Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of innovation, work enthusiasm and work facilities, both partially and simultaneously, on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The research results showed that innovation had a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Work morale has a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Work facilities have a significant effect on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office. Innovation, work enthusiasm and work facilities have a significant effect together on the quality of employees at the Muara Enim Regency Ministry of Religion office.

Abstract

The author conducted research at Public Relations Hospital Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Research with the aim of Knowing and Analyzing the Public Relations Strategy of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain in Improving the Quality of Public Services and to Know and Analyze the Challenges and Obstacles of Public Relations of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain in Improving the Quality of Public Services. The type of research used by the author in this research is field research using a qualitative approach, namely a research approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the objects or subjects observed from which conclusions are then drawn. Researchers try to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects and conduct studies on field studies. Qualitative research is also a form of research that aims to describe existing problems that occur in the research object. Public Relations Strategy of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain In Improving the Quality of Public Services, namely: Growing public awareness of the products and services provided. Build public trust in the image of the Hospital or the benefits of the products and services offered. Encouraging enthusiasm for understanding the uses and benefits of a product and services provided. Reducing promotional costs for commercial costs, both in electronic media and print media and so on in order to achieve cost efficiency. Commitment to improving service to consumers, including the costs of resolving complaints and so on in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Continuously communicate through public relations media about activities and work programs related to social care, in order to achieve positive publications in the eyes of the community/public. Building and maintaining the image of the hospital or its products and services, both in terms of quantity and quality of services provided to consumers and working proactively to deal with negative events that may arise in the future.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely research that uses a number of previous studies that the researcher mentioned above and of course is related to the main object in this research, namely Job Description, Job Specification and Employee Performance as the main reference. The data that researchers used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained directly from 500 Indomaret employees throughout Indonesia using the method of distributing data through an online questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire that the researcher distributed contained 5 items stating strongly agree, agree, normal/average, disagree, and strongly disagree from 18 question items which the researcher would validate first. The data mentioned by the researcher above was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool

Abstract

The process of career development enables employees to identify their career goals within the context of human resource management strategies. Furthermore, the role of the manager is an important aspect to consider. The objective of this study is to ascertain the role of managers at PT XYZ in the career development of its employees. The research method employed was that of qualitative research using a case study model. This approach entails an in-depth and detailed investigation of a specific subject within a defined context, involving a single research subject, document, or event. The findings of this study indicate that PT XYZ's resource management has facilitated the career development of its employees through the implementation of continuous training programs, accompanied by a systematic evaluation process to ensure the efficacy of these programs in aligning with the needs of employee career development. Additionally, the role of the manager in the context of human resource management at PT XYZ has been identified as a crucial factor in this process. Furthermore, the organization has demonstrated its commitment to employee career advancement through the implementation of a promotion structure, which has been duly approved by the board of directors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transactional Leadership, Incentives,Intrinsic Motivation, and Hofstede Culture on Work Performance at the Empat Lawang RegencyEnvironmental Service Office, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in thisresearch is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data qualityusing validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination. The results of thediscussion and analysis show that Transactional Leadership, Incentives and Intrinsic Motivation are proven to have a significant effect on work performance. Meanwhile, Hofstede Culture does not have a significant effect on Job Performance at the Empat Lawang Regency Environmental Service Office.
