Abstract

Situasi krisis yang tidak terduga seperti adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Tidak dapat dipungkiri situasi ini dapat mengancam ketangguhan keluarga. Di sisi lain, keluarga merupakan sumber dukungan sosial yang sangat kuat untuk menghadapi situasi krisis. Psikoedukasi berbasis Family Strength Model dapat digunakan untuk mendorong kemampuan keluarga dalam menjaga ketangguhan keluarga di situasi krisis. Program psikoedukasi dilakukan dengan media daring sebagai bentuk yang dirasa efektif dan efisien dalam menjembatani imbauan untuk melaksanakan physical distancing.  Unpredictable crisis as Covid-19 pandemic situation may affect the way people live their life. It can be threatening factor for family strength. On the other hand, family is powerful resource of social support to face any difficulties during crisis. Psychoeducation based on Family Strength Model used to encourage family strength in this situation. Online psychoeducation program was effective and efficient method to do due to physical distancing restriction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan motivasi individu dalam melakukan kegiatan kere-lawanan menggunakan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology. Responden penelitian terdiri atas 315 orang relawan di Indonesia. Pengambilan data menggunakan open-ended questionnaire. Hasil kategorisasi terhadap jawaban responden menunjukkan terdapat delapan kategori motivasi menjadi relawan, yakni nilai pribadi (32,2%), pengembangan diri (13,6%), kepedulian lingkungan (12,6%), minat kegiatan (11,6%), perasaan positif (9,7%), protektif (8,7%), hubung-an sosial (6,9%), dan religiositas (4,7%). Analisis data menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan intensi untuk menjadi relawan kembali berdasarkan jenis motivasinya. Implikasi hasil penelitian untuk pengelolaan relawan di masa depan akan dibahas dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

Stimulasi pada anak usia dini perlu dilakukan secara seimbang sesuai tahap perkembangannya. Salah satu aspek yang perlu distimulasi adalah aspek perkembangan emosi. Akan tetapi, guru maupun orang tua anak usia dini seringkali merasa kesulitan memberikan stimulasi perkembangan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan stimulasi perkembangan emosi pada guru PAUD melalui aktivitas storytelling. Aktivitas storytelling dilakukan dalam kelompok kecil sesuai usia dan dipandu oleh guru sebagai fasilitator. Melalui aktivitas ini, guru dapat mengenalkan berbagai emosi dasar, mengajari anak untuk mengenali respons fisiologis yang mengikuti munculnya emosi, serta mendorong anak menggali pengalaman pribadi yang memunculkan respons emosi tertentu.

Abstract

Employees generally think about the future of their career goals. This career goal can be achieved by career development, either done by employees or by companies. If there is no clarity about career development, employees will feel exhausted and anxious, which in turn will choose to quit their job and find another job that can help them achieve their predetermined career goals. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of career development on the turnover intention of employees. This study used a correlational quantitative research design with sampling techniques using incicental sampling. The subjects were employees with permanent status throughout Indonesia with a working period of between 3-5 years and an age range of 25-32 years (N= 104) with a total of 43 males and 61 females. The research instruments used are the adoption scale of career development and Turnover Intention Scale (TIS). Results showed that career development had an influence but not significantly on turnover intention by 2.8%. The remaining 97.2% can be influenced by other variables that are stronger than the studied variables (  = .028; (1) = 2.982; p > .05).   Keywords: career Development, employees, turnover intention

Abstract

Employees contributions are noticed by the company, so efforts made to meet its employees needs are focused on how organizational support is given that employees are satisfied with their jobs. The study used quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample sampling technique used accidental sampling in which researchers do not use any particular planning in the subject retrieval. Research subjects number 212 with permanent employee criteria for a two-year minimum. The instruments used were surveys of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction Survey. The data analysis used is Pearson correlation. The study suggests that there is positive relationship between perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction with a value of p = .000 (p = < .05). As for the power of the relationship between the two, it is rated strong with value R = .693. This suggests that both variables are unionized in that if perceptions of organizational support are high, the greater the opportunity for job satisfaction arises.
