on the implementation of the existing rehabilitation program at the Rehabilitation Center. The study was conducted qualitatively through a descriptive analysis approach with purposive sampling technique through interviews with the management of the rehabilitation center, guardians of addicts, and representatives of addicts who have completed their rehabilitation period. The results showed that the social rehabilitation program in the form of a Therapeutic Community (TC) was the application of a structured environmental control method to change behavior in the context of a responsible community between fellow residents as well as helping oneself. Religious programs carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic are the development of thought and spirituality

Abstract

This research aims to develop a PANJIASIA book based on augmented reality that is able to bridge young children to know, understand, internalize and apply the values ​​of Pancasila in everyday life. This research uses the type of research and development (Research and Development) with research stages 1) the initial survey in the field was taken based on data on the needs of PAUD teachers in instilling Pancasila values ​​in early childhood; 2) Prototype FGD; 3) Development of Augmented Reality-based PANJIASIA Books and prototype workshops; 4) validation of the PANJIASIA Book by validation of media experts and material experts; 5) Implementation of the PANJIASIA Book begins with small scale implementation and large scale implementation; 6) Publication and dissemination of the PANJIASIA Book to PAUD teachers in the Watershed (DAS) of Palangka Raya City. The results of this study, namely based on the results of the responses of PAUD teachers in FGD activities, showed a figure of 96%, which means that the quality of the products being developed is very feasible to be applied in the implementation of Pancasila learning. In addition, based on the validator's assessment, it shows a figure of 86%, which means that the product being developed is valid and feasible to use. Based on the results of small-scale and large-scale implementation, the results show that students are enthusiastic about learning Pancasila using books that have been developed because they are integrated with Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive Sparkol VideoScribe learning video integrated with the case method in the Pancasilacourse, which will enable students to understand the Pancasila material better. The problem is the lack of interactive learning mediathat students can access, especially when learning Pancasila. This research uses the type of research development (Research andDevelopment) with the 4-D development model with the stages of defining, designing, developing and dissemination. Thedevelopment stages are integrated in the activities of 1) Integration of Pancasila material, namely the History of Pancasila Formulation, Pancasila as an Ethical System and Pancasila as the Basis for Science and Technology Development; 2) Integrating the material that has been developed into the Sparkol VideoScribe application; 3) Development of Sparkol VideoScribe Interactive Video integrated with Case Method; 4) Preparation of validation instruments and validation of Sparkol VideoScribe Interactive Video Integrated with Case Method by material experts and media experts; 5) Implementing videos that have beendeveloped to students while reflecting and evaluating; 6) Disseminating research products to students. The results of this studyare based on the results of material expert validation obtained a result of 85% with the category "Very Valid". In addition, basedon the assessment of media experts, the result is 75% with the category "Valid". Based on the assessment results from material andmedia expert validators, the interactive video learning media Sparkol VideoScribe is suitable for use in the Pancasila learning process.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial element that serves as the foundational capital in the development and operation of a company. Therefore, the company needs to carry out the recruitment and selection process to meet its workforce needs. This research aims to understand the implementation of recruitment and selection in fulfilling partnerships at CBS Seruyan. The method applied uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis is carried out through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with data verification. The data verification process is conducted through source observation and theory. The research results include the creation of the recruitment procedures and helps promote the position through social media. In addition, a special form has been created for partners to provide feedback on potential business partners who are in the selection stage. In short, the implementation of these steps makes the recruitment and selection process of partners in the company more focused, efficient, and effective.
