Abstract

Abstrak Entrepreneurial Mindset dibutuhkan oleh para pemilik UMKM yang merupakan anggota BUMDEs untuk meningkatkan semangat wirausaha dan peluang bisnisnya, terdiri dari action oriented, fokus pada eksekusi, berpikir simple, memiliki kreativitas, memiliki integritas, mengambil peluang, dan membangun jaringan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah membuat pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Dari kegiatan ini dapat terwujud luaran yang diharapkan adalah pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Kata Kunci: mindset, wirausaha, bumdes Abstract Entrepreneurial Mindset is needed by MSME owners who are members of BUMDes to increase their entrepreneurial spirit and business opportunities, consisting of action oriented, focused on execution, simple thinking, creativity, integrity, taking opportunities, and building networks. The purpose of this training is to develop a mindset to develop and succeed in facing challenges and to be able to find solutions to business problems faced. From this activity, the expected outcome is a developing mindset and success in facing challenges and being able to find solutions to business problems faced. Abstract

Green entrepreneurship is a emerging field that combines environmental sustainability with business opportunities. This research examines green entrepreneurship mindset development for high school students at SMA YASPEN Tugu Ibu Depok. An training was conducted with 35 12th grade students to provide knowledge and shape mindsets on green business concepts and opportunities. Pre-post training surveys measured changes in perceptions. Results showed increased understanding of green entrepreneurship principles and product ideas. Participants gained creative thinking abilities to turn waste materials into economical products. Further research can expand training reach and assess real-world green business establishments by students. Fostering green entrepreneurial mindsets from early ages can propagate environmentally conscious business practices.

Abstract

The marketing communication strategy of Toska Fashion is designed to increase customer engagement through the company website. In the current business environment, competition is intensifying, with companies facing increasing pressure to refine their communication strategies and highlight the advantages of their products. Matahari, a retailer offering both local and international clothing, has encountered challenges in online marketing. This presents an opportunity to examine the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategy, particularly in the context of websites integrated with social media platforms such as Instagram. The objective of these methods is to enhance customer engagement with Matahari Fashion products. The process of building customer engagement is comprised of several key elements, including the utilization of advertisements, the integration of shopping features on social media, the implementation of campaigns with prizes, the monitoring of after-sales interactions, and the engagement with social media features. These elements are expected to contribute to an increase in Matahari's customer engagement, which in turn should result in an uptick in the number of sales transactions.

Abstract

The process of career development enables employees to identify their career goals within the context of human resource management strategies. Furthermore, the role of the manager is an important aspect to consider. The objective of this study is to ascertain the role of managers at PT XYZ in the career development of its employees. The research method employed was that of qualitative research using a case study model. This approach entails an in-depth and detailed investigation of a specific subject within a defined context, involving a single research subject, document, or event. The findings of this study indicate that PT XYZ's resource management has facilitated the career development of its employees through the implementation of continuous training programs, accompanied by a systematic evaluation process to ensure the efficacy of these programs in aligning with the needs of employee career development. Additionally, the role of the manager in the context of human resource management at PT XYZ has been identified as a crucial factor in this process. Furthermore, the organization has demonstrated its commitment to employee career advancement through the implementation of a promotion structure, which has been duly approved by the board of directors.
