Abstract

This study aims to produce a model for developing lecturer abilities (training model) in designing online learning. With the existence of this lecturer capability development model, later the UMSU and the lecturers can easily design and implement an online integrated learning system (SPTD) effectively. The results of this study indicate that the development of lecturer competence in designing online learning resources can improve the quality of human resources that support SPTD at UMSU. The result of this research is a prototype of an open online training program that gives lecturers the ability to design SPTD through the following materials: online learning design, introduction to OER, steps to carry out instructional analysis to obtain competency maps and an outline of an online learning program (GBPP) containing ready-to-use teaching objects. uploaded to the appropriate platform, as well as teaching materials in the form of modules. Teaching objects are in the form of learning programs in various forms such as text, presentations, learning modules, videos, animation, part or all of the subjects/ courses / training subjects, which are ready to be uploaded/ uploaded to various SPTD platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjabarkan: 1) bagaimana Kinerja guru di SMP Swasta Pemda?, 2) bagaimana Analisis Manajamen berbasis sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SMP Swasta Pemda Rantau Prapat?, dan 3) bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah dalam Peningkatkan kinerja guru di Sekolah SMP Swasta Pemda Rantau Prapat?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, naturalistik dan teknik triangulasi. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan, dimulai dari bulan April 2021 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2021. Subjek dan informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan beberapa Guru di Sekolah SMP Swasta Pemda Rantau Prapat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kinerja guru di SMP Pemda Rantau Prapat dilihat dari kedisiplinan para guru, kepribadian guru, hubungan guru-guru dengan lingkungan sekolah serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang di lakukan oleh guru-guru. 2) Manajemen Berbasis sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SMP Pemda Rantau Prapat, sudah berjalan baik dilihat dari strategi manajemen berbasis sekolah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam hal pembinaan kinerja guru dalam kegiatan seminar dan pelatihan terhadap guru-guru yang tersusun dalam perencanaan yang dilihat dari rencana jangka pendek dan jangka panjang yang telah stersusun sesuai rencana anggaran pendapatan belanja sekolah (RAPBS). 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Pemda Rantau Prapat dalam kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi para guru dan staff dalam mengarahkan, memotivasi dan kerja sama untuk menjcapai tujuan sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Kepemimpinana kepala sekolah SMP Pemda Rantau Prapat tergolong menerapkan tipe kepemimpinan situasional, yaitu felksibel dan toleransi dalam memimpin para guru dan staff. Dan memperhatikan masukan dan kepentingan para guru dan staff dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's management model in developing teachers' professional competence at Nur Adia Tanjung Selamat Junior High School in Deli Serdang, with a qualitative research type. The method of collecting data is observation, interviews and documentation and uses data analysis techniques of data collection, data reduction and conclusions. The results showed that the principal's management planning model in developing teachers' professional competence was involved in a formal strategy which was planned and implemented at SMP Nur Adia Tanjung Selamat including leadership as an educator leadership manager and principal as a leader. The implementation of Principal Management must be right on target with the division of labour that has been determined. Related to teacher competence at SMP Nur Adia Tanjung Selamat. Evaluating the principal encourages teachers to be creative and innovative by taking several approaches to teachers and staff teachers who are at SMP Nur Adia Tanjung Selamat. The evaluation carried out is to make approaches by familiarising themselves with the teacher, for example visiting the teacher's room.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an influence of Principal Leadership and Work Motivation on teacher performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable in Private Middle Schools in South Binjai District. Thesis 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 44 people, while the sampling technique used was the total population. with a total sample of 44 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Based on the test results it can be concluded that the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (H3 Accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H4 is accepted), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H5 is accepted), principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H6 is accepted), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H7 is accepted). In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Mimicry Memorization method in class VII students' Arabic language learning and what the advantages and disadvantages are of using the Mimicry Memorization method. This research was conducted at the Al-Hasyimiyah Darul Ulum Sipaho Modern Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data sources in this research are Arabic teachers and class VII students. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research in applying the Mimicry Memorization method in class VII Arabic language learning at the Darul Ulum Sipaho Islamic Boarding School through three stages, namely initial activities, core activities and final activities. The advantages of applying the Mimicry Memorization method are that it is fast and effective, a learning model, easier understanding, improving social skills, improving memory, and improving practical skills. The disadvantages of applying the Mimicry Memorization method are lack of in-depth understanding, limitations in speaking and writing, reliance on short-term memory, lack of development of critical thinking skills, difficulty adapting to new situations, and lack of interaction. With this research, it is hoped that students will be able to provide and be able to apply the Mimicry Memorization method to be more active and more effective in studying Arabic language subjects

Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was sent to perfect moral character. Religious education serves as the foundational basis for forming commendable character, beginning within the family environment that influences the growth and development of children from an early age. Globalization and technological advancements have impacted children's behavior, including the use of coarse and impolite language. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the language of love model in shaping students' character through Islamic religious education at MIS Amal Bhakti Langkat. This qualitative research uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted using survey methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the language of love in shaping students' character has a positive impact, particularly in the responsive reactions of the students and helping them develop positively despite challenges from unsupportive family and environmental backgrounds.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah Efektivitas Implementasi kurikulum Tematik Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi (Studi di SD Negeri Pangkalan Sulampi Aceh Singkil). dimana penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Pangkalan Sulampi Aceh Singkil. Menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawncara dan dokumentasi . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Penyusunan  perangkat pembelajaran  kurikulum Tematik Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi (Studi di SD Negeri  Pangkalan Sulampi Aceh Singkil)  terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan pada pertemuan pertama, kedua dan ketiga yaitu guru menyiapkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), guru menganalisis misi dan tujuan pembelajaran, guru juga menganalisis bagaimana karakter dan motivasi belajar siswa. Pengembangan sillabus kurikulum Tematik Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi (Studi di SD Negeri Pangkalan Sulampi Aceh Singkil) dengan Melakukan Evaluasi test tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Serta Guru juga melaksanakan tes setiap Capaian Pembelajaram yang dipelajari telah selesai. Proses implementasi kurikulum kurikulum Tematik Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi (Studi di SD Negeri Pangkalan Sulampi Aceh Singkil)  dilaksanakan melalui berpikir reflektif serta disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa meliputi kebutuhan rasa aman dan nyaman dengan hak siswa sebagai anak dapat terpenuhi

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan program ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan, dengan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dan menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Program ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan kegiatan aktif  berupa Gerakan Pramuka yang berpangkalan di sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka diSMANegeri 1 Simpang Kanan dilakukan luar jam pembelajaran sehingga tidak menggagu saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, kemudian dari segi materi materinya sesuai dengan silabus yang sudah ada. Pengevaluasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan cukup efektif, karena telah melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, kordinator dan Pembina. Namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu belum adanya buku instrument evaluasi dimana evaluasi selama ini hanya dilakukan melalui rapat
