Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menurut WHO diabetes mellitus tipe 2 adalah penyakitkronis yang disebabkan karena pankreas mengalami penurunan saatmemproduksi hormon insulin yang cukup atau ketika insulin yangdigunakan tubuh tidak efektif. Penderita didiagnosa DM ketika kadarglukosa darah puasa lebih dari 126 mg/dl atau kadar glukosa darahsewaktu lebih dari 200 mg/dl. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan pola makan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada Ny.S di Ruang ICU RSUD Pakuhaji Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode Kegiatan : Pelatihan singkat dengan pemberian materi tentang standar pola makan yang baik untuk penderita hipertensi pada keluarga. Kemudian screening ulang akan diketahui tingkat penurunan skala darah tinggi penderita hipertensi pada pasien setelah merubah pola makan yang teratur, supaya mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal untuk penderita hipertensi pada pasien.

Abstract

Along with the times, culture in the world of education has an important role in human life and development. Where culture in education has an important role in human development and growth. So that education in Islamic boarding schools as a medium for printing human resources, researchers raised the title of Islamic boarding school culture in shaping human resources with the character of 9 Budi Utama Santri at Putri Hafshawaty Timur Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic boarding school. 2) to find out the description of the santri in implementing the 9 Budi Utama Santri, 3) to find out the culture of the santri in the pesantren environment. Islamic boarding school culture is a habitual activity carried out by the students as an effort by the pesantren to build the character of the students. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection was obtained from information through direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding schools, and documentation. The results of this study in the management of human resources for students at Pondok Putri Hafshawaty Timur show: 1) the increase in the success of the number of students has increased very significantly from year to year. 2) an increase in the formation of the character of the students in obeying the rules at the Islamic boarding school. 3) improving the quality of boarding school administrators in fostering the character of students. So that education in Islamic boarding schools can be a good choice for the community as a source of seeking knowledge for their children.

Abstract

Mediation is a humane and fair way of resolving disputes as an alternative to dispute resolution (ADR) because mediation in making decisions through a peace agreement allows the disputing parties to maintain a harmonious and fair relationship. After all, both parties can negotiate a settlement. to solve problems, and the result is a win-win solution. As the organizer of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, the Supreme Court has provided several ideas to facilitate the process of resolving disputes in court to obtain the best results. A fairly progressive idea is to optimize mediation institutions in resolving civil cases. Mediation in the Religious Courts is a bridge, a process of conciliation efforts between couples who file for divorce. In divorce mediation, this procedure is carried out by an appointed judge by a religious court.Keywords: Divorce, Effectiveness, Settlement of Divorce Cases Through Mediation
