Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the mutual influence between Switching Costs is represented by five variables (benefit lost costs, uncertainty costs, evaluation costs, learning costs and Sunk costs) with Inertia and Calculative Commitment. The objective of this research was to analyze whether there is an  impact between the Switching Cost on Inertia and Calculative Commitment which were significantly. This paper presents and develops a model that will articulate and classify the behavior of consumers in the purchase of financial products and services. The theoretical insights generated by this model are then used to examine research data obtained from questionnaires with centralized variables and focus on consumer attitudes towards financial service providers and their financial products. The importance of trust is not explicitly recognized but the relationship between trust and risk largely determines the behavior of a customer Aldas-Manzano et al. (2009). The design of this research applied multiple regression, hypothesis testing of validity (T-test and correlation) and hypothesis testing of reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha). Data analysis used in this research was primary data in which the population of this study is CIMB Niaga ITC Fatmawati branch office in South Jakarta. This research was carried out by distributing 200 questionnaires with samples customers who are over three years as a customer and maintain balance actively. The result of this research concluded that there are variables of switching cost that affect are inertia and calculative commitment that is an important driver of behavioral customer. Product innovation competition among actors of financial services to attract new customers must calculate the commitment and customer resistance in the costs and risks that will be generated

Abstract

This research aims to examine changes in consumer attitudes and purchasing power in the Indonesian market after the pandemic, with a focus on the impact of restrictions on online sales via social media. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed consumer behavior, triggering a shift from conventional transactions to online platforms. However, online sales restrictions implemented by the Indonesian government raise questions about how consumers will respond and adapt to these changes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by describing systematically by conducting literature reviews about post-pandemic consumer behavior, and the impact of social media on purchasing decisions, surveys or questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with consumers to understand attitudes, and their experiences regarding online shopping on social media during the post-pandemic period. The research results reveal that restrictions on online sales via social media influence consumers' attitudes towards online shopping, forcing them to look for other alternatives or change purchasing preferences. Apart from that, these restrictions also have an impact on consumer purchasing power and consumption patterns. This analysis describes post-pandemic market dynamics in Indonesia, where e-commerce companies and business people have to adapt to changes in consumer behavior. Policy implications for the government and marketing strategies for business people are also discussed in the research providing an in-depth look at how to optimize market potential in Indonesia. amid restrictions on online sales. This research aids in comprehending the ongoing alterations in the Indonesian consumer market post-pandemic, thereby guiding government, companies, and other business entities in decision-making processes.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan strategi pemasaran dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan masih belum optimal dilakukan oleh beberapa pelaku bisnis di Indonesia. Penelitian kausal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur bagaimana harga dan kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pengguna jasa Grab di Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih melalui proses accidental sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pembagian kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Temuan menginformasikan bahwa harga mempunyai efek positif dan tidak signifikan pada loyalitas pengguna jasa Grab, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berdampak positif serta signifikan pada loyalitas pengguna jasa Grab. Menindaklanjuti temuan ini, selain penentuan harga yang tepat dan pelayanan berkualitas yang harus ditingkatkan, teknik pemasaran lainnya juga penting untuk diimplementasikan dalam menawarkan produk di pasar, sehingga berpeluang meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan secara optimal.
